Claims (8)
- Fahrbare Brecheinrichtung mit einem Raupenfahrwerk, einem vom Raupenfahrwerk getragenen Chassis, in dem ein motorbetriebenes Brechwerkzeug, beispielsweise in der Form von paarweise angeordneten, gegeneinander schwingenden Brecherplatten in im wesentlichen aufrechter Anordnung, und mindestens ein Antriebsaggregat für das Brechwerkzeug vorgesehen sind, und mit einem das gebrochene Material austragenden Förderband, wobei das Chassis als Ganzes und mit den von ihm getragenen Aggregaten um eine horizontale, parallel zu den Achsen der Räder des Raupenfahrwerks liegende Schwenkachse verschwenkbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Chassis (8) auf bezogen auf das Raupenfahrwerk (1) gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Chassis (8) einerseits ein Königszapfen (24) einer Sattelkupplung bzw. ein einen Königszapfen tragender Teil und andererseits eine, vorzugsweise in der Form von Lagerlaschen (21) ausgebildete, Einrichtung zur Befestigung eines Räderwerks (26) angeordnet ist.
- Fahrbare Brecheinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Königszapfen (24) von einer verschwenkbar am Chassis (8) angelenkten Platte (23) getragen wird, die von einer oder mehreren Streben (28) oder Kolben-Zylinder-Einheiten in der Arbeitsstellung beim Transport abgestützt ist.
- Fahrbare Brecheinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Königszapfen (24) an der Seite des Chassis (8) angeordnet ist, an der ein Einfüllschacht (9) für das zu brechende Material festgelegt ist.
- Fahrbare Brecheinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung zur Befestigung des Räderwerks an der Seite des Chassis (8) vorgesehen ist, an der am Chassis das Abwurfende (18) des Förderbandes (12) liegt.
- Fahrbare Brecheinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Räderwerk (26) zwei Achsen aufweist.
- Fahrbare Brecheinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anlenkpunkt (4) des Räderwerks (26) am Chassis (8) von der Schwenkachse (15) des Chassis einen Abstand von mindestens 2,5 m, vorzugsweise mindestens 2,8 m aufweist.
- Fahrbare Brecheinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Königszapfen (24) und die Einrichtung zur Befestigung des Räderwerks (26) an den Endbereichen des Chassis (8) liegen.
- Verfahren zum Transport einer fahrbaren Brecheinrichtung mit einem Raupenfahrwerk, einem vom Raupenfahrwerk getragenen Chassis, in dem ein motorbetriebenes Brechwerkzeug, beispielsweise in der Form von paarweise angeordneten, gegeneinander schwingenden Brecherplatten in im wesentlichen aufrechter Anordnung, und mindestens ein Antriebsaggregat für das Brechwerkzeug vorgesehen sind, und mit einem das gebrochene Material austragenden Förderband, wobei das Chassis als Ganzes und mit den von ihm getragenen Aggregaten um eine horizontale, parallel zu den Achsen der Räder des Raupenfahrwerks liegende Schwenkachse über eine Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit verschwenkbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einem ersten Schritt die Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit (16) gegenüber der vollständig eingefahrenen Grundstellung etwas ausgefahren wird, wobei eine, vorzugsweise in der Form von Lagerlaschen (21) ausgebildete, auf der bezogen auf das Raupenfahrwerk (1) der Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit (16) gegenüberliegenden Seite des Chassis (8) angebrachte Einrichtung zur Befestigung eines Räderwerks (26) abgesenkt wird, und ein Räderwerk (26) mit dieser Einrichtung verbunden wird, daß in einem weiteren Schritt die Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit (16) weiter ausgefahren wird, wobei der dem Räderwerk (26) benachbarte Teil des Raupenfahrwerks (1) angehoben wird und gleichzeitig ein auf der bezogen auf das Raupenfahrwerk (1) gleichen Seite wie die Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit (16) am Chassis (8) angeordneter Königszapfen (24) einer Sattelkupplung angehoben wird, und daß in einem weiteren Schritt eine Sattelzugmaschine (3) unter den Königszapfen (24) gefahren wird und die Kolben-Zylin-der-Einheit (16) wiederum eingefahren wird, wobei sich das Raupenfahrwerk (1) vollständig vom Boden abhebt.
