Claims (5)
- Procédé pour fabriquer des tricots à plusieurs plans de tricotage sur un métier à tricoter à deux bancs plat, selon lequel on peut utiliser toutes les aiguilles d'une fonture (V, H) afin de produire des mailles pour un plan de tricotage, caractérisé par les étapes suivantes :pour former un plan de tricotage supplémentaire, les mailles, accrochées sur les aiguilles à tricoter nécessaires à cet effet, sont prises par des éléments de transfert (5, 6) associés à ces aiguilles à tricoter,puis les éléments de transfert (5, 6), ainsi que les mailles qui s'y trouvent ou la fonture (V, H) correspondante, sont décalés de la moitié d'un espacement des aiguilles (Tlg), de sorte que les éléments de transfert (5, 6) se trouvent chacun sur un intervalle par rapport aux aiguilles de la fonture (V, H),à l'aide des aiguilles qu'on a libérées des mailles, des mailles sont prises de la fonture (V, H) opposée et on forme des mailles pour un autre plan de tricotage,après que l'opération de tricotage est terminée pour l'autre plan de tricotage, les mailles des aiguilles sont de nouveau replacées sur la fonture (V, H) opposée,les éléments de transfert (5, 6) ou la fonture (V, H) correspondante sont décalées en sens inverse de la moitié d'un espacement des aiguilles (Tlg), de sorte que les éléments de transfert (5, 6) se trouvent de nouveau au-dessus des aiguilles de la fonture (V, H) correspondante,les mailles qui sont maintenues par les éléments de transfert (5, 6) sont de nouveau prises par les aiguilles de la fonture (V, H),des mailles pour le plan de tricotage d'origine sont de nouveau formées à l'aide des aiguilles de la fonture (V, H).

- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les mailles sont placées sur les languettes fermées des aiguilles grâce à un mouvement au cours duquel les aiguilles sont avancées, puis reculées.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les mailles sont placées sur une languette ouverte des aiguilles par un mouvement au cours duquel les aiguilles sont avancées.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que, quand on utilise des aiguilles glissantes, les mailles sont placées sur les pousse-aiguille fermés par un mouvement au cours duquel les aiguilles sont avancées lorsque les pousse-aiguille sont ouverts et par un mouvement au cours duquel les aiguilles sont reculées lorsque les pousse-aiguille sont fermés.
