Abstract
Description
Jede Auslaßschurre 14 bildet mit ihrem unteren Ende eine Planierkante 17 zur Höhenbegrenzung und Planierung einer Schotterlage 18. Der Schotterspeicher 13 ist durch Querführungen 19 und Verschiebeantriebe 20 relativ zum Maschinenrahmen 5 querverschiebbar. Die Höhenverstellung des Schotterspeichers 13 kann durch Beaufschlagung eines Antriebes 21 erfolgen, durch den der vertikale Abstand zwischen Maschinenrahmen 5 und Raupenfahrwerk 8 veränderbar ist.
Die abgelegten Schwellen 2 können bei angehobenem Förderband 38 ungehindert zur Schwellenablageeinrichtung 37 befördert werden. Danach erfolgt ein Absenken des genannten Förderbandes 38 in die mit vollen Linien dargestellte Position (Fig. 1). Inzwischen hat der Portalkran 34 bereits den befüllten Container 24 erfaßt und vom Föderband 32 abgehoben. Der befüllte Container 24 wird auf das Ablageförderband 33 abgesenkt und zum Kippförderband 25 transportiert. Durch Beaufschlagung der Antriebe 26 erfolgt ein Hochkippen des Kippförderbandes 25 mitsamt dem Container 24. Der im Container 24 befindliche Schotter 15 gelangt über eine geöffnete Klappe 39 in den darunter befindlichen Schotterspeicher 13. Danach erfolgt wiederum ein Rücktransport des leeren Containers 24 zum Ablageförderband 33, um in weiterer Folge vom Portalkran 34 wiederum zur Befüllung unter die Schotterbefüllstation 22 transportiert zu werden.
Claims (11)
- Verfahren zur Verlegung eines aus Schwellen (2) und Schienen (3) gebildeten Gleises (4) auf ein Planum (16), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Transportrichtung (9) der Schwellen (2) und Schienen (3) Schotter (15) zu einem bezüglich der Transportrichtung (9) vorderen Maschinenende (7) transportiert und bezüglich der Transportrichtung (9) vor der Ablage der Schwellen (2) auf das Planum (16) abgeworfen und planiert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Schotter (15) bezüglich der Transportrichtung (9) hinter der Ablage von Schwellen (2) auf das Planum (16) in Container (24) verfüllt und mit diesen zum vorderen Maschinenende (7) transportiert und dort durch Kippen des Containers (24) auf das Planum (16) abgeworfen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schotter (15) in Form zweier in Maschinenquerrichtung voneinander distanzierter Schotterlagen (18) auf das Planum (16) abgeworfen und planiert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schotterlagen (18) vor der Ablage von Schwellen (2) durch Befahren eines Raupenfahrwerkes (8) verdichtet werden.
- Maschine zur Ablage eines aus Schwellen (2) und Schienen (3) gebildeten Gleises (4) auf ein Planum (16) mit Einrichtungen zum Transport der Schwellen (2) und Schienen (3) in einer der Arbeitsrichtung der Maschine (1) entsprechenden Transportrichtung (9), wobei an einem vorderen Maschinenende (7) eines Maschinenrahmens (5) ein Raupenfahrwerk (8) vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bezüglich der Transportrichtung (9) vor dem Raupenfahrwerk (8) ein Auslaßschurren (14) aufweisender Schotterspeicher (13) zur Speicherung und Abgabe von Schotter (15) auf das Planum (16) vorgesehen ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Auslaßschurren (14) mit ihren unteren Enden eine Planierkante (17) zur Höhenbegrenzung und Planierung jeweils einer Schotterlage (18) aufweisen.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Schotterspeicher (13) eine Kippvorrichtung (40) zum Kippen und Entleeren eines mit Schotter (15) füllbaren Containers (24) zugeordnet ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 5, 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kippvorrichtung (40) aus einem in Transportrichtung (9) verlaufenden, zur Übernahme eines Containers (24) vorgesehenen Kippförderband (25) gebildet ist, das durch Antriebe (26) um eine horizontal und normal zur Transportrichtung verlaufende Schwenkachse (27) verschwenkbar auf dem Maschinenrahmen (5) gelagert ist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen Schotterspeicher (13) und einer auf dem Maschinenrahmen (5) befindlichen Schotterbefüllstation (22) eine aus einer Anzahl von Förderbändern gebildete Transporteinrichtung (23) zur Beförderung der Container (24) vorgesehen ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schotterbefüllstation (22) aus einer im Winkel zur Horizontalen geneigt angeordneten, einen Vibrationsantrieb (41) aufweisenden Schüttelrinne (28) gebildet ist, die oberhalb eines Förderbandes (32) der Transporteinrichtung (23) positioniert ist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß - bezüglich der Transportquerrichtung - beidseits der Transporteinrichtung (23) in Transportrichtung verlaufende und mit dem Maschinenrahmen (5) verbundene Schienen (36) zum Befahren durch einen Portalkran (34) vorgesehen sind.
