Claims (10)
- Säge zum Schneiden von harten Materialien, wie Beton oder Gestein mit einer an einem zu bearbeitenden Untergrund festlegbaren Führungsschiene (24), einem entlang der Führungsschiene (24) versetzbaren Schlitten (13), einem am Schlitten (13) angeordneten Sägekopf (1) mit einer der Aufnahme und dem Antrieb eines Sägeblattes dienenden, senkrecht zur Längserstreckung der Führungsschiene (24) erstreckenden Antriebswelle und einem an dem Schlitten (13) angeordneten, senkrecht zur Längserstreckung der Führungsschiene (24) sowie parallel zur Antriebswelle erstreckenden Führungsbereich, entlang welchem der Sägekopf (1) begrenzt versetzbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Schlitten (13) und dem Sägekopf (1) Schnellverschluss-Mittel (5) angeordnet sind, mit deren Hilfe der Schlitten (13) und der Sägekopf (1) miteinander verbindbar sind.
- Säge nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schnellverschluss-Mittel (5) von einem am Sägekopf (1) angeordneten Verriegelungsorgan gebildet sind, das zur Festlegung des Sägekopfes (1) an dem Schlitten (13) mit einem an dem Sägekopf (1) schwenkbar angeordneten Hebel (9) parallel zur Längserstreckung der Führungsschiene (24) gegen den Führungsbereich drückbar ist.
- Säge nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verriegelungsorgan von einem Schieber (12) gebildet ist, der mit dem Hebel (9) in wenigstens eine Öffnungsstellung (I) und in eine Verriegelungsstellung (III) versetzbar ist.
- Säge nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Sägekopf (1) eine mit dem Hebel (9) und dem Führungsbereich zusammenwirkende Verriegelungsklinke (6) angeordnet ist, die nur in der Öffnungsstellung (I) des Schiebers (12) um eine parallel zur Längsachse der Antriebswelle angeordnete Achse (7) aus dem Führungsbereich drehbar ist.
- Säge nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungsklinke (6) gegen die Kraft einer Feder (26) in eine mit dem Führungsbereich formschlüssig zusammenwirkende Stellung drehbar ist.
- Säge nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schieber (12) in eine, sich zwischen der Öffnungsstellung (I) und der Verriegelungsstellung (III) befindliche Zwischenstellung (II) versetzbar ist, in der die Verriegelungsklinke (6) formschlüssig mit dem Führungsbereich zusammenwirkt, von dem Hebel (9) am Drehen um die Achse (7) gehindert wird und der Sägekopf (1) gegenüber dem Schlitten (13) entlang des Führungsbereiches versetzbar ist.
- Säge nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlitten (13) einen plattenförmigen Grundkörper (28) aufweist, der in einem die Führungsschiene (24) seitlich überragenden Bereich wenigstens eine grosse Durchbrechung (20) aufweist.
- Säge nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundkörper (28) des Schlittens (13) zwei einander gegenüberliegende, die Führungsschiene (24) seitlich überragende Bereiche aufweist, die mit einer grossen Durchbrechung (20) versehen sind.
- Säge nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlitten (13) mit wenigstens einem Anzeigeelement (22, 23) versehen ist, das die Neigung des Schlittens (13) bzw. der Führungsschiene (24) gegenüber einer Horizontalen oder Vertikalen anzeigt.
- Säge nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlitten (13) wenigstens eine Markierung (27) aufweist, an der die Versetzung des Sägekopfes (1) gegenüber dem Schlitten (13) entlang des Führungsbereiches angezeigt wird.
