Claims (8)
- Presszange für ein Pressgerät zum Verbinden eines Rohrabschnittes mit einem Pressfitting, bestehend aus zwei Schwenkarmen (12,12'), welche zwischen zwei T-förmigen Trägerplatten (11) an zwei voneinander im Abstand (A) angeordneten Lagerbolzen (13,13'), die je einen Schwenkarm (12,12') durchsetzen, mit den Trägerplatten schwenkbar verbunden sind und wobei die Schwenkarme (12,12') mit Klemmbacken (14,14') mit Pressflächen (15,15') ausgestaltet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beide Schwenkarme (12, 12') mittels einer Wirkverbindung zwangweise gleichmässig und gegensinnig schwenkbar sind.
- Presszange nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wirkverbund der beiden Schwenkarme (12,12') aus annähernd formschlüssig ineinandergreifenden Mitnehmerelementen besteht.
- Presszange nach Anspruch 2 ,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die annähernd formschlüssig ineinander greifenden Mitnehmerelemente aus je einem Lagerbereich (181, 181') bestehen, welche sich an den Schwenkarmen (12, 12') zwischen den Lagerbolzen (13,13') gegenüberliegend mindestens teilweise als Lagerschalen (182, 182') ausgebildet sind, und dass zwischen den Lagerbereichen (181, 181') ein Parallelführungsbolzen (183) so in den Lagerschalen (182, 182') gelagert ist, dass er gegenüber den Schwenkarmen (12,12') drehbeweglich ist und gegenüber den T-förmigen Trägerplatten (11) verbindungslos längsverschiebbar ist.
- Presszange nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Lagerschale (182, 182') den Parallelführungsbolzen (183) um weniger als seinen halben Umfang umfängt.
- Presszange nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Lagerbereich mit Bolzenführungsflächen (185) versehen ist und dass der Parallelführungsbolzen (183) Auflageflächen (1832) aufweist, welche an den Bolzenführungsflächen (185) lose anliegen.
- Presszange für ein Pressgerät zum Verbinden eines Rohrabschnittes mit einem Pressfitting, bestehend aus zwei Schwenkarmen (12,12'), welche zwischen zwei T-förmigen Trägerplatten (11) an zwei voneinander im Abstand (A) angeordneten Lagerbolzen (13,13'), die je einen Schwenkarm (12,12') durchsetzen, mit den Trägerplatten schwenkbar verbunden sind und wobei die Schwenkarme (12,12') mit Klemmbacken (14,14') mit Pressflächen (15,15') ausgestaltet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beide Schwenkarme (12,12') an einander gegenüberliegenden Stellen zwischen den Lagerbolzen (13,13') je einen Lagerbereich (181, 181') aufweisen, welche mindestens teilweise als Lagerschalen (182, 182') ausgebildet sind, und dass zwischen den Lagerbereichen (181, 181') ein Parallelführungsbolzen (183) so in den Lagerschalen (182, 182') gelagert ist, dass er gegenüber den Schwenkarmen (12,12') drehbeweglich ist und gegenüber den T-förmigen Trägerplatten (11) verbindungslos längsverschiebbar ist.
- Presszange nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Spreizfeder (184) zwischen den beiden Schwenkarmen (12, 12') vorhanden ist.
- Presszange nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spreizfeder (184) eine Spiralfeder ist und den Parallelführungsbolzen (183) mindestens teilweise umfängt.
