Claims (5)

  1. Procédé pour fabriquer un tricot sur une machine à tricoter rectiligne comportant deux fontures à aiguilles (V, H) qui se font face et comportant un dispositif de report de mailles, dans lequel le tricot (10, 20) présente un tricot de base (11, 21) et au moins un tricot parallèle (12, 22) qui recouvre partiellement le tricot de base (11, 21) et qui est formé d'au moins deux tricots rectilignes (14, 15 ; 24, 25) placés dans des plans parallèles et, au moins dans la zone du tricot parallèle (12, 22) au moins au nombre d'un, au plus une aiguille sur deux d'une fonture (V, H) est occupée par une maille du tricot de base (11, 21) et l'aiguille de l'autre fonture (V, H) qui se trouve en face d'une aiguille occupée de cette fonture est vide et dans lequel l'un des tricots rectilignes (14, 15 ; 24, 25) du tricot parallèle (12, 22) est produit sur la fonture qui est située en face de celle qui forme le tricot de base (11, 21) et l'autre ou les autres tricots rectilignes (14, 15 ; 24, 25) sont produits dans les aiguilles vides de la fonture sur laquelle est formé le tricot de base (11, 21).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le tricot parallèle (12, 22) est lié au tricot de base (11, 21) à au moins un endroit.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les tricots rectilignes (14, 15 ; 24, 25) du tricot parallèle (12, 22) sont au moins en partie reliés les uns aux autres.
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel le tricot parallèle (12) présente deux tricots rectilignes (14, 15) qui sont disposés partiellement derrière le tricot de base (11) et partiellement devant le tricot de base (11), dans lequel on exécute les étapes suivantes pour produire les tricots rectilignes (14, 15) derrière le tricot de base (11):
    a) formation d'une rangée de mailles pour le tricot de base (11) sur la fonture avant (V),
    b) report de toutes les mailles du premier tricot rectiligne (14) de la fonture arrière (H) sur les aiguilles vides de la fonture avant (V),
    c) formation d'une rangée de mailles pour le premier tricot rectiligne (14) sur la fonture avant (V),
    d) formation d'une rangée de mailles pour le deuxième tricot rectiligne (15) sur la fonture arrière (H),
    e) report des mailles du premier tricot rectiligne (14) de la fonture avant (V) sur la fonture arrière (H),
    f) répétition des étapes a) à e) jusqu'à ce que les tricots rectilignes (14, 15) aient atteint la longueur souhaitée ;
    et pour lequel on réalise les étapes suivantes pour passer les tricots rectilignes (14, 15) du côté arrière sur le côté avant du tricot de base (11) :
    g) report des mailles du premier tricot rectiligne (14) sur la fonture avant (V) pour s'ajouter aux mailles de ce qui jusqu'ici était le tricot de base (11),
    h) formation d'une rangée de mailles pour le tricot de base (11) sur la fonture avant (V) et dans la zone du tricot parallèle (12) sur la fonture arrière (H),
    i) formation de rangées de mailles initiales pour le nouveau premier et deuxième tricot rectiligne (14, 15) sur la fonture avant (V) ou dans les aiguilles vides de la fonture arrière (H),
    j) formation d'une rangée de mailles pour le premier tricot rectiligne (14) sur la fonture avant (V),
    k) report des mailles du deuxième tricot rectiligne (15) dans les aiguilles vides de la fonture avant (V),
    l) formation d'une rangée de mailles pour le tricot de base (11) ;
    et on réalise par la suite les étapes suivantes :
    m) formation d'une rangée de mailles pour le tricot de base (11),
    n) formation d'une rangée de mailles pour le deuxième tricot rectiligne (15) sur la fonture arrière (H),
    o) formation d'une rangée de mailles pour le premier tricot rectiligne (14) sur IIa fonture avant (V),
    p) report des mailles du deuxième tricot rectiligne (15) dans les aiguilles vides de la fonture avant (V),
    q) formation d'une rangée de mailles pour le tricot de base (11) sur la fonture arrière (H),
    r) répétition des étapes n) à q) jusqu'à ce que le tricot parallèle (12) présente la longueur souhaitée.
  5. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel le tricot parallèle (22) présente un tricot rectiligne (24) comportant un motif Jacquard (23) lequel est recouvert d'un deuxième tricot rectiligne (25) sur le côté arrière, caractérisé par les étapes suivantes :
    a) formation d'une rangée de mailles pour le tricot de base (21) sur la fonture arrière (H),
    b) report des mailles du deuxième tricot rectiligne (25) sur les aiguilles vides de la fonture arrière (H),
    c) tricotage de mailles du premier tricot rectiligne (24) dans la couleur de base du motif Jacquard (23) sur la fonture avant (V) et liage de ce fil sur les aiguilles du deuxième tricot rectiligne (25) sur la fonture arrière (H),
    d) tricotage de mailles du premier tricot rectiligne dans une deuxième couleur du motif Jacquard (23) sur la fonture avant (V) et liage de ce fil sur les aiguilles du deuxième tricot rectiligne (25) sur la fonture arrière (H),
    e) report des mailles du deuxième tricot rectiligne (25) sur la fonture avant (V),
    f) répétition des étapes a) à e) jusqu'à ce que la zone de motif Jacquard (23) ait atteint la longueur souhaitée.
