Definitions
- the invention relates to a separating device for separating Solid, with which coarse solid parts are separated from finer ones become.
- Thermal processes are known for waste disposal at where the waste is burned in waste incineration plants or in Pyrolysis plants pyrolyzed, i.e. with air exclusion one Temperature from about 400 ° C to 700 ° C is subjected. at Both methods make sense after the combustion or to separate the residue remaining after pyrolysis, to either recycle it or dispose of it in a suitable manner. The aim is to residual material to be disposed of in a landfill as low as possible to keep.
- the pyrolysis residue also has non-combustible parts.
- the non-combustible parts essentially consists of an inert fraction, such as glass, Stones or ceramics, as well as composed of a metal fraction.
- the recyclable materials are sorted out and recycled fed. There are procedures for sorting out and components necessary that are reliable and continuous Ensure operation.
- the problem with sieving or separating devices is often that the screen surfaces get clogged.
- the separator then fails or at least one has to be elaborate and personnel-intensive cleaning.
- the problem clogging of separators occurs in particular a strongly inhomogeneous composition of the material to be separated Solid. For example, wires get caught in as Sieve surfaces used perforated plates, so that the individual Holes are initially narrowed and become clogged over time. For certain applications, the separated solid parts are allowed also do not exceed a maximum size.
- the residue obtained during pyrolysis is typical such a strongly inhomogeneous solid, which with regard to its material composition, its size and geometry its solid parts shows great differences.
- broken glass and larger metal parts also elongated bars or in twisted wires (wire bulges).
- the present invention has for its object a Specify separation device for solids in which the solids, especially elongated solid parts, safely is sorted without solid particles during the Jamming the transport process and damaging it can.
- a separating device for solids which is a feeder for the solid and one rotating around at least two deflection rollers Has treadmill on the spaced apart Cross bars are attached in the transverse direction to the conveying direction of the treadmill, running between the cross bars Pressure openings for the solid are formed, at least between two successive cross bars a longitudinal bar is arranged on the one cross bar is attached and up to the other cross bar enough, with the solid below the feeder an acute angle largely parallel to that of the Diarrhea openings formed level can be applied and where on the front surface facing away from the treadmill Another bar is arranged in the longitudinal bar, the thickness of which is greater than the thickness of the longitudinal bar, so the further Bar overlaps the longitudinal bar.
- the treadmill is preferably very Narrow design and primarily used for forward movement and for fastening the cross bars, which in particular are arranged vertically on the treadmill so that they are a Form elevation. For example, two are side by side in parallel running treadmills provided on which the cross bars are attached. The diarrhea openings are accordingly limited by the treadmills and the cross bars.
- the special advantage of the separator is that that there is a solid part, the dimension of which is the distance between two successive cross bars corresponds to and caught between them, at the end of the separator in the area of the end pulley by itself solves. Because when it rotates around the pulley, it widens Distance between the two cross bars and allows the falling of the solid part. Clogging of the separator is therefore excluded and a continuous one and trouble-free operation is guaranteed.
- the separating device has a feed device for the Solid over which the solid largely parallel to the level formed by the diarrhea openings can be applied is.
- the feed device preferably ends immediately above the treadmill, and their direction of feed forms with the conveying direction an acute angle.
- the arrangement of the feeder immediately above the Treadmill or above the cross bars also prevents that the parallel aligned solid parts are vertical tilt down and its length through the diarrhea fall.
- the Feed direction can also run parallel to the conveying direction, if the feed device, for example, is arranged horizontally has a separate conveying device, in order to be able to feed the solid to the separating device, or provided that the entire separation device together with the Feeder is inclined to the horizontal.
- a longitudinal bar which is attached to a cross bar is and extends to the other cross bar.
- the longitudinal bar becomes a further subdivision of the diarrhea openings causes.
- a further bar is arranged, the width of which is greater than the thickness of the longitudinal bar, so the further Ledge overlapping their longitudinal ledge.
- the further strips are preferably stepped, wherein the lower section of a strip on one of the longitudinal strips is attached, and the upper section the bar of following longitudinal bar partially overlapped.
- this is preferably arranged such that it pivots away when the force exerted on him exceeds a certain value. This prevents a very stuck Solid part leads to damage to the rake.
- the Exceeding the force causes it to tip over the cleaning rake at the same time in another preferred Execution a shutdown of the separator, so that jammed solid part may be removed manually can be prevented, and damage to the separating device is prevented is.
- the treadmill is designed as a chain and in particular the longitudinal strips and the transverse strips made of metal.
- the separation device 1 has two from each other spaced deflection rollers 2 to the two parallel to each other run around running treadmills 4.
- the direction of the Treadmills 4 correspond to the conveying direction 6 for one the separator abandoned solid F.
- Transversely to the conveying direction 6 are perpendicular to the treadmills 4 cross bars 8 attached. They are each on their end faces Ends on the narrow treadmills 4, for example by a welded joint. Between two successive ones Cross bars 8 are arranged longitudinal bars 10, of of which only three are shown as examples.
