Claims (17)
- Transportvorrichtung zum Abführen von Werkstücken (2) aus einer Schneid- oder Stanzvorrichtung (1), mit einem Auslagestern (9) mit Aufnahmen (31) zur Aufnahme und zum Aufstellen der waagerecht herangeführten Werkstücke (2), wobei dem Auslagestern (9) eine die Werkstücke (2) an der Unterseite und/oder der Oberseite ergreifende Transportund Führungseinheit (8) vorgeschaltet ist, wobei die Aufnahmen (31) im Auslagestern (9) in im Wesentlichen tangentialer Richtung angeordnet sind, so dass die Werkstücke (2) in den Auslagestern (9) in dessen Umlaufrichtung hineingeführt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Transport- und Führungseinheit (8) eine Transportbahn (6) vorgeschaltet ist, dass die Transportgeschwindigkeit der Transport- und Führungseinheit (8) und der Transportbahn (6) im Wesentlichen gleich ist, wie die tangentiale Transportgeschwindigkeit der Aufnahmen (31) des Auslagesterns (9), dass die Transport- und Führungseinheit (8) von einem unteren und/oder einem oberen Transportband (20, 23) gebildet wird und dass das Transportband (6) von einem oder mehreren nebeneinander angeordneten O-Ringen gebildet wird.
- Transportvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das untere und das obere Transportband (20, 23) einen gemeinsamen Antrieb aufweisen.
- Transpörtvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Auslagestern (9) und die Transport- und Führungseinheit (8) einen gemeinsamen Antrieb aufweisen.
- Transportvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der gemeinsame Antrieb ein Antriebsriemen (26) ist.
- Transportvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Auslagestern (9) von der Transport- und Führungseinheit (8) angetrieben wird.
- Transportvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Auslegestern (9) und die Transport- und Führungseinheit (8), insbesondere das untere und das obere Transportband (20, 23) voneinander getrennte Antriebe aufweisen.
- Transportvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Ausgang des Auslagesterns (9) an welchem die Werkstücke (2) eine im Wesentlichen vertikale Position einnehmen, eine Aufnahme (10) vorgesehen ist, in welche die Werkstücke (2) hintereinanderstehend abgelegt werden.
- Transportvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahme (10) ein geschlitztes Ende aufweist, in welche Schlitze der Auslagestern (9) mit seinen Transportfingern (32) eingreift und das Ende der Aufnahme (10) die Werkstücke (2) aus dem Auslagestern (9) aushebt.
- Transportvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich an die Aufnahme (10) eine rohrähnliche Sammelvorrichtung (11) anschliesst.
- Transportvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die rohrähnliche Sammelvorrichtung (11) von mehreren Stangen (12) gebildet wird, zwischen denen die Werkstücke (2) ggf. mit geringer Reibung geführt werden.
- Transportvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Transportvorrichtung, insbesondere ein Transportfinger (14) vorgesehen ist, der in den Auslegestern (9) oder die Sammelvorrichtung (11) eingreift und in Richtung der Längsachse der Sammelvorrichtung (11) verfahrbar ist.
- Transportvorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transportvorrichtung nach einer bestimmten Anzahl in der Sammelvorrichtung (11) abgelegter Werkstücke (2) in diese einfahrbar ist.
- Transportvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Anschluss an die Sammelvorrichtung (11) eine Übergabekartusche (13) vorgesehen ist.
- Transportvorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Übergabekartusche (13) vom Auslass der Sammelvorrichtung (11) orthogonal zur Längsachse der Sammelvorrichtung (11) verfahrbar ist.
- Transportvorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei mehreren nebeneinander angeordneten Übergabekartuschen (13) diese in vertikaler Richtung und auseinander verfahrbar, insbesondere auffächerbar sind.
- Transportvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Auswerfereinheit (19) insbesondere ein in die Übergabekartusche (13) einfahrbarer Stempel (18) vorgesehen ist.
- Transportvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Anschluss an die Übergabekartusche (13) eine Befüllungskartusche einer Verpackungsmaschine vorgesehen ist.
