Claims (5)
- Reinigungsmaschine (1) zur Reinigung einer Schotterbettung (2) eines Gleises (3), bestehend aus einem auf Schienenfahrwerken (4) am Gleis (3) verfahrbaren Maschinenrahmen (5) und zwei in Maschinenlängsrichtung hintereinander zwischen den Schienenfahrwerken (4) angeordneten, endlosen und jeweils das Gleis (3) umschließenden, durch Antriebe (6) höhen- und seitenverstellbaren Räumketten (7,8) zur Aufnahme von Schotter (10) aus der Schotterbettung (2), sowie mit Fördereinrichtungen (20) zum Schottertransport, einer Siebanlage (23) zur Schotterreinigung, einer Fördereinrichtung (28) für die Wiedereinbringung von gereinigtem Schotter und einer mit dem Maschinenrahmen (5) verbundenen Gleishebeeinrichtung (14), gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:a) eine erste Fördereinrichtung (20) mit einem der - bezüglich der Arbeitsrichtung - vorderen, ersten Räumkette (7) zugeordneten Aufnahmeende (21) und einem Abwurfende (22), das einer ersten Siebanlage (23) zugeordnet ist,b) eine zweite Fördereinrichtung (25) mit einem der zweiten Räumkette (8) zugeordneten Aufnahmeende (26) und einem Abwurfende (27), das einer zweiten Siebanlage (30) zugeordnet ist.
- Reinigungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Siebanlage (23) bezüglich der Arbeitsrichtung der Maschine (1) vor der ersten Räumkette (7) und die zweite Siebanlage (30) hinter der zweiten Räumkette (8) angeordnet ist.
- Reinigungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein endseitiges Schienenfahrwerk (4) in Maschinenlängsrichtung relativ zum Maschinenrahmen (5) verschiebbar ausgebildet.
- Reinigungsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Räumkette (7,8) eine eigene, eine Steuereinrichtung (12) für eine Beaufschlagung von Antrieben (6,9) der jeweiligen Räumkette (7,8) aufweisende Arbeitskabine (11) zugeordnet ist.
- Reinigungsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Maschinenrahmen (5) aus einem ersten und durch ein Gelenk (18) mit diesem verbundenen zweiten Rahmenteil (17,19) zusammengesetzt ist und beide Rahmenteile (17,19) über ein im Bereich des Gelenkes (18) positioniertes, gemeinsames Schienenfahrwerk (4) am Gleis (3) abstützbar sind, wobei der beide Räumketten (7,8) aufweisende erste Rahmenteil (17) mit dem in Maschinenlängsrichtung verschiebbaren Schienenfahrwerk (4) verbunden ist, während der zweite Rahmenteil (19) endseitig jeweils auf einem Schienenfahrwerk (4) abgestützt ist.
