Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种在使用水基印刷油墨时,用于清洗印刷机的圆筒、聚合物板和其它污染部件的辊洗组合物。该洗涤组合物还可用作超声浴中的填充介质。
在印刷机使用水基印刷油墨时,其清洗需要特殊配制的清洗组合物。在市场上得到的洗涤组合物都是基于表面活性物质和二醇醚的含水醇溶液,其缺点在于它们的清洗力太低、侵蚀机器组件上的金属和/或它们的生物可降解性不好。
因此,本发明的一个目的是提供一种清洗组合物,它不仅可有效地清洗印刷机,而且没有任何上述缺点。
现已令人惊奇地发现一种可用于清洗印刷机的圆筒、聚合物板和其它污染部件的辊洗组合物,其特征在于,以重量计,它包含:
5-80%重量的二元或多元醇或乙二醇醚,
0.05-5%重量的表面活性剂,
0.5-10%重量的与水可混溶的有机溶剂或溶剂混合物,以及
0.1-4%重量的pH值调节剂,
0-0.005%重量的一种或多种杀菌剂,和
0-80%重量的水。
本发明的洗涤组合物非常适用于清洗聚合物和橡胶板和用于洗涤印刷机的油墨单元。此外,它明显适用于去除印刷机所有部件上的干附油墨。
在油墨顽渍的情况下,该洗涤组合物最好以浓缩形式使用。但本发明的洗涤组合物可与水无限混溶。通常,它与水的混合比为1∶1-2∶1。
所述洗涤组合物既适用于手工使用,也适用于洗涤凹版和胶板印刷机的供墨系统。
另一优点在于,该洗涤组合物是生物可降解的。
该洗涤组合物的一个基本组分是表面活性剂,其用量为基于洗涤组合物重量的0.05-5%,优选0.5-2%,尤其是0.5-1%。
表面活性剂优选是合成的有机表面活性洗涤剂物质,它可以是阴离子表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂、两性离子表面活性剂、非离子或阳离子表面活性剂,或为所述表面活性剂的混合物。
阴离子去污基本物质是本文中最重要的。Schwartz、Perry和Berch的“表面活性剂和洗涤剂”,II卷(1958,IntersciencePublishers,Inc.)描述了许多这类的洗涤剂。最常见的表面活性剂也可在许多主要化学参考著作(如,Roempp,Beilstein,等)中找到。适用于此目的任何洗涤剂都可用作阴离子表面活性剂。通常,基于阴离子的表面活性剂包括,例如脂肪醇硫酸盐、石蜡磺酸盐、脂肪酸缩合产物和烷基苯磺酸盐和烷基苯膦酸盐或烷基硫酸盐和烷基磷酸盐。阴离子表面活性剂优选钠盐。钾盐、铵盐和三乙醇铵盐通常用于液体组合物中。烷基优选为直链,且优选具有12-16个碳原子。
尤其包括脂肪醇聚乙二醇醚的增效组合物已证明适合用作许多组合物基物。
合适的非离子基物质是亲脂组分和低级烯化氧或聚亚烷基氧基单元的缩合产物。优选使用,例如上述的脂肪醇聚乙二醇醚、烷基酚聚乙二醇醚或脂肪酸烷基酰胺。
也可使用阳离子表面活性剂,其例子为脂族季铵盐。称作助洗剂的物质也是本领域熟练技术人员已知的,可以是有机或无机物、水溶性或不溶于水的。优选使用这些物质,如聚磷酸盐(如:三磷酸五钠)、碳酸盐或碳酸氢盐(如:碳酸钾或碳酸钠)、沸石(如:沸石A)、聚羧酸盐(如:丙烯酸和马来酸的共聚物的钠盐)或硼酸盐和硅酸盐(如,片状硅酸钠)。
优选的表面活性剂选自脂肪醇聚乙二醇醚、链烷磺酸盐、烷基乙氧基化物和烷基苯磺酸盐。这些表面活性剂是市售的,例如Huls公司的商标为Marlipal、Marlon和Marlopon的产品。
溶剂组分必须适应辊洗组合物中的组分。对于该组合物,不仅水,而且可与水混溶或用水可乳化的所有有机溶剂都可使用。合适的有机溶剂为一元脂族醇,如具有2-4个碳原子的那些脂族醇,其例子为乙醇、1-丙醇、2-丙醇和正丁醇;或具有不同烷烃链的酮类;或二醇醚如丙二醇单甲醚;丙二醇单乙醚或聚醚二醇,例如聚乙二醇和聚丙二醇或多醇,如具有2-6个碳原子的脂族三醇(如,三羟甲基乙烷、三羟甲基丙烷、甘油、1,2,4-丁三醇、1,2,6-己三醇和季戊四醇);以及其它种类化合物的所有其它溶剂或上述溶剂的混合物,它们列于Karsten,Lackrohstoff-tabellen,1992年第9版中。
