Abstract

Il dispositivo rilevatore dello spessore di materiale in nastro in nastro in dispositivi per il cambio automatico di bobine di materiale in nastro (2) metallizzato comprende un circuito risonante (8) alimentato a frequenza (F) diversa dalla frequenza propria (fr) del circuito risonante (8) stesso, il quale consta di una bobina (14) a nucleo toroidale (3) dotato di un'apertura o traferro (4) attraverso la quale viene fatto avanzare il materiale in nastro (2) di cui si desidera rilevare lo spessore; ai capi della bobina (14) è collegato un rilevatore di tensione (9) attivante dei rilevatori di segnale in uscita (12,13) tramite rispettivi comparatori (10,11) tarabili per intervenire al ricevimento di valori di tensione stabilitasi ai capi della bobina (14) a seguito della variazione della sua reattanza induttiva determinata dal passaggio del nastro (2) e corrispondenti alla variazione di spessore del nastro (2) ed alle sue caratteristiche elettrofisiche.
