Claims (5)
- 조성물 총중량에 대하여 연마제 15 내지 20중량%, 지방산 화합물 25 내지 30중량%와 유기용제 20 내지 25 중량%를 포함하고, 여기에 더하여 감광드럼의 스크래치 부분을 충분히 연마 특성을 얻을 수 있는 범위로 계면활성제의 첨가량을 20 내지 25 중량%를 포함되도록 하면서 pH를 6 ~ 8.5 가 되도록 하고,
상기 연마제는 콜로이달 실리카(SiO 2) 60~72wt%, 나노 입경을 갖는 다이아몬드 0.5~3wt%, 에틸렌 글리콜(Ethylene glycol) 27.5~37 wt% 를 포함시켜 혼합 제조하고, 연마제의 점도는 1.0 ∼ 1.4 mPa·s 인 것을 특징으로 하는 감광드럼의 세척용액.

- 제1항에 있어서, 지방산 화합물은 포화지방산과 불포화지방산 둘 다 사용가능하며, 포화지방산으로서 라우르산 (Lauric acid), 미리스트산 (Myristic acid), 스테아르산(Stearic acid), 팔미트산(Palmitic acid) 을 사용하고,
불포화지방산으로서 리놀레산(Linoleic acid), 리놀레산(Linolnic acid), 올레산(Oleic acid), 리시놀레산(Ricinoleic acid)을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감광드럼의 세척용액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기용제는 디클로로메탄, 클로로포름 등의 할로겐화 탄화수소류; n-헥산, 시클로헥산 등의 지방족 탄화수소류; 벤젠, 톨루엔, 스티렌 등의 방향족 탄화수소류; 초산메틸, 초산에틸 등의 에스테르류; 아세톤, 시클로헥사논 등의 케톤류; 디에틸에테르, 디프로필에테르, 글리콜 에테르 등의 에테르류 등을 사용할 수 있으며, 각 그룹에서 선택된 적어도 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감광드럼의 세척용액.
- (a) 연마제 15 내지 20중량%, 지방산 화합물 25 내지 30중량%와 유기용제 20 내지 25 중량%를 포함하고, 여기에 더하여 감광드럼의 스크래치 부분을 충분히 연마 특성을 얻을 수 있는 범위로 계면활성제의 첨가량을 20 내지 25 중량%를 포함되도록 하면서 pH를 6 ~ 8.5 가 되도록 하고, 상기 연마제는 콜로이달 실리카(SiO 2) 60~72wt%, 나노 입경을 갖는 다이아몬드 0.5~3wt%, 에틸렌 글리콜(Ethylene glycol) 27.5~37 wt% 를 포함시켜 혼합 제조하고, 연마제의 점도는 1.0 ∼ 1.4 mPa·s 인 것을 특징으로 하는 감광드럼 세척액을 제조하는 단계;
(b) 상기 단계(a)에서 제조된 세척액을 이용하여 50도 이하의 온도로 가열한 후 감광드럼 재생장치에 감광드럼을 고정시키고 상기 감광드럼을 회전시키면서 감광드럼의 표면에 상기 세척액을 묻힌 헝겊을 밀착시켜 감광드럼의 표면에 부착된 토너 점착물을 세척하는 단계;
(c) 상기 단계(b)의 세척공정에서 감광드럼의 표면에 잔류하는 세척액을 순수를 이용하여 린스하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감광드럼의 세척방법.
