Am stirnseitigen Ende des Antriebsaggregates 3 sitzt eine Abtriebsrolle 9. Im weiteren sind am Antriebsaggregat 3 zwei Schwenkarme 11 und 13 befestigt, von denen mindestens einer um die Drehachse A in der Nähe der Abtriebsrolle 9 schwenkbar gelagert ist. Am fest mit dem Antriebsaggregat 3 verbundenen Arm 11 ist weiter ein Handgriff 15 befestigt, an dem die Bedienungsperson die Maschine 1 mit der zweiten Hand festhält. Der Schwenkarm 13 wird durch eine spreizend wirkende Feder 17 vom feststehenden Arm 11 weggedrückt (Pfeil P). An den Enden der beiden Arme 11,13 sind Umlenkräder 19,21 aufgesetzt, welche ein um diese beiden Umlenkräder 19,21 und die Abtriebsrolle 9 umlaufendes endloses Schleifband 23 tragen.
Claims (3)
- Bandschleifmaschine (1) zum Schleifen von Rohren (25), umfassend ein Antriebsaggregat (3) mit einer Abtriebsrolle (9) zum Antrieb eines endlos umzulaufen bestimmten Schleifbandes (23), zwei zur Antriebsrolle (9) beabstandet angeordnete Umlenkräder (19,21), von denen das eine am Ende eines federbelasteten um eine Drehachse (A) schwenkbaren Schwenkarms (13) und das andere am Ende eines ersten, mit dem Antriebsaggregat (3) fest verbundenen Armes (11) angeordnet ist und eine am Schwenkarm (13) angreifende Feder (17) zum Spannen des Schleifbandes (23) und Spreizen des Schwenkarmes (13), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Schwenkarm (13) ein nach aussen ragender Ausleger (31) mit einem Handgriff (15) angeordnet ist, mit welchem der Schwenkarm (13) und das Umlenkrad (21) am Schwenkarm (13) gegen das Umlenkrad (19), das am Ende des mit dem Antriebsaggregat (3) verbundenen Arms (11) sitzt, heranführbar sind.
- Bandschleifmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feder (17) an einem mit dem schwenkbaren Arm (13) fest verbundenen Kniehebelarm (33) angreift, wobei der Kniehebelarm (33) vor dem Kontakt des Schleifbandes (23) mit dem Werkstück (25) rechtwinklig zur Federachse liegt, derart dass mit zunehmender Verschwenkung des Schwenkarms (13) und zunehmender Umschlingung des Werkstücks (25) durch das Schleifband (23) der Winkel zwischen dem Kniehebelarm (33) und der Federachse zunimmt und dadurch die Kraft der Feder (17) auf dem Schwenkarm (13) und die Spannkraft auf das Schleifband (23) abnimmt.
- Bandschleifmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge (L) des feststehenden ersten Armes (11) zum Ein- und Verstellen des Abstands der beiden Umlenkräder (19,21) in Richtung auf das am Abschwenkarm (13) befestigte Umlenkrad (21) verstellbar ist.
