Claims (9)
- Walzenwaschmittel für die Reinigung von Zylinder, Polymerplatte und anderen verunreinigten Teilen von Druckmaschinen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es
- 5 - 80 Gew.-%
- zwei- oder mehrwertige Alkohole oder Glycolether,
- 0,05 - 5 Gew.-%
- Tenside
- 0,5 - 10 Gew.-%
- mit Wasser mischbare organische Lösemittel oder Lösemittelgemische
- 0,1 - 4 Gew.-%
- pH-Regler
- 0 - 0,005 Gew.-%
- Biozide
- 0 - 80 Gew.-%
- Wasser
- Walzenwaschmittel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der mehrwertige Alkohol Glycerin und/oder Propylglykolmonoethylether ist.
- Walzenwaschmittel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es zusätzlich 0,01 bis 10 Gew.-% eines Aminoalkohols enthält.
- Walzenwaschmittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Lösemittel ein einwertiger Alkohol mit 2 bis 4 C-Atomen ist.
- Walzenwaschmittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Tensid ein Fettalkoholpolyglykolether, Alkyloxyethylat, Alkylbenzolsulfonat und/oder Alkansulfonat ist.
- Walzenwaschmittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Biozid ein Chloracetamid, Isothiazolinon, Benzimidazol-Derivaten, 5-Chlor-2-methyl-, 2-Methyl- oder Octylisothiazol-3-on ist.
- Walzenwaschmittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es ein oder mehrere Emulgatoren enthält.
- Walzenwaschmittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es mit Wasser im Verhältnis 1:1 bis unbegrenzt mischbar ist.
- Verwendung des Walzenwaschmittels gemäß Anspruch 1 als Füllmedium in Ultraschallbädern.
