Claims (13)
- Eine Mehrfarben-Druckmaschine, insbesondere eine Rollenrotations-Druckmaschine, mit einem ersten Druckformzylinder (12, 14, 16, 18), einem dritten Druckformzylinder (12, 14, 16, 18) und einem gemeinsamen Gummituchzylinder (100)
gekennzeichnet durcheinen zweiten Druckformzylinder (22, 24, 26, 28),ein erstes gemeinsames Farbwerk (32, 34, 36, 38) zur selektiven Zufuhr einer ersten Farbe zu dem ersten oder zweiten Druckformzylinder (12, 14, 16, 18, 22, 24, 26, 28),einen vierten Druckformzylinder (22, 24, 26, 28),ein zweites gemeinsames Farbwerk (32, 34, 36, 38) zur selektiven Zufuhr einer zweiten Farbe zu dem dritten oder vierten Druckformzylinder (12, 14, 16, 18, 22, 24, 26, 28) und einen ersten Betriebszustand, in welchem der gemeinsame Gummituchzylinder (100) mit dem ersten und dritten Druckformzylinder (12, 14, 16, 18) in Kontakt ist, sowie einen zweiten Betriebszustand, in welchem der gemeinsame Gummituchzylinder (100) mit dem zweiten und vierten Druckformzylinder (22,24, 26, 28) in Kontakt ist. - Mehrfarben-Druckmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gummituchzylinder (100) ein axial abnehmbares und aufschiebbares, im Wesentlichen kanalloses Gummituch trägt. - Mehrfarben-Druckmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Gegendruckzylinder (70, 110), z. B. ein zweiter Gummituchzylinder (110) in der Weise vorgesehen ist, dass zwischen dem Gegendruckzylinder (70, 110) und dem gemeinsamen Gummituchzylinder (100) ein Druckspalt bildbar ist. - Mehrfarben-Druckmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass ein fünfter, sechster, siebter und achter Druckformzylinder (12, 14, 16, 18, 22, 24, 26, 28) vorgesehen sind, wobei der gemeinsame Gummituchzylinder (100) im ersten Betriebszustand zusätzlich mit dem fünften und siebten Druckformzylinder (12, 14, 16, 18) und im zweiten Betriebszustand zusätzlich mit dem sechsten und achten Druckformzylinder (22, 24, 26, 28) in Kontakt ist, unddass ein drittes und viertes gemeinsames Farbwerk (32, 34, 36, 38) vorgesehen sind, wobei dem fünften und dem siebten Druckformzylinder (12, 14, 16, 18) mittels des dritten gemeinsamen Farbwerks (32, 34, 36, 38) und dem sechsten und dem achten Druckformzylinder (22, 24, 26, 28) mittels des vierten gemeinsamen Farbwerks (32, 34, 36, 38) Farbe zuführbar ist. - Mehrfarben-Druckmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Bildwechseleinrichtung (53), z. B. eine Laser-Bebilderungseinrichtung (50) vorgesehen ist, die zwischen den Druckformzylindern (12, 14, 16, 18, 22, 24, 26, 28) verfahrbar ist. - Mehrfarben-Druckmaschine nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bildwechseleinrichtung (53) eine automatische Plattenwechseleinrichtung (52) umfasst. - Mehrfarben-Druckmaschine nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bildwechseleinrichtung eine Bildentwicklungseinrichtung (50) umfasst. - Mehrfarben-Druckmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckformzylinder (12, 14, 16, 18, 22, 24, 26, 28) als Plattenzylinder mit wechselbaren Druckformen, z. B. Druckplatten, ausgebildet sind. - Mehrfarben-Druckmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein weiterer Gummituchzylinder (110) und ein weiterer Gegendruckzylinder (80) vorgesehen sind, welche eine Materialbahn (1), z. B. eine Papierbahn, auf der vom ersten Gummituchzylinder (100) abgewandten Seite bedrucken. - Verfahren zum Bedrucken von Bedruckstoffen,
mit den folgenden Verfahrensschritten:Farbübertragung von einem ersten Farbwerk (32, 34, 36, 38) auf einen ersten Gummituchzylinder (100) über einen ersten Druckformzylinder (12, 14, 16, 18), Farbübertragung von einem zweiten Farbwerk (32, 34, 36, 38) auf den ersten Gummituchzylinder (100) über einen dritten Druckformzylinder (12, 14, 16, 18),
gekennzeichnet durchAbstellen des ersten und dritten Druckformzylinders (12, 14, 16, 18) von dem ersten Gummituchzylinder (100),Farbübertragung von dem ersten Farbwerk (32, 34, 36, 38) auf den Gummituchzylinder (100) über einen zweiten Druckformzylinder (22, 24, 26, 28); undFarbübertragung von dem zweiten Farbwerk (32, 34, 36, 38) auf den ersten Gummituchzylinder (100) über einen vierten Druckformzylinder (22, 24, 26, 28). - Verfahren nach Anspruch 10,
gekennzeichnet durch
die Übertragung von mehrfarbigen Bildern vom ersten Gummituchzylinder (100) auf eine Bahn (1) in einem zwischen dem Gummituchzylinder (100) und einem Gegendruckzylinder (70, 110) gebildeten Druckspalt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 11,
gekennzeichnet durch
die Übertragung von mehrfarbigen Bildern auf die gegenüberliegende Seite der Bahn (1) mittels eines zweiten Gegendruckzylinders (80) und eines zweiten Gummituchzylinders (110). - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12,
gekennzeichnet durch
automatischen Bildwechsel an den Druckformzylindern (12, 14, 16, 18, 22, 24, 26, 28).
