Description

    Möbelscharnier
  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Möbelscharnier mit einem in einer Aussparung einer Tür o.dgl. einlaßbaren Gehäuse und einem Scharnierarm, welcher über mindestens eine Gelenklasche gelenkig mit dem Gehäuse verbunden und der mittels einer Befestigungsschraube an einer Schnellmontageplatte befestigt ist, wobei die Schnellmontageplatte ihrerseits lösbar an einem möbelseitig festlegbaren Tragteil befestigt und mit einer federbelasteten Klinke versehen ist, welche mit einer Haltenase einen Vorsprung der Schnellmontageplatte untergreift, wobei der Scharnierarm mittels einer ihn überdeckenden, mit dem Scharnierarm verbundenen Abdeckkappe versehen ist, die mit einer im Schwenkbereich der Klinke liegenden und auf diese unmittelbar einwirkenden, die Betätigung der Klinke verhindernden Blockiereinrichtung versehen ist.
  • Ein derartiges Möbelscharnier ist aus des EP-A-0 043 903 bekannt.
  • Aus der WO-A-86/02 402 ist ein weiteres als Schnellmontagescharnier ausgebildetes Scharnier bekannt. Die im Sinne einer Klinke zu sehenden Halteklammern der Schnellmontageplatte sind von außen frei zugänglich. Naturgemäß passiert es immer wieder, daß beispielsweise beim Putzen eines Schrankfaches die Klinke versehentlich betätigtwird. Darüber hinaus passiert es häufiger, daß in einem Schrankfach untergebrachte Gegenstände gegen die Klinke drücken und die Verbindung lösen. Der Scharnierarm des vorbekannten Scharniers ist durch eine Abdeckkappe geschützt, die jedoch mit der Klinke in technisch-funktioneller Hinsicht in keiner Wirkverbindung zur Klinke steht. Auch bei einem aus der DEOS 30 20 158 bekannten Scharnier hat die Abdeckkappe außer der abdeckenden oder schützenden Funktion keine weiteren Aufgaben. Damit die Einstellschrauben betätigt werden können, ist die Abdeckkappe mit einem Zapfen versehen, der in eine Bohrung des Scharnierarmes eingreift und eine Schwenkachse bildet. Dadurch wird jedoch lediglich erreicht, daß beim Verdrehen der Einstellschrauben die Abdeckkappe verlegt wird.
  • Dervorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Möbelscharnier der gattungsgemäßen Art auf einfachste Art und Weise so zu gestalten, daß die beabsichtigte Trennung der Schnellmontageplatte vom Tragteil vereinfacht wird.
  • Die gestellte Aufgabe wird durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 gelöst.
  • Da nunmehr die Abdeckkappe drehbar an der Klinke gelagert ist, wird sie nicht nur zur Erhöhung der Sicherheit gegen ein unbeabsichtigtes Trennen der Schnellmontageplatte vom Tragteil benutzt, sondern darüber hinaus als Betätigungsglied für die Klinke, so daß diese besonders einfach zu betätigen ist. Zum Lösen der Schnellmontageplatte von dem Tragteil muß dann lediglich eine Zugkraft auf die Abdeckkappe aufgebracht werden. Außerdem kann weder das Aufstecken der Abdeckkappe vergessen werden noch kann sie verloren gehen. Da insbesondere bei vom Käufer selbstmontierten Möbeln die Scharnierteile bereits an den Möbelteilen festgelegt sind, entfällt die ansonsten lose mitzuliefernde Abdeckkappe. Außerdem ist die Abdeckkappe im Zuge der Fertigung des Scharniers anbringbar, so daß dem Käufer ein komplett montiertes Scharnier geliefert wird. Günstige Kräfte für die Betätigung der Klinke ergeben sich, wenn die Abdeckkappe an der Klinke in den der Haltenase gegenüberliegenden Bereich drehbar festgelegt ist, und daß die Drehachse der Abdeckkappe parallel und im Abstand zur Schwenkachse der Klinke liegt.
  • Weitere Merkmale der vorliegenden Erfindung sind Gegenstand von weiteren Unteransprüchen und ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung bevorzugterAusführungsbeispiele.
  • Es zeigen
    • Fig. 1 eine Ausführungsform mit drehbar angeordneter Abdeckkappe, teilweise geschnitten,
    • Fig. 2 eine der Fig. 1 entsprechende Darstellung, jedoch mit im Winkel zum Scharnierarm stehender Abdeckkappe und
    • Fig. 3 eine der Fig. 2 entsprechende Darstellung, jedoch mit einem der Klinke zugeordneten Widerlager.
  • Bei den in den Fig. 1 bis 3 dargestellten Ausführungsbeispielen ist die Abdeckkappe 17 drehbar an der Klinke 16a gelagert. In den vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispielen ist dazu die Klinke 16a an der äußeren, der Befestigungsschraube 18 abgewandt liegenden Seite gabelförmig ausgebildet. In zwei fluchtend zueinander liegende Bohrungen der dadurch gebildeten Seitenstege ist ein Stift 35 eingesetzt, auf den die Abdeckkappe 17 drehbar gelagert ist. Dazu ist der Zapfen 25 mit einer entsprechenden Bohrung versehen. Bei der Darstellung nach der Fig. 1 liegt die Abdeckkappe 17 parallel zum Scharnieram 12, und die Klinke 16a befindet sich in der Blockierstellung. Bei der Darstellung nach der Fig. 2 ist die Abdeckkappe 17 in eine Winkelstellung zum Scharnieram 12 gebracht. Außerdem ist auf die Abdeckkappe 17 eine'in Pfeilrichtung A wirkende Kraft aufgebracht, wodurch die Haltenase 22 der Klinke 16a außer Eingriff mit dem Vorsprung 22a gebracht wurde. Wie aus der Fig. 2 erkennbar, kann dann die Schnellmontageplatte 16 vom Tragteil 14 abgenommen werden. Demnach hat die Abdeckkappe nicht nur eine Sicherheitsfunktion, sondern ist auch gleichzeitig eine Handhabe für die Klinke 16a. Die Ausführung nach der Fig. 3 unterscheidet sich von derAusführung nach den Fig. 1 und 2 durch zwei parallel und im Abstand zueinander angeordnete Nocken 36, die an der äußeren, dem Stift 35 zugeordneten Seite an der Schnellmontageplatte 16 angesetzt sind, und ein ortsfestes Widerlager für das zugeordnete Stirnende der Abdeckkappe 17 beim Überführen in die winkelstellung bilden. Wie die Fig. 3 deutlich zeigt, wird durch die Nocken 36 die Klinke 16a beim Überführen derAbdeckkappe 17 in die Winkelstellung gleichzeitig entriegelt. Es braucht deshalb keine zusätzliche Kraft zum Entriegeln aufgebracht werden.
  • Es sei noch erwähnt, daß sich die Art der Anbringung derAbdeckkappe 17 an der Klinke 16a nach der jeweiligen Ausführung der Abdeckkappe 17 richtet. Ferner ist es denkbar, auf den durchgehenden Stift 35 zu verzichten und beispielsweise bei einer entsprechenden Auslegung des Zapfens 25 diesen in vorstehende Ansätze einzurasten. Zweckmäßigerweise sollte jedoch die Abdeckkappe 17 formschlüssig an der Klinke 16a angebracht werden, damit beim Betätigen ein ungewolltes Abziehen vermieden wird. Im Gegensatz zu den Darstellungen nach den Fig. 1 bis 3 ist es auch denkbar, den Zapfen 25 derAbdeckkappe 17 gabelförmig auszubilden, und die Klinke 16a mit einem vorstehenden Zapfen zu versehen. Bei der Ausführung nach den Fig. 1 bis 3 ist die Klinke 16a so gestaltet, daß die der Haltenase 22 abgewandt liegende Fläche gegenüber den zugeordneten Kanten des Tragteils 16 zurückspringt.
  • Die Abdeckkappe 17 ist in vorteilhafter Weise einstückig ausgebildet und könnte zweckmäßigerweise im Kunststoffspritzgußverfahren oder im Zinkdruckgußverfahren hergestellt werden.
  • Die Abdeckkappe 17 ist mit einem Spreizzapfen 27 versehen, der Kraftschlüssig in ein Langloch 28 des Scharnierarms 12 eingreift. Das der Klinke 16a Abgewandte Ende der Abdeckkappe 17 ist mit einem geschlossenen Randsteg 35 ausgestattet.

