Claims (12)
- Isolierglasanordnung mit mindestens einem durch Glasscheiben (1,1') und Randverbund (2) verschlossenem Scheibenzwischenraum und mit einem im Scheibenzwischenraum angeordneten Folien-Rollo, bestehend aus einer Sonnenschutzfolie, deren Endseite (40) an einer der Seiten der abzudeckenden Glasscheiben (1,1') befestigt ist und auf einer beweglichen Wickelwelle (3) zu einem Wickel (41) aufwickelt bzw. zu einer Fläche (42) abwickelt, und aus einem Wickel-Antrieb zum Übertragen eines Drehmomentes auf die Wickelwelle, und aus einer Seitenführung (5a, 5b) zum Führen einer Lagerung der Wickelwelle (3) entlang einer linearen Bahn (S), und aus einem Rollo-Antrieb zum Betätigen des Folien-Rollos, gekennzeichnet durch eine innenliegende Linearführung (6a, 6b) zum Ausrichten der Wickelwelle (3) im rechten Winkel zur linearen Bahn (S).
- Isolierglasanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sonnenschutzfolie eine Dicke von 0,01 bis 0,07 mm aufweist.
- Isolierglasanordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wickelwelle (3) einen Durchmesser von 5 bis 15 mm aufweist.
- Isolierglasanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sonnenschutzfolie aus Polyester besteht und durch eine temporäre Erwärmung in einer bestimmten Formprägung geprägt ist.
- Isolierglasanordnung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sonnenschutzfolie eine Formprägung in Gestalt des Wickels (41) aufweist derart, dass sie als Federmotor ein Drehmoment im Drehsinn des Aufwickelns aufweist.
- Isolierglasanordnung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sonnenschutzfolie eine Formprägung in Gestalt von parallel oder längs zur Wickelwelle (3) verlaufenden Knickprägungen (43) aufweist, und dass die Knickprägungen im Abknickwinkel entweder alternierend im Zick-Zack-Profil oder einheitlich mit Abknickwinkel im Drehsinn des Wickels (41) ausgestaltet sind.
- Isolierglasanordnung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch eine Linearführung (6a, 6b) in Gestalt eines Seilzugsystems bestehend aus zwei Seilen (7a, 7b) über Umlenkrollen (R) an den Seiten entlang der Seitenführung (5a,5b) und über Kreuz von Seite zu Seite geführt ist derart, dass die beiden Lager der Wickelwelle (3) im Bewegungsablauf synchronisiert sind.
- Isolierglasanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 und mit Linearführung (6) nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seile (7a, 7b) als Antriebsriemen und die Umlenkrollen (R) als Antriebsriemenscheiben zum Übertragen einer Antriebsleistung ausgebildet sind, und dass der Rollo-Antrieb in Gestalt eines Elektromotors (M) an eine oder mehrere Umlenkrollen (R) gekoppelt ist.
- Isolierglasanordnung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch einen Wickel-Antrieb in Gestalt von zwei Laufrädern (8a,8b), die entlang der linken bzw. rechten Seitenführung (5a,5b) abrollen, durch eine Freilaufkupplung und eine Rutschkupplung zum Ankoppeln eines der beiden oder beider Laufräder (8a,8b) an die Wickelwelle (3) derart, dass die Freilaufkupplung nur im Drehsinn des Aufwickelns einkuppelt und die Rutschkupplung ein Drehmoment bis zu einem bestimmten Maximalwert überträgt.
- Isolierglasanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 und mit Laufrädern (8a,8b) nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Laufräder (8a,8b) unterschiedlich große Durchmesser aufweisen und einzeln über Freilauf und Rutschkupplung an die Wickelwelle (3) gekoppelt sind derart, dass beim Aufwickeln nur das kleinere und damit schnell drehende Laufrad (8a) und beim Abwickeln nur das größere und damit langsam drehende Laufrad (8b) ankoppelt und ein Drehmoment im Drehsinn des Aufwickelns bis zu einem bestimmten Maximalwert überträgt.
- Isolierglasanordnung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Elektromotor (M) als Antrieb des Folien-Rollos an der beweglichen Lagerung der Wickelwelle angeordnet ist.
- Isolierglasanordnung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch einen Rollo-Antrieb in Gestalt einer Magnetkupplung, die an der beweglichen Lagerung der Wickelwelle (3) angeordnet ist und entlang der linearen Bahn (S) eine Verschiebekraft durch eine der beiden Glasscheiben (1,1') überträgt.
