Description
Beim Entbarten am weglaufenden Stranggußstück jedoch verringert sich die verfügbare Entbartungsenergie auf die vom Entbarterwagen (5) erzeugte. Das Weglaufen des Stranggußstücks (1) verändert diese durch Verringern der relativen Geschwindigkeit und dazu kommt die plastische Verformung'des oft noch sehr warmen, breiten Brennbartes (2). Diese Energieverringerung kann nur durch Erhöhung der Energie des Entbarterwagens (5) ausgeglichen werden. Zu diesem Zwecke wird der durchschnittliche Fachmann das Gewicht, d. h. die Masse des Entbarterwagens (5) und seine Geschwindigkeit erhöhen. Hier jedoch sind die konstruktiven Möglichkeiten aus Platzgründen, Weg- und Bremsweggründen sowie aus Kostengründen begrenzt.

Claims (3)
- Entbarter für Stahlstranggießanlage zum Entfernen von Brennbärten (2) an Stranggußstücken (1), bestehend aus einem Entbarterwagen (5), der den drehbaren Kolbenkörper (7) mit elastisch eindrückbaren Scherkolben (6) trägt und als Wagenantrieb zwei Ritzel (17), zwei Getriebe (19) und zwei geschwindigkeitsregelbare asynchrone Drehstrommotoren als Antriebssätze mit verbindender Kupplung am zweiten Wellenende (20) besitzt, die spiegelbildlich angeordnet mit ihren Ritzeln (17) in bei den Verfahrschienen angeordneten Zahnstangen (25) arbeiten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kupplung (21) als Schwungscheibe (27) ausgebildet ist und die Lüfterschrauben in den Drehstrommotoren (20) nicht aus Leichtmetall, sondern möglichst groß und aus einem schweren Werkstoff zur Erhöhung des Schwungmomentes hergestellt sind.
- Entbarter für Stahlstranggießanlage zum Entfernen von Brennbärten (2) an Stranggußstücken (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Entbarterwagenantrieb (5) bei überholendem Entbarten des weglaufenden Werkstückes mit hoher Geschwindigkeit mit hochstehenden Scherkolben (6) gegen den Bart (2) fahren und bei nicht völligem Abschlagen desselben anhalten, kurz zurückfahren und noch einmal vorwärts fahrend einen zweiten Entbartungsschlag gegen den gleichen Bart (2) ausüben kann.
- Entbarter für Stahlstranggießanlage zum Entfernen von Brennbärten (2) an Stranggußstücken (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die auf den Scherkolben (6) sitzenden Schermeisel (28) diese in beiden Entbartungsrichtungen überragen und an den Enden mit abschraubbaren Schneiden aus besonders hartem und festem Material ausgestattet sind, die sich beim Entbarten gegen Absätze am Grundkörper der Schermeisel (28) abstützen.
