Claims (7)
- Verfahren zum Wechseln einer Druckzylinderhülse (26) in einer Druckmaschine mit einem Zentralzylinder (14) und mehreren an den Zentralzylinder anstellbaren Farbwerken (16, 18), die jeweils einen Druckplattenzylinder (20) mit einer auf einen Dorn (24) aufgeschobenen Druckzylinderhülse (26) aufweisen, bei dem der Druckplattenzylinder (20) vom Zentralzylinder (14) abgestellt und die Druckzylinderhülse (26) nach Lösen eines Lagers (30) axial vom Dorn (24) abgezogen wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Wechsel der Druckzylinderhülse (26) bei laufender Druckmaschine erfolgt und der Druckplattenzylinder (20) so weit vom Zentralzylinder (14) abgestellt wird, daß zwischen der Druckzylinderhülse (26) und dem rotierenden Zentralzylinder (14) ein Zwischenraum entsteht, der ein gefahrloses Erfassen der Druckzylinderhülse (26) ermöglicht.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand zwischen der Umfangsfläche der Druckzylinderhülse (26) und der Umfangsfläche des Zentralzylinders (14) beim Wechsel der Druckzylinderhülse mindestens 120 mm beträgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß, nachdem der Druckplattenzylinder (20) vom Zentralzylinder (14) abgestellt worden ist, ein Berührungsschutz (40) in eine Position gebracht wird, in der er einen dem Druckplattenzylinder (20) zugewandten Teil der Stirnfläche und der Umfangsfläche des Zentralzylinders (14) abschirmt.
- Druckmaschine zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1, mit einem Zentralzylinder (14) und mehreren an den Zentralzylinder anstellbaren Farbwerken (16, 18), die jeweils einen Druckplattenzylinder (20) mit einer auf einem Dorn (24) aufgeschobenen Druckzylinderhülse (26) aufweisen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der Seite der Druckmaschine, zu welcher die Druckzylinderhülse (26) vom Dorn (24) abziehbar ist, ein Berührungsschutz (40) angeordnet ist, der den Randbereich des Zentralzylinders (14) abschirmt, der dem Druckplattenzylinder (20) zugewandt ist, und daß, wenn der Druckplattenzylinder (20) vom Zentralzylinder (14) abgestellt ist, zwischen der Umfangsfläche der Druckzylinderhülse (26) und dem Berührungsschutz (40) ein Abstand besteht, der es gestattet, die Druckzylinderhülse (26) an ihrem Umfang zu erfassen und vom Dorn (24) abzuziehen.
- Druckmaschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Berührungsschutz (40) verstellbar am Maschinengestell (10) angebracht ist.
- Druckmaschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Berührungsschutz (40) eine annähernd parallel zur Umfangsfläche des Zentralzylinders (14) verlaufende Schirmplatte (44) aufweist und in der Richtung parallel zur Drehachse des Zentralzylinders (14) in eine wirksame Position verstellbar ist, in der die Schirmplatte (44) einen Teil der Umfangsfläche des Zentralzylinders (14) abschirmt.
- Druckmaschine nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Seitenteil (10) des Maschinengestells ein Fenster (34) aufweist, durch welches die Druckzylinderhülse (26) vom Dorn (24) abziehbar ist, und daß der Berührungsschutz (44) in das Fenster (34) zurückziehbar ist.