- the longitudinal strips 10 are preferably perpendicular to the transverse strips 8 arranged and between two successive Cross bars 8 fitted. On one of the two cross bars 8 the longitudinal strips 10 are attached. On the treadmills 4 facing end of the longitudinal strips 10 are strips 12 arranged. They are stepped, with successive ones Last 12 overlap.
- Cross bars 8 and longitudinal bars 10 form on the treadmills 4 surveys, the height of the longitudinal strips 10 and the the cross bars 8 correspond essentially to each other. The on the longitudinal strips 10 attached strips 12 therefore protrude the cross bars 8.
- the deflection rollers 2 are designed according to Figure 1 as rollers. Alternatively, a separate pair of for each treadmill 4 Deflection rollers 2 may be provided.
- the pulleys 2 are for as slip-free drive as possible, for example Gear wheels formed in corresponding tooth openings in Grab treadmill 4.
- the treadmill 4 is for example off Plastic, but preferably as a chain with metallic Chain links trained.
- the treadmills 4 are narrow-band and not flat there are 4 diarrhea openings between the treadmills 14 formed essentially by the transverse strips 8th and the longitudinal strips 10 are limited.
- the cross bars 8 and the longitudinal strips 10 spanned surface acts as Sieve opening or as sieve surface 16.
- Solid F is in a feed area via a feed device 30 (see FIG. 2) and in the direction of conveyance 6 transported.
- the task area is directly below the upper section of the treadmills 4 an impermeable Floor 18 arranged.
- alternative can be in the form of an active conveyor a conveyor belt or a screw conveyor his.
- a cleaning rake 22 with prongs 24 provided below the treadmills 4, especially at the turning point of the front deflection roller 2, is a cleaning rake 22 with prongs 24 provided.
- the cleaning rake 22 is his Longitudinal axis rotatably supported, as schematically by arrow 26 is indicated.
- the solid F applied to the separating device 1 becomes in a fine solid fraction FF and in a coarse solid fraction GF separated.
- the maximum size of the fine solid fraction FF corresponds to the maximum extension of the Sieve surfaces 16. He collects because of the arrangement of the impermeable Soil 18 in the order area initially in one Type sieve box, of the longitudinal strips 10, the cross strips 8 and is formed by the bottom 18.
- the accumulated in the sieve box fine solid content FF is from the cross bars 8 pushed to the end of the bottom 18, where it through the Diaphragm openings 14 to the first conveyor arranged there 20 falls.
- Coarse solid parts GF, their dimensions are larger than that of the screen surfaces 16, remain on the longitudinal and transverse strips 8, 10 are to the end the separator 1 transported further and fall there for example in a second conveyor device 28 (cf. Figure 7).
- Solid parts F which have an unfavorable dimension, can jam between two successive cross bars 8. Once these cross bars 8 to the end pulley 2 reach, the distance between the two cross bars 8, and the jammed solid part F falls out. The separator 1 is therefore removed due to the design with the revolving treadmills 4 between Cross bars 10 clamped solid parts F automatically.
- the Cleaning rake 22 pivots from the treadmills 4 away if a critical force acts on him. This can then occur when a solid part F is particularly firmly between two strips 12 is jammed. As soon as this happens and the cleaning rake 22 swings away, an automatic Switching off the separator are provided. In this case, the clamped solid part F can be operated manually be removed. With a robust design of the cleaning rake 22 this case will occur extremely rarely, so that with the separator a continuous and reliable operation is guaranteed.
- an obliquely arranged feed device 30 is shown Slide shown. It forms one with the horizontal acute angle, so that the feed direction 32 with the Conveying direction 6 also forms an acute angle.
- the Feeder 30 ends immediately above the cross bars 8. By the essentially horizontal task of Solid F is particularly prevented from elongated Solid parts perpendicular to those of the cross and longitudinal strips 8, 10 formed screen surfaces 16 on the separating device 1 hit. Below the feeder 30 is the impermeable bottom 18 is arranged. It prevents a sloping solid part F falls through downwards and causes this on one or more cross and Longitudinal strips 8, 10 remain and are transported on becomes.
- FIG. 3 are those of the cross bars 8 and Longitudinal strips 10 formed screen surfaces 16 of the same size and in particular square to a uniform to ensure maximum size for the fine solid fraction FF.
- the longitudinal strips are used to form the screen surfaces 16 10 and the transverse strips 8 are each equidistant from one another arranged.
- the longitudinal strips 10 are shown in FIG the overlapping strips 12 covered
- the Bar 12 of a subsequent longitudinal bar 10 is from the Strip 12 of a previous longitudinal strip 10 overlaps. With the overlapping strips 12 are the cross strips 8 conditional distances between the individual longitudinal strips 10 bridges. This prevents that in the the gap 34, a solid part F can jam.
- the strips 12 are preferably round bars or pipes made of iron or steel.
- FIG. 5 shows the cleaning rake 24 which engages with its tines 24 in the spaces between the strips 12 are formed.
- Solid part F becomes effective with the tines 24 away.
- the tines 24 only reach as far into the Interspaces that they maximum up to the longitudinal strips 10th pass. A deeper engagement of the tines 24 in the spaces would cause the cross bars 8, the as far as the longitudinal strips 10 protrude from the treadmill 4, got stuck on the tines 24.
