Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zum Abfräsen von Bodenoberflächen (2), insbesondere Fahrbahnen, mit einem Fahrwerk (4), das einen Maschinenrahmen (6) trägt, einer in dem Maschinenrahmen (6) gelagerten Fräswalze (8), die sich quer zur Fahrtrichtung erstreckt, mindestens einer in Fahrtrichtung vor der Fräswalze (8) angeordneten Fördereinrichtung (10) zum Abtransport des abgefrästen Materials, und mit einem Walzenkasten (18) mit einer der Fördereinrichtung (10) zugewandten Durchtrittsöffnung (22) für das abgefräste Material, und mit einer am als Gleitschuh dienenden Stützeinrichtung für die Fördereinrichtung (10),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützeinrichtung aus einem zugleich als Niederhalter und Gleitschuh dienenden Bandschuh (16) besteht,
daß das fräswalzenseitige Ende der Fördereinrichtung (10) in dem am Maschinenrahmen (6) höhenverstellbar befestigten Bandschuh (16) gelagert ist, und
daß der Bandschuh (16) und die Fördereinrichtung (10) eine starre, relativ zueinander nicht verschwenkbare Einheit bilden. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fördereinrichtung (10) lösbar in dem hinteren, der Fräswalze (8) zugewandten Bereich des Bandschuhs (16) gelagert ist, und daß mindestens eine Verbindungsstrebe (20) die Position des Bandschuhs (16) in Verbindung mit der Lagerung der Fördereinrichtung (10) relativ zur Fördereinrichtung (10) fixiert.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine Kolben-Zylindereinheit (17) als Hubeinrichtung zwischen dem Maschinenrahmen (6) und dem Bandschuh (16) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei gelenkig miteinander verbundene Lenker (24,26) die aus dem Bandschuh (16) und dem hinteren Ende der Fördereinrichtung (10) gebildete Einheit führen, wobei der erste Lenker (24) an dem Bandschuh (16) und der zweite Lenker (26) an dem Maschinenrahmen (6) gelenkig gelagert sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ersten und zweiten Lenker (24,26) und/oder die Verbindungsstrebe (20) auf beiden Seiten des Bandschuhs (16) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gelenkig beiderseits des Bandschuhs (16) angeordneten an dem Maschinenrahmen (6) gelagerten zweiten Lenker (26) über eine Verbindungsstange (30) gekoppelt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Lenker (26) kniehebelförmig gebogen ist, und daß die Verbindungsstange (30) in dem Kniebereich gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bandschuh (16) ein sich quer zur Fahrtrichtung der Vorrichtung erstreckendes Schutzschild (34) zum Schutz des Transportbandes (12) der Fördereinrichtung (10) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Walzenkasten (18) Anschläge (36,38) für die tiefste und/oder vorderste Position des Bandschuhs (16) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Unterseite des Bandschuhs (16) von einem Rost (28) aus mehreren, in Fahrtrichtung parallel verlaufenden Roststäben (32) gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Unterseite des Bandschuhs (16) an der der Fräswalze (8) zugewandten Kante ein sich über die gesamte Länge der Fräswalze (8) erstreckender Niederhalter (40) angeordnet ist.
