Claims (10)
- Scherenhubtisch mit einem unteren Rahmen (1), einem eine Tischebene (2; 116) bildenden oberen Rahmen (3) und einer zwischen dem unteren Rahmen (1) und dem oberen Rahmen (3) wirkenden Scherenmechanik (4), wobei die Scherenmechanik (4) sich kreuzende innere und äußere Scherenglieder (5, 6; 103, 106) umfasst, die zum Anheben oder Absenken des oberen Rahmens (3) mittels eines Antriebs (112) betätigbar sind, wobei die Scherenglieder (5, 6; 103, 106) mit den freien Enden (7; 104, 107) in den Rahmen (1, 3) fest zugeordneten Führungsschienen (8; 102, 113) laufen, und wobei der Antrieb (112) zumindest einem Paar der sich kreuzenden Scherengliedern (5, 6; 103, 106) zugeordnete Antriebsmittel umfasst, nämlich eine dem einen Scherenglied (6; 103) zugeordnete, als Führungselement dienende Kurve (109), einen dem anderen Scherenglied (5; 106) zugeordneten, längs des Scherenglieds (5; 106) auf der Kurve (109) verfahrbaren Wagen (110) und einen den Wagen (110) direkt oder indirekt antreibenden Motor,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Scherenmechanik (4) mittels einer zwischen der Scherenmechanik (4) und den Rahmen (1, 3) wirkenden Lenkeinrichtung (9) derart positionierbar ist, dass sie in jeder Winkelstellung der Scherenglieder (5, 6; 103, 106) vorzugsweise mittig zu bzw. unter dem oberen Rahmen (3) positioniert ist, und dass die Kurve (109) in ihrer Position entlang dem Scherenglied (6; 103) und/oder in ihrer Winkelstellung veränderbar ist. - Scherenhubtisch nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lenkeinrichtung (9) mindestens einen sich zwischen einem der Scherenglieder (5, 6) und einer ortsfesten oberen Anlenkstelle (10) am oberen Rahmen (3) erstreckenden Lenkarm (12) umfasst.
- Scherenhubtisch nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lenkeinrichtung (9) mindestens einen sich zwischen einem der Scherenglieder (5, 6) und einer ortsfesten unteren Anlenkstelle (11) am unteren Rahmen (1) erstreckenden Lenkarm (12) umfasst, wobei die Lenkarme (12) ausschliesslich einem der Scherenglieder (5, 6), vorzugsweise wechselseitig, oder einem Paar von Scherengliedern (5, 6), vorzugsweise den äußeren Scherengliedern (6), zugeordnet sein können.
- Scherenhubtisch nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Lenkarm (12) schwenkbar, jedoch ortsfest an das Scherenglied (5, 6) und an die jeweilige Anlenkstelle (10, 11) des Rahmens (1, 3) angelenkt ist, wobei die obere Anlenkstelle (10) in etwa mittig am oberen Rahmen (3) und die untere Anlenkstelle (11) in etwa mittig am unteren Rahmen (1) ausgebildet sein kann.
- Scherenhubtisch nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Lenkarm (12) in etwa mittig zwischen den freien Enden (7) der Scherenglieder (5, 6) und dem Kreuzungspunkt (15) der Scherenglieder (5, 6) an das jeweilige Scherenglied (5 oder 6) angelenkt ist.
- Scherenhubtisch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den freien Enden (7) der Scherenglieder (5, 6) Rollen (16) angeordnet sind, die in den Führungsschienen (8) der Rahmen (1, 3) laufen.
- Scherenhubtisch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beidseits der Anlenkstellen (10, 11) sich bis zum Randbereich der Rahmen (1, 3) erstreckende Führungsschienen (8) angeordnet sind, wobei der maximale Hub der Scherenmechanik (4) dadurch begrenzt sein kann, wieweit sich die Führungsschienen (8) zur Anlenkstelle (10, 11) bzw. Mitte hin erstrecken.
- Scherenhubtisch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kurve (109) austauschbar ist und/oder mit ihrer vorgebbaren Kurvenform zur Beeinflussung der Kinematik und Dynamik der Hub-/Senkbewegung dient und/oder derart ausgelegt ist, dass sich bei konstanter Drehzahl des Antriebs (112) der Tisch mit konstanter Geschwindigkeit hebt und/oder senkt.
- Scherenhubtisch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antrieb (112) als Elektromotor ausgeführt ist.
- Scherenhubtisch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antrieb (112) pneumatisch oder hydraulisch arbeitet und der Wagen (110) über eine Kolbenstange angetrieben wird und/oder mit dem den Wagen (110) tragenden Scherenglied (103) zugeordnet ist und den Wagen (110) vorzugsweise über eine Spindel (111) antreibt und/oder dem unteren Rahmen zugeordnet ist und den Wagen (110) über einen Riemen, eine Kette antreibt.
