Claims (6)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von Zigarettenpackungen (10) bei einem Wechsel des Packungsinhalts und/oder Verpackungsmaterials - Produktwechsel -, mit Hilfe wenigstens einer Verpackungsmaschine - Packer (14) -, der Zigaretten und Verpackungsmaterial als fortlaufende Materialbahn und/oder als Zuschnitte zugeführt werden, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:a) bei Einleitung einer Betriebsphase "Produktwechsel" wird die noch zu verarbeitende (Rest-)Menge an bisherigen Zigaretten - Alt-Zigaretten - und/oder an bisherigem Verpackungsmaterial - Alt-Material - ermittelt,b) die Zufuhr an Alt-Zigaretten und/oder Alt-Material zur Verpackungsmaschine wird auf die noch zu verarbeitende (Rest-)Menge begrenzt,c) die neuen zu verpackenden Zigaretten - Neu-Zigaretten - und/oder das neue zu verarbeitende Verpackungsmaterial - Neu-Material - wird für die Zuführung zur Verpackungsmaschine im Anschluss an die Alt-Zigaretten und/oder das Alt-Material bereitgehalten,d) die letzte Zigarettenpackung (10) mit den Alt-Zigaretten und/oder dem Alt-Material - Alt-Packung - und/oder die erste Zigarettenpackung mit den Neu-Zigaretten und/oder dem Neu-Material - Neu-Packung - wird identifiziert und ausgesondert.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verarbeitung des Neu-Materials lückenlos an die Verarbeitung des Alt-Materials anschließt, bei bahnförmigem Verpackungsmaterial vorzugsweise derart, dass ein Anfang einer Neu-Bahn mit einem Ende einer Alt-Bahn verbunden wird unter Bildung einer Bahnverbindung (Splice), wobei die Zigarettenpackung (10) und/oder eine Gebindepackung, nämlich Zigarettenstange (24) mit mindestens einer Bahnverbindung identifiziert und ausgesondert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bahnverbindungen aller Bahnen des Verpackungsmaterials einer (letzten) Zigarettenpackung (10) und/oder einer letzten Zigarettenstange (24) zugeordnet und diese nach Fertigstellung ausgesondert wird, insbesondere im Bereich eines aufrechten Packungsturms (40) für Zigarettenstangen (24), wobei vorzugsweise die auszusondemden Zigarettenstangen (24) ohne Umhüllung, also lediglich die die Zigarettenstange (24) bildende Gruppe von Zigarettenpackungen (10), bereitgestellt und ausgesondert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere aufeinanderfolgend gefertigte Zigarettenstangen (24) unter Einschluss der die Bahnverbindung des Verpackungsmaterials der Zigarettenstangen (24) aufweisenden Zigarettenstange (24) ausgesondert und hinsichtlich des Inhalts überprüft werden zur Feststellung des Übergangs zwischen den alten Zigarettenpackungen (10) zu den neuen Zigarettenpackungen (10).
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von Zigarettenpackungen (10) mit Hilfe wenigstens einer Verpackungsmaschine - Packer (14) -, der Zigaretten und Verpackungsmaterial, letzteres als fortlaufende Materialbahn oder als Zuschnitte, zugeführt werden, wobei für einen Wechsel des Packungsinhalts der Zigarettenpackungen (10) und/oder des Verpackungsmaterials - Produktwechsel - wie folgt verfahren wird:die Verpackungsmaschine und/oder eine komplette Fertigungs- und Verpackungsanlage wird zum Produktwechsel soweit leergefahren, dass ein aufgrund vorgegebener Betriebszustände bekannter Restbestand an Zigarettenpackungen (10) (Alt-Packungen) in der Anlage vorhanden ist und dass das bisherige Verpackungsmaterial (Alt-Material) dem vorhandenen Restbestand an Zigarettenpackungen zugeordnet wird, derart, dass Bahnverbindungen zwischen einer Alt-Bahn und einer Neu-Bahn gezielt der bzw. den letzten Alt-Packung(en) zugeordnet sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verpackungsanlage bis auf eine definierte Restmenge an Zigarettenpackungen (10) im Bereich eines Folienpackers (16) und eines hieran anschließenden Stangenpackers (17) leergefahren und dass nach Erreichen dieser definierten Restmenge an Zigarettenpackungen (10) die Produktion von neuen Zigarettenpackungen wieder angefahren wird, wobei die neuen Zigarettenpackungen im Bereich eines Förderers - Packungsförderer (21) - an den Restbestand der vorhandenen Zigarettenpackungen (10) anschließt.
