Abstract
Description
Ein weiterer Nachteil ist, daß die Stellplatte beim Einhängen eine Vor- und Rückbewegung vollführt wobei auch die Abstände der Einhängepunkte sowie der erreichbare Spielausgleich zu gering sind.
Ferner sind in Richtung zur Mitte des Oberteils seitlichen Nocken angeordnet, an welchen zugeordnete Einhängeschenkel der Stellplatte eingreifen.
Am hinteren Ende des Oberteils sind seitliche Einhängeschenkel angeordnet, in welche zugeordnete Einhängeschenkel der Stellplatte eingreifen.
Diese Raststufen bewirken einen Spielausgleich der Einhängepartie, wobei sich ein maximales Spiel in der Grösse eine Raststufe ergibt.
Wesentlich ist, daß die erzwungene Verschiebebewegung zwischen Stellplatte und Oberteil durch die Einhängeschenkel erzielt wird, die auf zugeordneten Gleitflächen des Oberteils abgleiten.

Claims (14)
- Montageplatte für Möbelscharnier einer am Möbelkorpus befestigten Grundplatte und einer mit der Grundplatte verbindbaren das Möbelscharnier tragende Stellplatte, wobei zur Festlegung der Verbindung eine Rastverbindung vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Grundplatte (1) zweiteilig ausgebildet ist, mit einem am Möbelkorpus befestigbaren Unterteil (2) und einem mit dem Unterteil verspannbaren Oberteil (3), wobei die Stellplatte (27) und das Oberteil (3) bei Druck auf die Stellplatte (27) aufgrund einer durch geeignete Mittel erzwungenen Verschiebebewegung der Stellplatte (27) relativ zur Grundplatte (1,2,3) an mindestens drei Einhängepunkten miteinander verbunden werden, und die Verbindung über ein an der Stellplatte (27) angeordnetes Federelement (6) gegen weiteres Verschieben gesichert wird.
- Montageplatte Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Unterteil (2) am vorderen Ende eine Ausklinkung (4) und am hinteren Ende einen Zapfen (6) aufweist, welche sich an zugeordneten Schrägen (5,8) des Oberteils anlegen.
- Montageplatte nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Unterteil bzw. Oberteil (2) mindestens eine Führungsnut (9; 11) aufweist, die mit einer zugeordneten Führungsnocke (10; 12) des Oberteils bzw. Unterteils zusammenwirkt und das Unterteil (2) und Oberteil (3) zueinander festlegen.
- Montageplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindung zwischen Unterteil (2) und Oberteil (3) durch eine Feststellschraube (15) gesichert wird.
- Montageplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Feststellschraube (15) gleichzeitig als Höhenverstellschraube dient.
- Montageplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Ausfallsicherung (13) in Form eines Lappens am Unterteil (2) angeordnet ist, der sich an einer zugeordneten Fläche (14) des Oberteil (3) anlegt.
- Montageplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am vorderen Ende des Oberteils (3) seitliche Vertiefungen (21) angeordnet sind, in die zugeordneten Einhängenocken (28) der Stellplatte (27) eingreifen.
- Montageplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Oberteil (3) seitlichen Nocken (22) angeordnet sind, an welchen zugeordnete Einhängeschenkel (30) der Stellplatte (27) eingreifen.
- Montageplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am hinteren Ende des Oberteils (3) seitliche Einhängeschenkel (23) angeordnet sind, in welche zugeordnete Einhängeschenkel (31) der Stellplatte (27) eingreifen.
- Montageplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am vorderen unteren Ende der Stellplatte (27) seitlichen Anschläge (29) angeordnet sind, die mit einem durch das Oberteil (3) gebildeten Absatz (24) zusammenwirken.
- Montageplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Federelement als Federbügel (6) einstückig aus der Stellplatte (27) so ausgeformt ist, daß dieser als federndes, rahmenartige Umrandung der Stellplatte (27) nach hinten abragt.
- Montageplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beim Einhänge- und Einrastvorgang zwischen Stellplatte (27) und Oberteil (3) zunächst die Einhängenocken (28) und Vertiefungen (21) und die Nocken (22) und Einhängeschenkel (30) durch Verschiebebewegung in Pfeilrichtung (36) in Eingriff miteinander gebracht werden, wobei die weitere Verschiebebewegung durch den am Absatz (24) anliegenden Anschlag (29) zunächst gestoppt wird, bis bei Druck auf das hintere Ende des Stellplatte (27) der Anschlag (29) ausser Eingriff mit dem Absatz (24) kommt und einen Eingriff der Einhängeschenkel (31) in die Einhängeschenkel (23) erlaubt, wobei der Federbügel (6) über am Oberteil angeordnete Raststufen (35) gleitet und die Verrastung zwischen Stellplatte (17) und Oberteil (3) bewirkt.
- Montageplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erzwungene Verschiebebewegung zwischen Stellplatte (27) und Oberteil (3) durch die Einhängeschenkel (31) erzielt wird, die auf zugeordneten Gleitflächen (25, 26) des Oberteils (3) abgleiten.
- Montageplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Entriegelung der Verbindung mit Fingerdruck auf den Federbügel (6) in Abheberichtung erfolgt.
