Description
Es ist bekannt, diese Maschinen auch mit einem Bebilderungssystem, beispielsweise arbeitend nach einem als Direct Imaging System bekannten Verfahren, auszurüsten. Das Bebilderungssystem ist in einem nicht durch das Farb- und Feuchtwerk beanspruchten seitlichen Bereich dem Druckformzylinder zugeordnet. Bei diesem System werden die digital vorliegenden Druckbildinformationen mittels eines elektroerosiven Verfahrens oder über Laserdioden auf die Druckplatte übertragen (Informationen, Digitale Drucksysteme, Bundesverband Druck, Wiesbaden I/1994). Weitere Systeme zur Druckplattenbebilderung mit einer Aufbring-Aushärte- und/oder Ablöseeinrichtung wurden auch vorgeschlagen. Die genannten Systeme sind relativ kostenaufwendig und da dieselben jedem Druckformzylinder der Mehrfarbenmaschine zugeordnet werden müssen, steigt der Aufwand bei einer Mehrfarbenmaschine mit beispielsweise 10 Farben extrem an.
Mittels der Druckplattenwechseleinrichtung 14 wird auch die ausgedruckte Druckplatte 15 vom Druckformzylinder 11 entfernt.
Das Transportsystem 3 kann auch als automatisches System ausgebildet werden.

Claims (7)
- Druckmaschine in Reihenbauweise mit Druckplattenbebilderung, enthaltend einen Anleger (4) einschließlich Anlage (5), eine Auslage (7), mindestens einen Druckzylinder (8), mehrere direkt oder indirekt über Offsetzylinder (10) dem Druckzylinder oder den Druckzylindern zugeordnete Druckformzylinder, ein jedem Druckformzylinder zugeordnetes Farb (12) oder Farb- und Feuchtwerk (13) und eine Druckplattenwechseleinrichtung sowie eine Einrichtung zur Druckplattenbebilderung, wobei in der Druckmaschine eine zentrale Einrichtung zur Druckplattenbebilderung (2) und ein Transportsystem (3) zum Transport der bebilderten Druckplatte (15) zu den Druckplattenwechseleinrichtungen (14) der einzelnen Druckformzylinder (11) angeordnet sind.
- Druckmaschine in Reihenbauweise nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der in der Einrichtung zur Druckplattenbebilderung (2) angeordnete Bebilderungszylinder (16) relativ zum Druckformzylinder (11) mehrfach groß ist.
- Druckmaschine in Reihenbauweise nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckplatte (15) in vertikaler Lage transportiert wird.
- Druckmaschine in Reihenbauweise nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckplatte (15) in horizontaler Lage transportiert wird.
- Druckmaschinen in Reihenbauweise nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckplatte (15) mit dem Druckplattenanfang voran der Druckplattenwechseleinrichtung (14) des Druckformzylinders (11) zugeführt wird.
- Druckmaschine in Reihenbauweise nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Transportsystem (3) als manuelles System ausgebildet ist.
- Druckmaschine in Reihenbauweise nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Transportsystem (3) als automatisches System ausgebildet ist.