所述辊洗组合物优选包含基于洗涤组合物重量0.5-10%重量,尤其是2-5%重量的具有2-4个碳原子的一元醇,如乙醇、1-丙醇和异丙醇。所述洗涤组合物的另外基本组分是二元醇和多元醇,其比例为5-80%重量,优选5-45%重量,尤其是20-40%重量。
作为另外的组分,所述洗涤组合物优选包含0-80%重量的水,特别优选包含40-80%重量,尤其是60-70%重量的水。
根据印刷油墨的性质,需要中性或碱性的辊洗组合物。因此,建议加入中和剂和/或pH值调节剂。特别优选的是碱,如脲、脲衍生物、氨、氨基醇、碱金属氢氧化物,如KOH或NaOH或胺,优选低分子量的有机胺。
碱或pH值调节剂的加入量要使得所述辊洗组合物的pH值为大约7.5-13,优选为8-12。该洗涤组合物通常含有0.1-4.0%重量,优选1-3%重量,尤其是2-3%重量的pH值调节剂。
伯氨基醇,如2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇也可加入到所述辊洗组合物中。该氨基醇具有调节pH值的作用,其用量为0.01-10%重量,优选0.5-5%重量,尤其是0.5-2%重量。
在许多情况下,建议加入乳化剂。特别合适的乳化剂是基于上述链烷磺酸盐、烷基乙氧基化物或烷基苯磺酸盐的乳化剂,参见,Karsten,Lackrohstofftabellen,1992年第9版,586-588页。
除了上述组分,所述辊洗组合物还可另外包含杀菌剂,其量为0-0.005%重量,优选0.001-0.005%重量。本领域熟练技术人员已知的所有杀菌剂都是合适的-例如,Karsten,Lackrohstofftabellen,1992年第9版,防止细菌和真菌侵染的防腐剂(Preservatives against Bacteria and Fungal Infestation)(702-712页)中描述的那些,尤其是基于氯乙酰胺、异噻唑啉酮、苯并咪唑衍生物、5-氯-2-甲基-、2-甲基-或辛基异噻唑-3-酮的那杀菌剂。合适的杀菌剂例如是商标为Kathon(Rohm & Haas)或Mergal(Riedel-de Haen)的商品。
可加入本发明辊洗组合物中的其它助剂包括香料和助剂、着色剂、漂白剂或增白剂、抗静电剂、杀细菌剂、杀真菌剂、发泡剂或抑泡剂、抗氧化剂或酶。
本发明的清洗组合物可以是固体形式,如粉末、片剂;块状或滤饼形式,如膏体、凝胶;液体形式,如蜡、乳膏、乳液、分散液、泡沫体、喷剂(气溶胶形式);或适合相应用途的任何其它适当形式。
用于各种配方选择的各组分的定量组成是本领域熟练技术人员熟知的,因此不必在此更详细地叙述。
本发明的辊洗组合物优选为水溶液或含水醇溶液、洗涤剂、蜡、凝胶、乳液、液体洗涤剂、喷剂、分散液或固体产品的形式。
在本发明的辊洗组合物中,合成有机表面活性剂、溶剂和助剂的比例类似地可在较宽范围内变化。本发明的辊洗组合物优选包含5.0-80%重量的二元或多元醇,优选甘油或二醇醚;0.05-5.0%重量的表面活性剂;0.5-10%重量的一元醇;和至多10%重量的添加剂。其余部分(余量至100%重量)通常加入水、醇、助剂和/或乳化剂。
制备这种产品的方法是皂和洗涤剂生产领域的熟练技术人员所公知的,因此不必在此进一步陈述。这些方法包括干混、溶解和/或分散、和/或乳化。
对于辊洗组合物的水溶液或含水醇溶液的制备,优选将表面活性剂溶解在合适的溶剂,如水、低级醇(如乙醇、丙醇或醇的混合物)中。各组分可同时或相继加入该溶剂中。随后,将该混合物在20-80℃,优选20-65℃下搅拌0.5-5小时,优选0.4-4小时。
因此,本发明的辊洗组合物为印刷工业提供了基本上无毒从而对环境非常有利,同时还非常有效的洗涤组合物。本发明的辊洗组合物还可在超声浴中用作填充介质。
即便没有其它评述,可以假设,本领域熟练技术人员能够在最宽的意义上利用以上描述。
因此,优选实施方案只能认为是一种说明性的内容,无论如何也没有任何限定作用。以下实施例用于说明本发明。
