- the invention relates to a method for separating of flat, stacked goods according to the generic term of claim 1 and a separating device for separating flat goods according to the generic term of claim 2.
- a method and a separation device of the type mentioned here are known.
- flat goods for example Metal sheets, cardboard or paper sheets, these become provided stacked on top of each other.
- a further processing device for example a printing press, the flat goods individually removed from the stack.
- the separating device comprises a lifting element having acceptance device for the top of the Stack of good lying on. With the help of the lifting element if the top goods are lifted off, see above that this is handed over to a transport device can be the good of the singling device downstream processing device feeds.
- the number of goods is ramped up remaining stack of goods with the aid of a lifting device, so that the top commodity in the access area of the lifting element.
- a lifting of the top good from the stack of goods can only be done if the previous one Well with the help of the transport facility as far from Stack of goods has been removed that its trailing edge area no longer overlaps the stack of goods. This means that only a correspondingly small number of goods per unit of time and the processing device be fed.
- Another object of the invention is a device to provide for the implementation of the method, which is preferably a simple structure having.
- the process draws are characterized in that during the removal of the the stack with its trailing edge area partially overlapping goods already a subsequent one Good in the rear edge area for removal is lifted off the stack of goods. This is possible because a partial lifting outside the overlap area with the Predecessor good is done and the good due to it Elasticity, preferably an S-shaped deflection allowed so that the leading edge area of the Guts that are in the overlap area are still open the stack rests while the trailing edge area is already being raised. If the good is high Stiffness, it will be little elastic bend, that is, it goes through at Lift multiple tilts.
- a device is also used to achieve the object for separating flat, stacked goods proposed with the features of claim 2.