Claims (6)

1. Möbelscharnier mit einem in einer Aussparung einerTüro.dgl. einlaßbaren Gehäuse (11) und einem Scharnierarm (12), welcher über mindestens eine Gelenklasche (13) gelenkig mit dem Gehäuse (11) verbunden und der mittels einer Befestigungsschraube (18) an einer Schnellmontageplatte (16) befestigt ist, wobei die Schnellmontageplatte (16) ihrerseits lösbar an einem möbelseitig festlegbaren Tragteil (14) befestigt und mit einer federbelasteten Klinke (16a) versehen ist, welche mit einer Haltenase (22) einen Vorsprung (22a) des Tragteils (14) untergreift, wobei der Scharnierarm (12) mittels einer ihn und mindestens die Befestigungsschraube (18) überdeckenden, mit dem Scharnierarm verbundenen Abdeckkappe (17) versehen ist, die mit einer im Schwenkbereich der Klinke (16a) liegenden und auf diese unmittelbar einwirkenden, die Betätigung der Klinke (16a) verhindernden Blockiereinrichtung versehen ist, wobei
die Abdeckkappe (17) an der Klinke (16a) in einem der Haltenase (22) gegenüberliegenden Bereich drehbar festgelegt ist, wobei die Drehachse der Abdeckkappe (17) parallel und im Abstand zur Schwenkachse der Klinke (16a) liegt, und wobei die Abdeckkappe (17) in einer Winkelstellung zum Scharnierarm (12) ein Betätigungsglied für die Klinke (16a) bildet.
2. Möbelscharnier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Klinke (16a) an der der Haltenase (22) gegenüberliegenden Seite ein ortsfestes Widerlager zugeordnet ist, gegen das sich die zugewandt liegende Stirnfläche der Abdeckkappe (17) beim Überführen in die Winkelstellung zum Scharnierarm (12) abstützt.
3. Möbelscharnier nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das ortsfeste Widerlager aus zwei parallel und im Abstand zueinander verlaufenden, an der Schnellmontageplatte (16) angeordneten Nocken (36) gebildet ist.

Möbelscharnier nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klinke (16a) im Bereich der Lagerung der Abdeckkappe (17) gabelförmig ausgebildet ist, daß in die gebildeten Seitenstege ein Stift (35) eingesetzt ist, auf dem die Abdeckkappe (17) drehbar angeordnet ist.
5. Möbelscharnier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckkappe (17) mittels einer formschlüssigen Verbindung oder einer Rastverbindung an der Klinke (16a) drehbar angeordnet ist.
6. Möbelscharnier nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckkappe (17) mit einem Spreizzapfen (27) versehen ist, der in ein Langloch (28) des Scharnierarmes (12) eingedrückt ist.
