This object is achieved by the subject matter of claim 1, wherein it is pointed out that the pressing tool has two pressing jaws which complement each other to form a closed pressing geometry and that the contact of the pressing inserts and the movement gap are formed opposite one another.
According to this embodiment, a pressing tool is specified, which is also suitable for carrying out a pressing of pipe ends with a larger diameter by means of two pressing jaws. This is given by the floating support of the press inserts in the two pressing jaws, as a result, the press inserts are movable relative to the associated pressing jaws in the circumferential direction. In the course of the pressing process The facing first ends of the press inserts come to rest, while this system opposite forms the movement gap between the second ends. Specifically, it is provided that the system of the press inserts and the movement gap are aligned diametrically opposite one another on an axis of symmetry of the pressing jaws which supplement one another to form a closed pressing geometry. It is further preferred that the movement gap between the second ends of the pressing inserts remains an associated joint formation of the pressing tool which connects the pressing jaws. Accordingly, it comes at the opposite ends of the press inserts to the plant of the same. Alternatively, however, the investment of the inserts in the area of joint training can take place, in which case the movement gap remains opposite to this Gelenkausformung. Further, it is preferable to assign each pressing jaw a movable in the circumferential direction of the press insert. In an advantageous manner, a pressing device, for example a hydraulic pressing device, acts on the free ends of the pressing jaws opposite the joint formation, wherein the pressing inserts are further supported in an unloaded basic position in the pressing jaws in such a way that they are in contact with their first, facing ends via the free ends Protruding end faces of the pressing jaws, so that these free ends come in the course of the pressing process first to the plant. As the pressing process continues, the press inserts supporting each other in the area of the first ends move relative to the pressing jaws, which results in closing of the movement gap opposite the installation.
In order to develop a pressing tool of the type in question in an advantageous manner, it is proposed that the press inserts are releasably latched operationally. Advantageously, therefore, the press inserts are optionally without tools, but at least without special tools in the simplest way to solve from the press jaws, with each further Press insert is individually interchangeable. It proves to be particularly advantageous in this case that the release of the press inserts without disassembly of the latching holder and further without the locking elements to solve, for example, unscrew, can take place. According to this embodiment of the invention, a change of the press inserts, preferably without tools use in the simplest way possible. In this regard, it is further proposed that for holding two on a pressing jaw radially inwardly and at a radial oriented inside over the pressing jaw projecting, spaced apart in the direction of circular pins are provided which engage in associated holes of the press inserts, of which at least one to remove the Press insert is movable out of this. This moving out can take place, for example, by means of a handle connected to a first pin in the radial direction. Further, a hand-operated pivoting of the first pin from the detent holder is conceivable. In addition, it is provided in a preferred embodiment of the subject invention that in a pressing tool with two complementary to a closed pressing geometry pressing jaws, the two arranged in each jaw pins each include an acute angle to the associated, the front side of the other jaw facing end face, so more preferably one Angle of 15-45 °. It also proves to be particularly advantageous that this holder according to the invention can serve both for the latching receptacle of a floating, ie in the circumferential direction relative to the pressing jaw movable press insert, as well as the locking receptacle of a fixed press insert. In the case of floating press inserts, the press jaws have bores for the locking pins which allow the desired mobility, for example, bores whose diameters are larger, for example twice as large as the pin diameter, or oblong holes. The features described above prove to be advantageous both individually and in combination.
It is further proposed that the movement gap initially remains in the region of a joint connection of the pressing jaws, ie opposite the loading side of the pressing jaws by the pressing tool. Alternatively, it is proposed in this regard that the movement gap initially remains in the region of the unconnected ends of the pressing jaws, ie in the region of the loading of the pressing jaws by the pressing tool. The pressing jaws can be designed here as at least partially detachable from the pressing tool pressing members. In this regard, it is further proposed alternatively that the pressing jaws are formed in mouth sections of the pliers legs of the pressing tool. As a result, a one-piece design of pressing jaws and pliers limbs is selected, which pressing jaws are shaped to receive press inserts. In the usual way, the pliers legs of the pressing tool are hingedly connected by means of tabs. In this regard, it is proposed in a further development of the subject invention that the first pin, which can be moved out of the press insert, is arranged, facing away from the tongue, of the mouth opening. Alternatively, this, the release of the press insert causing first pin can also be arranged in the end of the press jaw facing away from the tongue. It is also proposed that, facing the lug, a second pin which can not be moved out is arranged, which according to the alternative described above can also be positioned in the region of the pressing jaw facing away from the tongue. In addition, it is provided that the second, not herausbewegbare pin is pivotally mounted in the press jaw, wherein the longitudinal axis of the pin passes through the hinge. In this case, the pivot axis preferably extends in the closed position, ie in the pressing position, parallel to the pressing jaw axis formed in the region of the pressing jaws or the pressing inserts. In order to ensure the specified oscillating mounting of the insert to be received in the pressing jaw, it is provided that the second jig is a circumferentially extending slot the pressing jaw interspersed. In this regard, it is further proposed that the second pin is spring-biased against one end of the elongated hole. To remove the press insert from the press jaw, the first pin can be moved out of the associated bore or engagement opening of the press insert. For this purpose, the first pin may have a handle for the displacement of the first pin against a spring force in the axial direction of the same, so for example. By, based on the press insert extension, radially oriented train-back displacement of the first pin. Alternatively, it is proposed that the first pin is formed on a rocker, which rocker is formed as a handle. In this regard, it can further be provided that the end facing away from the first pin end of the rocker is spring-supported in the press jaw, for the automatic return displacement of the first pin in the engaged position.
A press insert may have on the inside a portion of first curvature and a tongue-like portion of a second curvature, which protrudes unclaimed, in any case inwardly beyond the portion of the first curvature. With a press tool with two press jaws and two associated press inserts, pressings with nominal diameters over 50 can be carried out. From the state of the art more than 50 pressing tools are known for performing pressings with nominal widths which have three or more pressing jaws or pressing inserts. Furthermore, results from the inventive design of the press insert, the advantageous effect that in the course of compression of the tongue-like portion second curvature upon reaching a pressing force of, for example. 500 kg in the, the first curvature following position is shifted and that when lifting the application of force Spring-back of the tongue-like portion second curvature causes lifting of the press insert from the compact.
It is also suggested that the press insert has two circumferentially offset engagement holes for support pins. Thus, the press insert is releasably releasable in press jaws of a pressing tool rasthalterbar. In an advantageous development, it is provided that the tongue-like section of the second curvature is cut free from the section of the first curvature, wherein furthermore the tongue tip is arranged eccentrically with respect to a circumferential extension of the press insert. Further, the tongue-like portion has a width which is smaller than the width of the press insert. Further alternatively or in combination with the solution described above, it can be provided that the press insert has two offset across the width engagement openings for support pin. In this case, an embodiment is preferred in which the engagement openings are mirror-symmetrical with respect to a circumferential bisector. The engagement openings may be formed in the form of holes or elongated holes. However, it is preferred here that one or both engagement openings are blind holes.
