Claims (10)
- Walzwerk, insbesondere Schräg- oder Diescherwalzwerk, in Modulbauweise, mit in einem Walzgerüst drehgelagerten Walzen, wobei der Walzgerüstrahmen aus Gussständern, geschweißten Blechständern oder aus Schmiedeständern gebildet ist, die auf im Fundament verankerten und vergossenen Sohlplatten befestigt sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Walzgerüstrahmen (4) aus sich gegenüberliegenden, auf der Sohlplatte (6) befestigten Portalrahmen (7;8) mit einer den Abstand zwischen den Portalrahmen (7;8) bildenden oberen Kassette (9) für eine obere Walzeneinheit (11) und einer unteren Kassette (10) für die untere Walzeneinheit (12), zusammensetzbar ist, wobei die beiden Portalrahmen (7;8) mittels mehreren, übereinander und / oder nebeneinander angeordneten Zugelementen (13) miteinander verspannt und fixiert sind. - Walzwerk nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Portalrahmen (7;8) unten mit einem unteren Querrahmen (14) miteinander verbunden sind. - Walzwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Querhaupt (15) für den Walzenausbau oder für den Walzeneinbau zwischen den Portalrahmen (27;8) in oberen Führungen ( 16a,16b) parallel verschiebbar ist. - Walzwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Walzen ( 2;3) aus jeweils einer unteren Trommeleinheit (17a) und einer oberen Trommeleinheit (17b) mit Kegelwalzen (18) bestehen. - Walzwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest die Geräte der Vorschubwinkelverstellung (19) und die Walzen-Trommel-Ausbalancierung (20) an den Kassetten (9;10) befestigt sind. - Walzwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass den Kegelwalzen (18) zumindest eine Diescherscheibe (21a, 21b) auf jeweils einem Diescherscheibenschlitten (24a;24b) zugeordnet ist, der auf einer quer zur Walzrichtung (22) verlaufenden Gleitbahn (23) aus der Betriebsposition in eine Wechselposition und zurück verfahrbar ist. - Walzwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Diescherscheibenschlitten (24a;24b) mittels einer Kniehebel-Verriegelung (26a;26b) auf der Gleitbahn (23) festsetzbar ist. - Walzwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Diescherscheibenschlitten (24a;24b) an einer an der unteren Kassette (10) befestigten, räumlich gestellten Aufnahme (27) zentriert ist. - Walzwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebskraft auf die Walzen (2;3) im Walzgerüstrahmen ( 4) jeweils mittels einer ausrückbaren Gelenkwelle (28) übertragbar ist, in deren Schnellverschlusskupplung (29) in dem walzenseitigen Treffer (30) eine hydraulisch betätigbare Klemmung (31) vorgesehen ist. - Walzwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erforderliche Einbauraum bzw. das Gewicht des Walzgerüstrahmens (4) auf eine minimierte Länge der Walzenachse (32) abgestimmt ist.
