Claims (6)
- Verfahren zum fliegenden Wechsel von Druckplatten in Bogenoffset-Rotationsdruckmaschinen, wobeider Antrieb des Plattenzylinders (4.1, 4.2, 4.3) durch einen separaten Antriebsmotor (8.1, 8.2, 8.3) erfolgt, der mit dem Hauptantriebs-Räderzug der Bogenoffset-Rotationsdruckmaschine synchronisiert ist,das Farbwerk (2.2) und das Feuchtwerk (3.2) vom Plattenzylinder (4.2) abgekuppelt,der Plattenzylinder (4.2) vom Gummituchzylinder (5.2),der Gummituchzylinder (5.2) vom Druckzylinder (6.2) unddie Farbauftragwalzen des Farbwerks (2.2) und die Feuchtauftragwalzen des Feuchtwerks (3.2) vom Plattenzylinder (4.2) abgestellt werden,mit bekannten Mitteln die ausgedruckte Druckplatte entfernt und eine neue Druckplatte aufgespannt wird,das Farbwerk (2.2) und das Feuchtwerk (3.2) angestellt und die neue Druckplatte eingefärbt,der Plattenzylinder (4.2) an den Gummituchzylinder (5.2) undder Gummituchzylinder (5.2) an den Druckzylinder (6.2) angestellt wird.
- Verfahren zum fliegenden Wechsel von Druckplatten in Bogenoffset-Rotationsdruckmaschinen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abschwenken von Gummituchzylinder (5.2) und Plattenzylinder (4.2) zeitgleich erfolgt.
- Verfahren zum fliegenden Wechsel von Druckplatten in Bogenoffset-Rotationsdruckmaschinen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Plattenzylinder (4.2) während des Wechsels der Druckplatten von dem separaten Plattenzylinder-Antriebsmotor (8.2) angetrieben wird.
- Verfahren zum fliegenden Wechsel von Druckplatten in Bogenoffset-Rotationsdruckmaschinen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wechsel der Druckplatten durch eine automatisch arbeitende Druckplattenwechseleinrichtung erfolgt.
- Verfahren zum fliegenden Wechsel von Druckplatten in Bogenoffset-Rotationsdruckmaschinen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führung des Druckbogens bei abgestelltem Gummituchzylinder (5.2) durch mechanische oder pneumatische Bogenführungselemente (9.1, 9.2) erfolgt.
- Verfahren zum fliegenden Wechsel von Druckplatten in Bogenoffset-Rotationsdruckmaschinen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach dem den Druckplattenwechselvorgang einleitenden Abstellen des Gummituchzylinders (5.2) vom Druckzylinder (6.2) an einem Druckwerk (1.2) zeitgleich das Anstellen des Gummituchzylinders (4.3) nach Vollzug des Druckplattenwechsels an einem weiteren Druckwerk (1.3) erfolgt.