实施例
用于凹版印刷和胶板应用的水基辊洗组合物
实施例1
组成
0.22% Emulgator K 30[乳化剂]
0.22% Marlipal013/90(Huls,FRG)
0.22% MarlipalMG(Huls,FRG)
1.55% 三聚磷酸五钠
0.67% 32%氢氧化钠溶液
5.00% 2-丙醇
20.00% 甘油
72.13% 去离子水。
搅拌下将去离子水加入容器中,并在搅拌下加入Emulgator K30。加入预先熔化的上述量的Marlipal013/90(C13含氧醇聚乙二醇醚)、MarlipalMG(C12脂肪醇聚乙二醇醚)。最后,加入32%的氢氧化钠溶液、2-丙醇和甘油。将该批物料搅拌3小时。
物理性质:
pH值: 11
密度(20℃): 1.07克/厘米3
沸点: 46℃
表面张力: 31毫牛顿/米
生物降解性: 859 TOC克/升(95%,4天之后)

0.40% MarlonA 375(Huls,FRG)

0.002% KathonICP(Rohm & Haas)
61.80% 去离子水
30.00% 甘油
5.00% 2-丙醇
0.50% 2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇(25%)(Anguschemie)。
将去离子水加热至60℃,然后加入甘油、2-丙醇、2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇、MarlipalSU(脂肪醇聚乙二醇醚)、MarlonA 375(烷基苯磺酸钠)、MarloponAT 50(烷基苯磺酸盐)、聚磷酸钠和32%的氢氧化钠溶液。将该批物料在60℃下搅拌约1小时。冷却至室温,加入KathonICP(5-氯-2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮和2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮的混合物),然后搅拌该混合物0.5小时。

Claims (9)
1.一种用于清洗印刷机的圆筒、聚合物板和其它污染部件的辊洗组合物,其特征在于,它包含:
5-80%重量的二元或多元醇或二醇醚,
0.05-5%重量的表面活性剂,
0.5-10%重量的可与水混溶的有机溶剂或溶剂混合物,
0.1-4%重量的pH值调节剂,
0-0.005%重量的杀菌剂,
0-80%重量的水。
2.根据权利要求1的辊洗组合物,其特征在于,所述多元醇为甘油和/或丙二醇单甲醚和/或丙二醇单乙醚。
3.根据权利要求1或2的辊洗组合物,其特征在于,它还包含0.01-10%重量的氨基醇。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项的辊洗组合物,其特征在于,所述溶剂为具有2-4个碳原子的一元醇。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项的辊洗组合物,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂包括脂肪醇聚乙二醇醚、烷基乙氧基化物、烷基苯磺酸盐和/或链烷磺酸盐。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项的辊洗组合物,其特征在于,所述杀菌剂为氯乙酰胺、异噻唑啉酮、苯并咪唑衍生物、5-氯-2-甲基-、2-甲基-或辛基异噻唑-3-酮。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项的辊洗组合物,其特征在于,它包含一种或多种乳化剂。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项的辊洗组合物,其特征在于,它与水的混溶比率为1∶1至无限大。
9.根据权利要求1的辊洗组合物在超声浴中作为填充介质的应用。