- FIG Figure 6 An alternative embodiment of the separating device is shown in FIG Figure 6 shown.
- this embodiment there are three pulleys 2 arranged so that the treadmill 4 in a triangle is guided to the largest possible first conveyor 20 to provide enough space. This is in the interior spanned by the treadmill 4.
- One of the deflection rollers 2 is connected to a drive belt 36 Drive wheel 38 connected to drive the treadmill 4. This is in the area of the drive wheel 38 for better clarity not drawn consistently for the sake of it. It is as a chain, in particular metal chain, formed on the individual chain links the cross bars 8 are arranged. On these are the longitudinal strips 10 with the attached thereon Last 12 attached. Cross bars 8 and longitudinal bars 10 are preferably made of iron or steel and welded attached to treadmill 4 or to each other.
- the solid F is fed from the feed device 30 and at least partially falls on the impermeable floor 18 and is transported further in the conveying direction 6. Fine solids contents FF fall into the first conveyor 20 and are subtracted from this. For example, it points a conveyor screw running in a conveyor trough 42 40 on.
- the coarse solid fraction GF is up to the end of the Separating device 1 transported and falls there on second conveyor device 28. This is shown in FIG drawn in an oblique slide. Clamping between the strips 12 Solid parts F can with the help of the prongs 24 des Cleaning rake 22 are removed. The cleaning rake 22 is arranged at the lower reversal point of the treadmill 4.
- the separating device 1 shown in FIG. 7 is similar to that shown in Figure 6. In the following, only the significant differences.
- the feed device 30 is expediently stored loosely, so that it is movable along the double arrow 44. This ensures that any jamming Solid part to damage the separating device 1 or the feed device 30 leads.
- the treadmill 4 is designed as a link chain. At the top the separation device 1 on which the solid F is added and is transported is directly below the treadmill 4 a guide bar 46 is arranged. With this one sagging of the treadmill 4 avoided. A sag of the treadmill 4 causes the distance between two cross brackets varied so that solid undesirable can jam.
- the guide bar 46 is preferably immediate arranged below the link chain, so that the Link chain in a horizontal direction on the guide bar 46 grinds.
- the floor 18 arranged in the area of the feed device 30 is height adjustable so that it is always as possible close to the lower side of the cross bars 8 and longitudinal bars 10 can be introduced. This largely avoids that between floor 18 and cross bars, for example 8 solid F jammed.
- the spreading angle ⁇ is the cross straps smaller in the area of the discharge-side deflection roller 2A than the spread angle ⁇ of the lower pulley 2B.
- Spread angle ⁇ is understood to be the angle that the two include successive cross bars 8 to each other. Outside the area of the deflection rollers 2 is Spread angle ⁇ 0 °, since there the cross plates 8 essentially are aligned parallel to each other. In the area of the pulleys 2 increases on that facing away from the guide roller 2 Side of the cross bars 8 the distance between two successive cross bars 8. It can therefore happen that a solid part in the area of the discharge-side deflection roller 2A falls between two cross bars 8 and in Connection to the deflection roller 2A between these cross bars 8 jammed. Because the spreading angle ⁇ on the lower pulley 2B is larger than on the throw-away pulley 2A, it is ensured that this solid part can solve and fall out automatically due to gravity.
- the deflection rollers 2A, 2B are arranged in a suitable manner, so that they form a favorable angle to each other. additionally or alternatively it is advantageous if the discharge side Deflection roller 2A a larger diameter than the lower one Deflection roller 2B.
- the treadmill 4 preferably hangs in the area between the deflection roller 2A and the deflection roller 2B and between the deflection roller 2B and the left pulley 2 slightly through. This causes the link chain to vibrate, so that stuck solid parts are shaken free.
- a wiper 48 is provided. This is preferably semicircular around the deflection roller 2A placed and extends to the conveyor trough 42.
- the deflection roller 2A is for this purpose in particular as a shaft with two ends Sprockets designed and not with a drum constant diameter.
- the scraper 48 is also in a useful design elastic. This prevents, for example, T-shaped solid parts, which are on the cross bars 8, however extend through the through opening 14 to damage on the scraper 48.
- FIG. 8 shows a section of the link chain Treadmill 4 shown in the area of a guide roller 2.
- the deflection roller 2 is designed, for example, as a chain wheel and also only shown in part.
- the single ones Cross brackets 8 are in each case via a holding element 50 attached to a respective chain link 52.
- the cross bar 8 is preferably detachable on the holding element 50 and thus easily replaceable attached.
- the holding element 50 in turn is fixed with the chain link 52, for example via a welded connection, connected. It should be emphasized that the holding element 50 in the middle, i.e. at the level of the chain axis 54, with the Chain link 52 is connected.
- the separating device 1 is particularly suitable for separation of fine solid parts FF from the in a pyrolysis plant resulting inert fraction of the pyrolysis residue.
- the fine solid particles FF may still have one high carbon content. This can be done, for example by cleaning the fine solid FF and can be used thermally to generate energy.
- the separated fine solid parts FF preferably have one maximum diameter of a few centimeters.
