Claims (3)
- Verfahren zur Reduzierung des im Verlauf der Umlenkung einer für einen Personenförderer, insbesondere eine Rolltreppe (1) oder einen Rollsteig, einsetzbaren Kette (5) auftretenden Polygoneffektes, indem über den auf das Umlenkrad (2) mittel- oder unmittelbar einwirkenden elektrischen Antrieb (6) der Drehzahl des Umlenkrades (2) eine andersartige Drehzahl überlagert wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der, ggf. mit einem Getriebe verbundene, elektrische Antrieb (6) über mindestens ein Leistungsversorgungsaggregat, insbesondere einen Frequenzumrichter (8) dergestalt angesteuert wird, daß der elektrische Antrieb (6) mit einer nicht konstanten Drehzahl (n) umläuft, die der mathematischen Funktion der Kettengeschwindigkeit beim Einlauf in das Umlenkrad weitestgehend entspricht, und daß die Phasenlage des Umlenkrades (2) und/oder die Geschwindigkeit der Kette (5) gemessen wird bzw. werden und dieser Wert bzw. diese Werte einer Regeleinrichtung (9) zugeleitet wird bzw. werden, die mit dem Leistungsversorgungsaggregat, insbesondere dem Frequenzumrichter (8), elektrisch verbunden ist
- Einrichtung zur Reduzierung des, im Verlauf der Umlenkung einer für einen Personenförderer, insbesondere eine Rolltreppe (1) oder einen Rollsteig, einsetzbaren Kette (5) auftretenden Polygoneffektes, mit mindestens einem, gegebenenfalls mit mindestens einem Getriebe verbundenen, elektrischen Antriebsmotor (6), der mittel- oder unmittelbar auf das Umlenkrad (2) einwirkt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antriebsmotor (6) mit mindestens einem Leistungsversorgungsaggregat, insbesondere einem Frequenzumrichter (8), verbunden ist, so daß der Antriebsmotor (6) mit einer nicht konstanten Drehzahl antreibbar ist, und daß mindestens ein Sensor (10) zur Ermittlung der Phasenlage des Umlenkrades (2) vorgesehen ist, der seine Meßwerte einer mit dem Leistungsversorgungsaggregat, insbesondere dem Frequenzumrichter (8), zusammenwirkenden Regeleinrichtung (9) zur Verfügung stellt.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 2, gekennzeichnet durch mindestens einen Sensor (11) zur Ermittlung der Kettenumlaufgeschwindigkeit, der seine Meßwerte einer, mit dem Leistungsversorgungsaggregat, insbesondere dem Frequenzumrichter (8), zusammenwirkenden Regeleinrichtung (9) zur Verfügung stellt.
