Claims (10)
- Verfahren für den Druckformwechsel bei Bogendruckmaschinen, insbesondere Bogenoffsetdruckmaschinen, wobei die Druckform mit einer Kante voraus einem Formzylinder zugeführt, an einer dieser Kante zugeordneten Befestigungsvorrichtung befestigt, durch Drehen des Formzylinders um dessen Außenumfang aufgezogen, daraufhin mit der zweiten Kante an einer weiteren Befestigungsvorrichtung des Formzylinders befestigt und daraufhin gespannt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckform mit der dem Druckende zugeordneten Kante voraus in die entsprechende Befestigungsvorrichtung eingeführt wird, dass der Zylinder zum Aufziehen der Druckform in der dem Drehsinn beim Drucken entgegengesetzten Drehrichtung angetrieben wird, und dass daraufhin die dem Druckanfang zugeordnete Kante der Druckform in die entsprechende Befestigungsvorrichtung des Formzylinders eingeführt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckform nach Einführen der dem Druckanfang zugeordneten Kante in die entsprechende Befestigungsvorrichtung durch Aufbauen einer Zugkraft vom Druckanfang her gespannt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lage der Druckform an der dem Druckende zugeordneten Kante in der Befestigungsvorrichtung des Formzylinders sensorisch erfasst wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lage der Druckform an der dem Druckanfang zugeordneten Kante in der Befestigungsvorrichtung des Formzylinders sensorisch erfasst wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 3 und/oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigen der in eine Befestigungsvorrichtung eingeführten Druckform in Abhängigkeit der sensorischen Feststellung erfolgt. - Vorrichtung für den Druckformwechsel bei Bogendruckmaschinen, insbesondere Bogenoffsetdruckmaschinen, mit einer die Druckanfang-Kante der Druckform am Formzylinder aufnehmenden Befestigungsvorrichtung, mit einer die Drukkende-Kante der Druckform am Formzylinder aufnehmenden Befestigungsvorrichtung und mit einem dem Formzylinder zugeordneten Antrieb nebst Steuerung, um den Formzylinder in vorgesehene Richtungen zu drehen, zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch den Antrieb der Formzylinder (10) nach dem Befestigen der dem Druckende (DE) zugeordneten Kante der Druckform (18) entgegen der Drehrichtung beim Drucken bis zum Aufnehmen der dem Druckanfang (DA) zugeordneten Kante in der zugeordneten Befestigungsvorrichtung (16) antreibbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Formzylinder (10) einem Widerdruckwerk einer Bogenoffsetdruckmaschine zugeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 oder 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei einer Bogenoffsetdruckmaschine mit einem dem Druckwerk (1,2) für Schöndruck vorgeordnetem Widerdruckwerk der Formzylinder (10) hinsichtlich Aufbau und Anordnung der Befestigungsvorrichtungen (15,16) für die beiden Enden der Druckform (10) im wesentlichen identisch ist mit dem Formzylinder (3) des Druckwerkes für Schöndruck (1,2), wobei der Formzylinder (10) im Widerdruckwerk im umgekehrten Drehsinn wie der Zylinder (3) im Schöndruckwerk (1,2) rotiert. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 - 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die das Druckende (DE) der Druckform (18) aufnehmende Befestigungsvorrichtung (15) zylinderfest und die den Druckanfang (DA) der Druckform (18) aufnehmende Befestigungsvorrichtung (16) zum Erfassen der Kante der Druckform (18) sowie zum Aufbauen einer Zugkraft (Spannen) beweglich auf den Druckformzylinder (10) eingebracht ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, 8 oder 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Formzylinder (10) dem Lackwerk einer Bogenoffsetdruckmaschine zugeordnet ist.
