Claims (6)
- Relaxiertrockner zum spannungslosen Trocknen bei gleichzeitigem relaxierenden Krumpfen einer ausgebreiteten, textilen Stoffbahn (4) aus Web- oder Maschenware oder Vliesstoff auf einem annähernd sinusförmigen Weg im Relaxierkanal (3) zwischen zwei luftdurchlässigen Transportbändern (1, 2), nämlich einem Tragband (1) und einem Gegenhalteband (2), wobei die Stoffbahn (4) zusammen mit den Transportbändern (1, 2) in der Stoffbahnlängsrichtung (5) bei Betrieb weiterbewegt wird und wobei der Stoffbahn (4) außerhalb des Relaxierkanals (3), vorzugsweise in quer zu der Bahnlängsrichtung (5) verlaufende Reihen angeordnete, räumlich feste Blasdüsen (8, 9) derart zugeordnet sind, daß die Stoffbahn (4) ― gesehen in der Bahnlängsrichtung (5) ― , vorzugsweise auf annähernd quer zu der Bahnlängsrichtung (5) verlaufenden Linien, abwechselnd gegen das Tragband (1) und gegen das Gegenhalteband (2) geblasen wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Tragband (1) und/oder das Gegenhalteband (2) luftundurchlässige Bereiche (13, 14; 20, 21) besitzen, welche momentan mindestens je eine der Düsen (8, 9) teilweise oder ganz gegenüber der Stoffbahn (4) abschirmen.
- Relaxiertrockner nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Tragband (1) und/oder das Gegenhalteband (2) luftundurchlässige, quer zur Bahnlängsrichtung (5) verlaufende Streifen (13, 14; 20, 21) besitzen, die momentan mindestens je eine der quer zu der Bahnlängsrichtung (5) verlaufenden Düsenreihen (8, 9) teilweise oder ganz gegenüber der Stoffbahn (4) abschirmen.
- Relaxiertrockner nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der in Bahnlängsrichtung (5) gemessene gegenseitige Abstand zweier luftundurchlässiger Streifen (13, 14; 20, 21) auf ein und demselben Transportband (1 oder 2) ― bezogen auf die Sinus-Form der Bahnführung ― mindestens eine Wellenlänge, vorzugsweise mindestens zwei Wellenlängen, beträgt.
- Relaxiertrockner nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die luftundurchlässigen Streifen (13, 14; 20, 21) des jeweiligen Transportbands (1, 2) durch Klebestreifen gebildet sind, die auf der Kanalaußenseite, z.B. auf die Unterseite des Tragbands (1) bzw. auf die Oberseite des Gegenhaltebandes (2), aufgebracht sind.
- Relaxiertrockner nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die luftundurchlässigen Streifen (13, 14; 20, 21) in das jeweilige Transportband (1, 2) integriert sind.
- Verfahren zum Betrieb des Relaxiertrockners nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf die Stoffbahn (4) rhythmische Luftimpulse im Sinne des Erzielens eines über die Wirkung der Relaxierbehandlung hinaus verstärkten Tumble-Effekts ausgeübt werden.
