Abstract
Description
The invention first relates to a press tool for Pressing pipe ends, especially pipe ends in Sanitary area of laid pipes, with articulated to each other connected press jaws, one press jaw has a press insert in the interaction area between press jaws and the press insert in the form of a circular segment is designed and the press insert relative movable to the press jaw in the circumferential direction is, whereby the press inserts in the course of a Pressing process first on facing first Ends come to rest while at second ends still a movement gap remains.
Such pressing tools for pressing pipe ends or the like are known.
In view of the prior art described above becomes a technical problem of the invention seen in it, a press tool of the one in question Art to train in an advantageous manner.
ausbilden. Zufolge dieser Ausgestaltung ist ein
Presswerkzeug angegeben, welches mittels zweier
Pressbacken auch zur Durchführung einer Verpressung von
Rohrenden mit größerem Durchmesser geeignet ist. Dies
Anlage derselben. Alternativ kann jedoch auch die
Anlage der Einsätze im Bereich der Gelenkausbildung
erfolgen, wobei dann der Bewegungsspalt gegenüberliegend
dieser Gelenkausformung verbleibt. Weiter
ist es bevorzugt, jeder Pressbacke einen in
Kreisumfangsrichtung beweglichen Presseinsatz zuzuordnen.
This problem has been solved initially and essentially
by the subject matter of
The invention further relates to a pressing tool for pressing pipe ends, especially of Pipe ends in the sanitary area of pipes laid with articulated interconnected press jaws, one Press jaw has a press insert and in Interaction area between the press jaw and the Press insert is designed in a circular segment. Around a pressing tool of the type in question in advantageous Further training is proposed that the press inserts are detachably latched during operation are. Advantageously, the Press inserts, if necessary, without tools, at least but in the simplest way without special tools to release from the press jaws, continuing each Press insert can be replaced individually. As special It proves advantageous here that the loosening of the Crimping dies without dismantling the locking bracket and continue without loosening the locking elements, e.g. unscrewing, can be done. As a result of this Design is a change of Press inserts, preferably without the use of tools in the simplest Way. In this regard, will continue suggested that to mount two on one Press jaw radially inwards and on a radial oriented inside protruding over the press jaw, in Circular direction spaced pins are provided in the associated holes of the Intervene press inserts, at least one of which to remove the press insert from it is movable. This moving out can, for example, by means of a handle connected to a first pin in Radial direction take place. Next is also a manually operated Swiveling the first pin out of the locking bracket conceivable. In addition, in a preferred embodiment the subject of the invention provided that at a press tool with two closed to one Press geometry complementary press jaws the two in each pin arranged one pin acute angle to the assigned, the front of the include the other face facing the press jaw, so preferably an angle of 15-45 °. As special it also proves advantageous that this Bracket according to the invention both for locking of a fixed press insert as well as for taking a rest a floating d. H. in the circumferential direction press insert movable relative to the press jaw can serve what these holes when using the latter for the locking pin, which have the desired Allow mobility, such as holes, their diameter are larger, for example twice as large as the pin diameter, or elongated holes. The one before described features prove both individually and also advantageous in combination. So it goes on suggested that the movement gap in the area of a Articulation of the press jaws, d. H. opposite to the loading side of the press jaws by the Pressing tool, initially remains. Alternatively, will in this regard suggested that the movement gap in the Area of the unconnected ends of the press jaws, d. H. in the area of the press jaws being acted upon by the Pressing tool, initially remains. The press jaws can be at least partially from the Press tool releasable press members can be formed. In this regard, it is alternatively proposed that that the press jaws in jaw sections of the pliers legs of the pressing tool are formed. As a result is a one-piece design of press jaws and pliers legs selected, which press jaws for Inclusion of press inserts are formed. In the usual The pliers legs of the pressing tool are wise articulated by means of tabs. In this regard proposed in a further development of the subject matter of the invention, that the first one that can be moved out of the press insert Pin arranged away from the lug of the mouth opening is. Alternatively, this, the release of the First peg effecting the press insert also in the arranged end portion of the press jaw facing the tab his. It is also suggested that flap facing a second pin which cannot be moved out is arranged which is according to the previously described alternative also in the area of the press jaw facing away from the tab can be positioned. It is also envisaged that the second, not movable pin pivotable in the press jaw is held, the longitudinal axis of the Pin penetrates the swivel. Prefers extends the swivel axis in the Closed position, d. H. parallel in the press position for in the area of press jaws or press inserts formed jaw axis. To the specified swinging Storage of the insert to be accommodated in the press jaw it is envisaged that the second Pin an elongated hole extending in the circumferential direction the press jaw penetrates. In this regard - further suggested that the second peg against one End of the slot is spring biased. For removal of the press insert from the press jaw is the first pin from the associated hole or engagement opening the press insert can be moved out. For this can the first pin have a handle for Displacement of the first pin against a spring force in the axial direction of the same, for example by on the press insert extension, radially aligned Moving the first pin back. alternative it is proposed that the first pin on a Rocker is formed, which rocker is shaped as a handle is. In this regard, it can also be provided that that the end of the rocker facing away from the first pin in the press jaw is spring-supported for automatic Moving the first pin back into the engaged position.

Furthermore follows through the inventive design of the Pressing the beneficial effect that in the course pressing the tongue-like section second Curvature when a pressing force of e.g. 500 kg in the deflected, following the first curvature Position is shifted and that when the Force the springing back of the tongue-like Section of the second curvature lifting the Press insert caused by the compact.
The invention also relates to a press insert for a Press jaw of a pressing tool for pressing Pipe ends, the press insert being circular is designed. To put a press insert in here standing type in particular in terms of handling Advantageously, it is proposed that the press insert offset two over the circumference Has engagement openings for mounting pins. As a result of this embodiment of the invention Press insert operationally detachable in press jaws Press tool can be held in place. The previously described Features of the press insert according to the invention are an advantage both individually and in combination. So is in an advantageous development of the subject of the invention provided that the tongue-like section second curve from the section first curve is cut free, with the tip of the tongue with respect to a circumferential extension of the press insert is arranged off-center. Furthermore, the tongue-like Section a width that is less than the width of the press insert. Further alternatively or in combination with the previously described solution can be provided be that the press insert two across the width has offset engagement openings for mounting pins. An embodiment is preferred here which the engagement openings with respect to a circumferential bisector are mirror-symmetrical. The Engagement openings can be in the form of holes or Elongated holes must be formed. Is preferred here, however, that one or both engagement openings Are blind holes.
