Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for processing of building materials, especially of road surfaces according to the preamble of claim 1.
- the old road surface in particular for asphalt surfaces, milled and for reuse broken or crushed.
- Suitable for reuse particles with a grain size of approx. 0.4-0.5 mm because a high quality asphalt only with this grain size can be manufactured.
- mobile Devices known immediately behind a milling machine follow up and generally a crusher and a sieve downstream of the crusher and other components, such as conveyor belts, energy supply, chassis, control etc. have.
- the device should have the same processing power (Mass of processed material per unit of time) like the milling machine and have a final grain deliver in the order mentioned.
- the required Output is approx. 150 t / h.
- the individual Components and in particular the crusher and the sieve unit but also the power unit and the chassis are very heavy, making the known devices so heavy overall are that on European roads they are only used as "heavy loads" allowed to drive. Heavy transports require an official Approval and are subject to various restrictions. For example must have the exact route with date and time can be specified. The approval process also takes time several days to weeks. The devices are therefore in Use inflexible and can not be quick when needed to be moved to another construction site.
- the object of the invention is therefore the known device to improve in such a way that at high performance it is easy that it is still a normal transport on roads can be spent.
- the basic principle of the invention is the device to make it divisible, preferably in two parts, which then each separately as a normal road transport can be driven.
- the basic components of the known Machines are: feed bunker, crusher, vibrating trough, Crusher discharge belt, screening machine, discharge belt, oversize grain return belt, Energy unit, crawler track, wheel undercarriage as well as a trailer hitch.
- the sieve unit is separable from the rest of the device.
- both the sieving unit and the discharge belt, the oversize grain return belt and the energy aggregate from the rest of the machine separable You can stand on your own, like e.g. a pallet, loaded and transported on a truck become. The two separate units are so light that they can be driven as normal transport.
- the separable units screening machine, discharge belt and Oversize grain return belts are on a common frame attached, which has a coupling device, the with an appropriate coupling device on the rest of the Device can be coupled.
- first frame 1 has a first frame 1, on which the following components are arranged: a feed hopper 2, a crusher 3, a conveyor in the form a vibrating trough 4, a crusher withdrawal belt 5, an energy unit 10, a control unit 11, a crawler track 12, a two-axle wheel undercarriage 13 with a lifting and lowering device 14 for the wheel chassis.
- a coupling device 15 attached, for example a kingpin Coupling to a semi-trailer.
- a coupling device 16 attached, by means of which further components of the device be coupled.
- the second part of the device contains a sieve unit 6, a discharge belt 7, an oversize return belt 9 and a cross conveyor 8, the the sieve unit 6 sorted out oversize material transported on the oversize return belt 9. All components the second unit are on a second frame attached, which also has a coupling device 17, with the coupling device 16 of the first part the device is compatible.
- the general operation of the device is as follows: During operation, the two parts are on the coupling 16, 17 connected to each other, the wheel chassis 13 started up and has no contact with the road. The whole Unit runs on the crawler track 12, which by the Energy unit 10 is driven.
- a leading vehicle Milling machine not shown, supplies the milled raw material via a conveyor belt to the feed bunker 2. From there it passes through the crusher 3, the vibrating trough 4 and the crusher take-off belt 5 to the sieving unit 6 desired size passes through the sieve unit 6 and arrives on the discharge belt 7, from where it is to a trailing Truck is spent. Oversized material does not pass through the sieving unit 6, but passes through the shaking movement the sieve unit to the cross conveyor 8 and from there to the Oversize grain return belt 9, which the material again the crusher 3rd feeds.
- the feed hopper 2 is designed so that fine-grained Material before reaching the transfer point to crusher 3 reaches the vibrating trough 4 and no longer the crusher must go through.
- the two parts are used to transport the device on the clutch 16, 17 separated, and the second part loaded onto a truck.
- the energy unit can preferably also 10 removed from the first part and on the mentioned trucks are loaded.
- the first remaining Part is light enough to be behind a normal transport Semi truck to be transported.
- the wheel chassis 13 is lowered to the road and the Coupling device 15 attached to the tractor. As a result, the crawler chassis 12 is lifted off the road.
- Fig. 1 show the transport flows of the material to be processed.
- a preferably hydraulically extendable Support 19 provided which the front in the direction of travel Part of the frame 1 lifts so that the coupling device 15, e.g. a kingpin with the tractor unit can be connected.
- Fig. 2 shows a more detailed representation of the device 1.
- the same reference numerals in the individual figures denote the same parts.
- the device is shown to scale and better shows the proportions of the individual components.
- the parts described in Fig. 1 with the reference numerals 1 to 18 agree with those of FIG. 2 and need not to be mentioned separately here.
- the feed bunker 2 is about articulated struts 20 with the first frame 1 and is connected by means of one or more Hydraulic cylinder 21 driven by a hydraulic motor 22 are vibrated, so the raw material to transport to crusher 3.
