Abstract

Eine Schäranlage weist eine eine drehbare Trommel (2) aufweisende Konusschärmaschine (1) und ein Spulengatter (9) auf, das eine Vielzahl von Fadenabzugsstellen (14) hat. Von diesen Stellen wird eine Schar von Fäden (6) abgezogen und in Form nacheinander gelegter Bandwickel auf die Trommel (2) aufgewickelt. Das Spulengatter (9) ist ein Wechselgatter, bei dem jeweils einer Fadenabzugsstelle (14) zwei oder mehr Spulenaufsteckungen (11) zugeordnet sind, die wahlweise in eine Arbeitsstellung (13) bringbar sind. Eine Schneidvorrichtung (18) zum Abtrennen des Fadens (6) von einer Spule (12) und eine Verbindungsvorrichtung (18) zum Verbinden dieses Fadens (6) mit einer anderen Spule (12) ist vorgesehen.
Gemäß einem entsprechenden Schärverfahren wird nach Fertigstellung eines Bandwickels zumindest ein Teil der Fäden (6) von den zugehörigen Spulen (12) abgeschnitten und durch Verbindungsstellen mit jeweils einer anderen Spule (12) verbunden.
Auf diese Weise ergeben sich Vereinfachungen bei der Musterung, insbesondere bei großen Rapporten.
