Description
- Zur Bildung einer weiteren Strickebene werden die auf den dafür benötigten Stricknadeln hängenden Maschen von diesen Stricknadeln zugeordneten Transferelementen übernommen,
- anschließend werden die Transferelemente mit den auf ihnen gehaltenen Maschen oder das zugehörige Nadelbett um eine halbe Nadelteilung versetzt, sodass sich die Transferelemente jeweils auf Lücke zu den Nadeln des Nadelbetts befinden,
- mit den von den Maschen befreiten Nadeln werden Maschen vom gegenüberliegenden Nadelbett übernommen und Maschen für eine andere Strickebene gebildet,
- nach Abschluss des Strickvorgangs für die andere Strickebene werden die Maschen der Nadeln wieder auf das gegenüberliegende Nadelbett zurückgehängt,
- die Transferelemente oder das zugehörige Nadelbett werden um eine halbe Nadelteilung zurückversetzt, sodass sich die Transferelemente wieder über den Nadeln des zugehörigen Nadelbetts befinden,
- die von den Transferelementen gehaltenen Maschen werden wieder von den Nadeln des zugehörigen Nadelbetts übernommen,
- mit den Nadeln des Nadelbetts werden wieder Maschen für die ursprüngliche Strickebene gebildet.

Claims (5)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Gestricken mit mehreren Strickebenen auf einer Zweibett-Flachstrickmaschine, wobei alle Nadeln eines Nadelbetts (V, H) zur Erzeugung von Maschen für eine Strickebene einsetzbar sind, gekennzeichnet durch die Schritte:Zur Bildung einer weiteren Strickebene werden die auf den dafür benötigten Stricknadeln hängenden Maschen von diesen Stricknadeln zugeordneten Transferelementen (5, 6) übernommen,anschließend werden die Transferelemente (5, 6) mit den auf ihnen gehaltenen Maschen oder das zugehörige Nadelbett (V, H) um eine halbe Nadelteilung (Tlg) versetzt, sodass sich die Transferelemente (5, 6) jeweils auf Lücke zu den Nadeln des Nadelbetts (V, H) befinden,mit den von den Maschen befreiten Nadeln werden Maschen vom gegenüberliegenden Nadelbett (V, H) übernommen und Maschen für eine andere Strickebene gebildet,nach Abschluss des Strickvorgangs für die andere Strickebene werden die Maschen der Nadeln wieder auf das gegenüberliegende Nadelbett (V, H) zurückgehängt,die Transferelemente (5, 6) oder das zugehörige Nadelbett (V, H) werden um eine halbe Nadelteilung (Tlg) zurückversetzt, sodass sich die Transferelemente (5, 6) wieder über den Nadeln des zugehörigen Nadelbetts (V, H) befinden,die von den Transferelementen (5, 6) gehaltenen Maschen werden wieder von den Nadeln des Nadelbetts (V, H) übernommen,mit den Nadeln des Nadelbetts (V, H) werden wieder Maschen für die ursprüngliche Strickebene gebildet.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Übertragung der auf den zur Bildung der weiteren Strickebene benötigten Stricknadeln hängenden Maschen auf die Transferelemente (5, 6) die in den Nadeln hängenden Maschen durch Nadelaustriebs- und/oder Rückzugsbewegungen auf der Nadelzunge oder bei Schiebernadeln auf dem Nadelschieber platziert werden und anschließend die Transferelemente (5, 6) in die Maschen eingeführt und die Nadeln aus den Maschen herausgezogen werden, sodass die Maschen allein auf den Transferelementen (5, 6) hängen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Maschen durch eine Nadelvortriebs- und anschließende Nadelrückzugsbewegung auf den geschlossenen Zungen der Nadeln platziert werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Maschen durch eine Nadelvortriebsbewegung auf einer geöffneten Zunge der Nadeln platziert werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei Verwendung von Schiebernadeln die Maschen durch eine Nadelvortriebsbewegung bei geöffneten Schiebern und einer anschließenden Nadelrückzugsbewegung bei geschlossenen Schiebern über den geschlossenen Schiebern platziert werden.
