Definitions

  • the invention relates to a process for the production of knitted fabrics with several levels of knitting on a twin flat knitting machine.
  • Knitted fabrics with several levels of knitting each needle a needle bed for stitching for a knitting level can be used, are so far only on flat knitting machines can be produced with four needle beds. knitting machines However, these types are technically very demanding and have a relatively high cost rate for a production hour, which the production of crocheted on these machines more expensive.
  • the present invention is based on the object, a Possibility to create on a twin flat knitting machine To be able to produce knitted pieces with several knitting levels wherein each needle of a needle bed for making stitches be used for the different rope levels can.
  • Knitting needles hanging stitches on the transfer elements
  • the stitches hanging in the needles can be and / or withdrawal movements on the needle tongue or be placed on the needle shifter with slide needles and then the transfer elements inserted into the mesh and the needles are pulled out of the stitches so that hang the stitches alone on the transfer element.
  • the Meshes can be made by a needle propulsion and subsequent Needle retraction movement on the closed tongues of the needle to be placed.
  • the mesh can also by a Needle driving motion on the open tongues of the needles to be placed. Both open and closed Tongues, the meshes are stretched enough for the Insert transfer elements into the mesh.
  • the mesh When using sliding needles, the mesh can through a Nadelvortriebsschi with open sliders and a subsequent needle retraction movement with closed slides be placed over the closed sliders. It revealed then similar conditions for the Umitativorgang as when placing the stitches on the closed tongue of latch needles.
  • the invention also relates to an inventive Method knitted fabric in the form of a tube-round-rib knit, a tube-round jacquard knit, one Round tubular knit with knitted pocket and one Knitwear, which has a basic knit and a revers, wherein The lapels are created as a parallel knitted fabric to the basic knit is.
  • inventive Method knitted fabric in the form of a tube-round-rib knit, a tube-round jacquard knit, one Round tubular knit with knitted pocket and one Knitwear, which has a basic knit and a revers, wherein The lapels are created as a parallel knitted fabric to the basic knit is.
  • a revers which has a basic knit and a revers, wherein The lapels are created as a parallel knitted fabric to the basic knit is.
  • other knits can be produced by the method according to the invention.
  • Fig. 1 shows the front and rear needle bed 1, 2 a Flat knitting machine in the area of stitch-forming elements. Of these, two needles 3 and 4 and associated transfer elements 5 and 6 are shown. In the hooks 31 and 41 of the needles 3 and 4 each hang stitches 7 and 9. The transfer elements 5 and 6 have tips 51 and 61 with which they are inserted into the stitches 7 and 9 can pierce, as in Fig. 2 using the example of Transfer element 5 and the mesh 7 is shown. The transfer element 5 was this from his rest position shown in Fig. 1 expelled, but only so far that the midline 100 of the knitting machine is not exceeded. Consequently is retained by the mesh 7 held on the transfer element 5 a thread feed for the formation of other stripping levels not with special needs.
