Claims (14)
- Vorrichtung zur Handhabung von Rohren und Gestängezügen in einer eine Stahlbaustruktur (2) mit einer Abstellbühne (4), einer Arbeitsbühne (8), eine Hebevorrichtung (35), einen Bohrantrieb (9) und eine Rohrverbindungseinrichtung aufweisenden Bohranlage, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Bohranlage ein Seilzug, ein mit dem Seilzug verbundener Zwei-Achsen-Kran (5), welcher mit der Stahlbaustruktur (2) verbunden ist und oberhalb der Fingerbühne (4) angeordnet ist und ein Verlängerungselement (24), welches an der Außenseite der Fingerbühne (4) angeordnet ist und zu der Fingerbühne (4) einen Durchlaß (38) aufweist, sowie eine neben oder an der Arbeitsbühne (8) angeordnete Abstell- und Verschraubeinrichtung für senkrecht stehende Rohre angeordnet ist, wobei die Abstell- und Verschraubeinrichtung unterhalb des Verlängerungselementes (24) angeordnet ist und mit dem Seilzug erreichbar ist, wobei das Seil (12) durchs das Verlängerungselement (24) geführt wird
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Seilzug aus einer Seilwinde (15), einer oder mehrerer Umlenkrollen (13), einem Hebeseil (12) und einer Hebehilfe (6) besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstell- und Verschraubeinrichtung für Rohre eine oder mehrere Abstelllöcher (27) und/oder Abstellbohlen (18) sowie ein oder mehrere Halteelemente und/oder Führungselemente (37), die vorzugsweise mit der Arbeitsbühne (8) verbunden sind, aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der Abstell- und Verschraubeinrichtung eine Verschraubeinrichtung, vorzugsweise bestehend aus einem Hängekran (7), an dem eine Verschraubzange (20) aufgehängt ist, angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstellbühne (4) aus einem Rahmen mit zwei sich gegenüberliegenden Sektoren (29, 30) besteht, wobei in den Sektoren jeweils mehrere Finger (22) angeordnet sind und dass zwischen den beiden Sektoren ein Mittelsteg (23) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Teil des Mittelsteges (23) klappbar und/oder schwenkbar ausgeführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem der Stahlbaustruktur zugewandten Seite des Mittelsteges (23) oder der Abstellbühne (4) ein Greifer (32) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Abstell- und Verschraubeinrichtung eine Gestängerutsche (10) angeordnet ist.
- Verfahren zur Handhabung von Rohren und Gestängezügen in Bohranlagen mittels einer Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassa) die Hebehilfe (6) am Hebeseil (12) über einem Übergabepunkt positioniert wird, undb) eine erste Stange (16) in der Abstell- und Verschraubeinrichtung abgestellt wird, undc) mindestens eine weitere Stange (16) mittels Hebehilfe (6) hochgehoben wird und über eine in der Abstell- und Verschraubeinrichtung befindlichen Stange positioniert wird und dannd) leicht abgesenkt wird, sodass Muffe und Zapfen der Gestängeverbinder (19) der beiden Stangen ineinander greifen können, unde) die beiden Stangen fest miteinander verbunden werden, undf) der Gestängezug (17) aus zwei Stangen mittels der Hebehilfes (6) auf einen Abstellplatz (26) zwischen zwei Finger (22) der Abstell- oder Fingerbühne (4) oder in den Greifer (32) gestellt wird oder so nahe an den Bohrantrieb herangefahren wird, das der Gestängezug (17) von dem Elevator (34) übernommen werden kann.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwecks Herstellen eines Gestängezuges (17) aus drei Stangen (16) zwischen Verfahrensschritt b) und c) eine weitere Stange (16) in der Abstell- und Verschraubeinrichtung abgestellt wird und dass nach dem Verbinden zweier Stangen (16) zu einem Gestängezug (17) nach Verfahrensschritt e) dieser über die noch in der Abstell- und Verschraubeinrichtung befindlichen Stange positioniert wird und anschließend Verfahrensschritt d) und e) erneut durchgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Übergabepunkt das obere Ende einer Gestängerutsche (10) gewählt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie Verbindung in Verfahrensschritt e) mittels einer Verschraubzange durchgeführt wird, wobei die Verschraubzange den oberen Gestängeverbinder der unteren Stange und den unteren Gestängeverbinder der oberen Stange umschließt und verschraubt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Stangen (16) von der Hebehilfe (6) hochgezogen und in der Abstell- und Verschraubeinrichtung abgestellt werden. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Verfahrensschritte a) bis f) in umgekehrter Reihenfolge durchgeführt werden, wobei statt des Verbindens die Stangen (16) getrennt werden.
