Abstract

Der Scharnierarm des vorbekannten Scharniers ist durch eine Abdeckkappe geschützt, die jedoch mit der Klinke in technisch-funktioneller Hinsicht in keiner Wirkverbindung zur Klinke steht. Auch bei einem aus der DEOS 30 20 158 bekannten Scharnier hat die Abdeckkappe außer der abdeckenden oder schützenden Funktion keine weiteren Aufgaben. A furniture hinge according to claim 1 characterised in that associated with the latch (16a) at the side opposite to the holding nose (22) is a stationary support means against which the end face which is theretowards of the cover cap (17) bears when it is moved into the angular position relative to the hinge arm (12).
3. A furniture hinge according to claim 2 characterised in that the stationary support means is formed from two projections (36) which extend parallel to and at a spacing from each other and which are disposed on the quick-action mounting plate (16).

A furniture hinge according to one or more of preceding claims 1 to 3 characterised in that the latch (16a) is of a forked configuration in the region of the mounting of the cover cap (17) and that fitted into the side limb portions formed thereby is a pin (35) on which the cover cap (17) is rotatably arranged.
5. A furniture hinge according to claim 1 characterised in that the cover cap (17) is arranged rotatably on the latch (16a) by means of a positive connection or a detent connection.
6. A furniture hinge according to one or more of preceding claims 1 to 5 characterised in that the cover cap (17) is provided with a spreading peg (27) which is pressed into a slot (28) in the hinge arm (12).