- An additional feed hopper 23 is provided on the crusher 3, with which the oversize return belt is aligned.
- the first frame 1 has a solid dimension Boom 24 on which the wheel chassis 13 is suspended. On one of these arms 24 substantially perpendicular protruding strut 25 is a related to the figures 5 to 10 assembly cylinder described in more detail, with which the wheel chassis 13 can be extended and retracted and via which the coupling and decoupling also takes place.
- the three conveyor belts 5, 7 and 9 are opposite each other the respective frame 1 and 18 vertically pivoted and have multiple shots that are relative to each other can be pivoted, what by means of not shown Hydraulic cylinder takes place. 2 is for example to recognize that the crusher discharge belt 5 is the outermost opposite shot 5 'directly above the sieve unit angled the remaining shots.
- the discharge conveyor 7 has three shots 7 ', 7' 'and 7' '' used for transportation can be angled relative to each other, like better 5 can be seen.
- the oversize return belt 9 from three shots that are against each other can be angled.
- the oversize grain return belt 9 still one perpendicular to the road plane lying axis pivotable so that this conveyor belt can also be pivoted horizontally so that it is in the Transport position is parallel to the discharge conveyor 7.
- the coupling device 16 is here at the free end of a Chassis 27 attached to which the wheel undercarriage 13 is attached.
- This chassis is by means of a swivel bearing 28 attached to the first frame and is about the assembly cylinder (25 in Fig. 5) pivoted, thus for the operating position not only the wheel chassis 13 but also the coupled ones Components 6, 7 and 9 raised and thus in their operating position to be brought.
- Fig. 3 shows the first part of the device in the transport position.
- the chassis 27 with the wheel chassis 13 is pivoted about the pivot bearing 28 (by means of the, not shown Unit cylinder 26) and by a rigid Strut 29 on the boom 24 and thus on the first frame 1 supported.
- the kingpin 15 lies on the coupling of a three-axle semi-trailer 30, the crawler chassis 12 is thus raised relative to the roadway 31.
- the last shot 5 'of the crusher withdrawal belt 5 is essentially folded vertically down to the total length to reduce the transport unit shown in Fig. 3.
- This transport unit is in terms of dimensions and Weight is still permitted as normal transport and does not have to be registered as a so-called heavy transport.
- Fig. 4 shows the second, uncouplable part of the device in the transport position, which essentially comprises the sieving unit 6, the discharge belt 7, the oversize return belt 9 and the includes second frame 18 and the associated Components such as drive motors, hydraulic units, etc.
- Transport unit is in terms of its dimensions and their weight approved as normal transport.
- Figures 5 to 10 show the coupling process of the two separable units.
- the chassis 27 and the wheel chassis 13 are by means of the assembly cylinder 26 already partially raised, the strut 29 is released from an abutment 36 'on the chassis and only attached to the boom 24 and initially there fixed approximately parallel to the crusher take-off belt 5.
- the second Part with sieve unit 6, discharge belt 7 and not shown here Oversize grain return belt 9 is already off the pallet unloaded and rests on feet 37 and 38 on lane 31. Two shots of the discharge belt are still essential folded vertically upwards.
- On the second frame 18 is a hydraulically actuated pivot cylinder 39 attached, which is still fully retracted in this position is.
- an after Open hook above which is shown in more detail in Fig. 7 is, relative to a pin 40 on the second frame positioned.
- the chassis is in the position shown in FIG. 6 27 further raised by means of the assembly cylinder 26, so that the hook 41 at the end of the chassis 27 in the Pin 40 engages on the second frame 18 and the Sieving unit 6 and the other components of the second attachable part possibly slightly raised are.
- the pivot cylinder is in the position shown in FIG. 8 39 extended and the pivot arm 42 is supported on a cross member 45 of the chassis 27 from which the entire second part completely from the Road lifts off and then brought to the working position becomes.
- the assembly cylinder is in the position shown in FIG. 9 26 fully retracted.
- the strut 29 is on a bracket 46 which is attached to the second frame 18 is attached.
- the chassis 27 is by means of a bolt, not shown, on the eyelets 32 and 33 locked relative to the boom 24 of the first frame.
- FIG. 10 shows the working position in which compared to FIG. 9 the pivot cylinder 42 is completely retracted, whereby the second pin 43 in the receptacle 44 on the hook 41st clicks into place (left detail drawing in Fig. 10) and the Pin 40 compared to that in Fig. 7 in the detailed drawing position shown now at the front (based on the direction of travel) area of the recess of the hook 41 is present.
- the discharge belt 7 is - which is not in FIG. 10 can be seen - unfolded in a straight line.
- the top one Shot 5 'of the crusher withdrawal belt is to the screening unit 6 angled downwards. Feet 37 and 38 are up folded.
