Claims (17)
- Vorrichtung zum Abteilen von einzelnen Fäden aus einer Schicht (4), die aus einer Vielzahl von an zumindest zwei Stellen (2, 3) eingespannten Fäden (1) besteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung ein Trennmittel (5, 15, 25, 35) zum Erfassen mehrerer Fäden an zumindest je einer Stelle (S) und zum Bewirken von unterschiedlichen relativen Beschleunigungen der erfassten Fäden in im Wesentlichen ihrer Querrichtung umfasst.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Trennmittel (5, 15, 25, 35) zum Erfassen mehrerer Fäden mittels Reibschluss, Formschluss oder eine Kombination von beiden ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Trennmittel (5, 15, 25, 35) eine - um eine zur Schicht (4) mindestens annähernd parallele Achse (36) - drehbare, schrauben- oder spiralförmige Förderschnecke (37) mit einer zunehmenden Steigung (38) umfasst.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Förderschnecke (37) zwischen zwei benachbarten Schrauben- oder Spiralgängen zusätzliche Schrauben- oder Spiralanfänge aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zusätzlich ein Drücker (20) zum Vergrössern des Druckes der Fäden auf die schrauben- oder spiralförmige Förderschnecke (37) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Trennmittel (5, 15, 25, 35) zwei - um eine erste, im Wesentlichen rechtwinklig zur Ebene der Schicht stehende Achse (7) - bewegbare Klemmbalken (6, 6') umfasst, welche so zueinander angeordnet werden können, dass sie die von ihnen erfassten Fäden zwischen sich einklemmen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Trennmittel (5, 15, 25, 35) zwei sich im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur Ausdehnungsrichtung der Fäden erstreckende, elastische Balken (26, 26') umfasst, welche so zueinander angeordnet werden können, dass sie die von ihnen erfassten Fäden zwischen sich einklemmen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Trennmittel (5, 15, 25, 35) drei - um eine erste, im Wesentlichen rechtwinklig zur Ebene der Schicht stehende Achse (7) - bewegbare Trennbalken (16, 16', 16'') umfasst, welche so zueinander angeordnet werden können, dass sie von den erfassten Fäden mindestens teilweise umschlungen werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zudem zum Festhalten der erfassten und zumindest teilweise abgeteilten Fäden ortsfeste oder - um eine zweite, im Wesentlichen rechtwinklig zur Ebene der Schicht (4) stehende Achse - bewegbare Klemmbalken vorgesehen sind.
- Verfahren zum Abteilen von einzelnen Fäden aus einer Schicht (4), welche aus einer Vielzahl von an zumindest zwei Stellen (2, 3) eingespannten Fäden (1) besteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mit einem Trennmittel (5, 15, 25, 35) mehrere Fäden an zumindest je einer Stelle (S) erfasst und bei den erfassten Fäden unterschiedliche relative Beschleunigungen in im Wesentlichen ihrer Querrichtung bewirkt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mit dem Trennmittel (5, 15, 25, 35) zum Erfassen mehrerer Fäden ein Reibschluss, Formschluss oder eine Kombination von beiden hergestellt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erfassten Fäden auf einer - zur Schicht mindestens annähernd parallele Achse (36) - drehbaren schrauben- oder spiralförmigen Förderschnecke (37), welche eine zunehmende Steigung (38) aufweist, getrennt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass mit einem Drücker (12) ein zusätzlicher Druck auf die der Förderschnecke (37) aufliegenden Fäden ausgeübt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erfassten Fäden zwischen zwei Klemmbalken (6, 6'), welche - um eine erste, im Wesentlichen rechtwinklig zur Ebene der Schicht (4) stehende Achse (7) - bewegbar sind, eingeklemmt werden, worauf die Fäden durch Schwenken der Balken (6, 6') um die erste Achse (7) zumindest teilweise getrennt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erfassten Fäden zwischen zwei elastischen Balken (26, 26'), welche sich im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur Ausdehnungsrichtung der Fäden erstrecken eingeklemmt werden, worauf die Fäden durch Dehnen der Balken (26, 26') in ihrer Längsrichtung zumindest teilweise getrennt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erfassten Fäden zwischen drei Trennbalken (16, 16', 16"), welche - um eine erste, im Wesentlichen rechtwinklig zur Ebene der Schicht (4) stehende Achse (7) - bewegbar sind, gehalten werden, indem diese Balken (16, 16', 16'') von den Fäden mindestens teilweise umschlungen werden, worauf die Fäden durch Schwenken der Balken um die erste Achse (7) zumindest teilweise getrennt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 10 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest zwei der Trennmittel (5, 15, 25, 35) wechselweise eingesetzt werden.
