Claims (21)
- Presswerkzeug (1) zum Verpressen von Rohrenden, insbesondere von Rohrenden im Sanitärbereich verlegter Rohre, mit gelenkig miteinander verbundenen Pressbacken (6), wobei eine Pressbacke (6) einen Presseinsatz (7) aufweist, im Zusammenwirkungsbereich zwischen Pressbacken (6) und dem Presseinsatz (7) kreisabschnittförmig gestaltet ist und der Presseinsatz (7) relativ zu der Pressbacke (6) in Kreisumfangsrichtung beweglich ist, wobei weiter die Presseinsätze (7) im Zuge eines Verpressvorganges zunächst an zugewandten ersten Enden (25) zur Anlage kommen, während an zweiten Enden (26) noch ein Bewegungsspalt (29) verbleibt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Presswerkzeug (1) zwei sich zu einer geschlossenen Pressgeometrie ergänzende Pressbacken (6) aufweist und dass die Anlage der Presseinsätze (7) und der Bewegungsspalt (29) sich gegenüberliegend ausbilden.
- Presswerkzeug (1) zum Verpressen von Rohrenden, insbesondere von Rohrenden im Sanitärbereich verlegter Rohre, mit gelenkig miteinander verbundenen Pressbacken (6), wobei eine Pressbacke (6) einen Presseinsatz (7) aufweist und im Zusammenwirkungsbereich zwischen der Pressbacke (6) und dem Presseinsatz (7) kreisabschnittförmig gestaltet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Presseinsätze (7) betrieblich lösbar rastgehaltert sind.
- Presswerkzeug nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bewegungsspalt (29) im Bereich einer Gelenkverbindung der Pressbacken (6) zunächst verbleibt.
- Presswerkzeug nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bewegungsspalt (29) im Bereich der unverbundenen Enden der Pressbacken (6) zunächst verbleibt.
- Presswerkzeug nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pressbacken (6) in Maulabschnitten (45) der Zangenschenkel (12) des Presswerkzeuges (1) ausgeformt sind.
- Presswerkzeug nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Halterung zwei an einer Pressbacke (6) radial nach Innen und an einer Radialen orientiert Innen über die Pressbacke (6) vorstehende, in Kreisrichtung distanziert zueinander angeordnete Zapfen (16, 17) vorgesehen sind, die in zugeordnete Bohrungen (18) der Presseinsätze (7) eingreifen, von denen mindestens einer zur Herausnahme des Presseinsatzes (7) aus diesem heraus bewegbar ist.
- Presswerkzeug nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der aus dem Presseinsatz (7) bewegbare erste Zapfen (16) laschenabgewandt der Maulöffnung angeordnet ist.
- Presswerkzeug nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass laschenzugewandt ein nicht herausbewegbarer zweiter Zapfen (17) angeordnet ist.
- Presswerkzeug nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Zapfen (17) drehgelenkig in der Pressbacke (6) gehaltert ist, wobei die Längsachse des Zapfens (17) das Drehgelenk durchsetzt.

- Presswerkzeug nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Zapfen (17) gegen ein Ende des Langloches (24) federvorgespannt ist.
- Presswerkzeug nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Zapfen (16) an einer Wippe (19) ausgebildet ist.
- Presswerkzeug nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das dem ersten Zapfen (16) abgewandte Ende der Wippe (19) in der Pressbacke (6) federabgestützt ist.
- Presseinsatz (7) für eine Pressbacke (6) eines Presswerkzeuges (1) zum Verpressen von Rohrenden, wobei der Presseinsatz (7) kreisabschnittförmig gestaltet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Presseinsatz (7) innenseitig einen Abschnitt (40) erster Krümmung aufweist und einen zungenartigen Abschnitt (41) zweiter Krümmung, der unbeansprucht, jedenfalls endseitig nach Innen über den Abschnitt (40) erster Krümmung übersteht.
- Presseinsatz (7) für eine Pressbacke (6) eines Presswerkzeuges (1) zum Verpressen von Rohrenden, wobei der Presseinsatz (7) kreisabschnittförmig gestaltet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Presseinsatz (7) zwei über den Umfang versetzte Eingriffsöffnungen (18) für Halterungszapfen (16, 17) aufweist.
- Presseinsatz nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 14 bis 15 oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zungenartige Abschnitt (41) zweiter Krümmung aus dem Abschnitt (40) erster Krümmung freigeschnitten ist.
