Claims (8)
- Therapie- und Trainingsgerät zur zwangsgeführten Kniegelenkbewegung mit zwei an einer Führungsanordnung angeordneten Unterschenkelaufnahmen, die über Gelenkeinrichtungen an ein Übertragungselement der Führungsanordnung angeschlossen sind, das die Unterschenkelaufnahmen bewegungsgekoppelt miteinander verbindet, derart, dass eine Schwenkbewegung des einen Unterschenkels infolge einer Kniebeugung eine gegensinnige Schwenkbewegung des anderen Unterschenkels auslöst,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Anschluss der Unterschenkelaufnahmen (35, 36) an die Gelenkeinrichtungen (23, 24) ein Hebel (34) vorgesehen ist, der ein hinsichtlich der Drehrichtung einer Beinstreckung entgegenwirkendes Rückstellmoment (G x h) um einen Gelenkdrehpunkt (45) der betreffenden Gelenkeinrichtung (23, 24) bewirkt. - Therapie- und Trainingsgerät nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hebel (34) in seiner Wirklänge veränderbar ist. - Therapie- und Trainingsgerät zur zwangsgeführten Kniegelenkbewegung mit zwei an einer Führungsanordnung angeordneten Unterschenkelaufnahmen, die über Gelenkeinrichtungen an ein Übertragungselement der Führungsanordnung angeschlossen sind, das die Unterschenkelaufnahmen bewegungsgekoppelt miteinander verbindet, derart, dass eine Schwenkbewegung des einen Unterschenkels infolge einer Kniebeugung eine gegensinnige Schwenkbewegung des anderen Unterschenkels auslöst,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gelenkeinrichtungen (23, 24) derart an der Führungsanordnung (11) angeordnet sind, dass sich diejenige Gelenkeinrichtung (23), die über die zugehörige Unterschenkelaufnahme (35) dem gebeugten Bein zugeordnet ist, gegenüber derjenigen Gelenkeinrichtung (24), die über die zugehörige Unterschenkelaufnahme (36) dem gestreckten Bein zugeordnet ist, in einer erhöhten Position befindet und die Führungsanordnung (11) eine geneigte Führungsbahn (12, 13, 14, 15) für die Gelenkeinrichtungen (23, 24) aufweist. - Therapie- und Trainingsgerät zur zwangsgeführten Kniegelenkbewegung mit zwei an einer Führungsanordnung angeordneten Unterschenkelaufnahmen, die über Gelenkeinrichtungen an ein Übertragungselement der Führungsanordnung angeschlossen sind, das die Unterschenkelaufnahmen bewegungsgekoppelt miteinander verbindet, derart, dass eine Schwenkbewegung des einen Unterschenkels infolge einer Kniebeugung eine gegensinnige Schwenkbewegung des anderen Unterschenkels auslöst,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unterschenkelaufnahmen (35, 36) derart an den Gelenkeinrichtungen (23, 24) angeordnet sind, dass die Kraftachse des gestreckten Beines mit Abstand zum Gelenkdrehpunkt (45) der Gelenkeinrichtungen (23, 24) zwischen einer Aufstandsfläche des Therapie- und Trainingsgeräts (10) und dem Gelenkdrehpunkt verläuft. - Therapie- und Trainingsgerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gelenkeinrichtungen (23, 24) in ihrer Relativanordnung gegenüber dem Übertragungselement (28) veränderbar sind. - Therapie- und Trainingsgerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gelenkeinrichtungen (23, 24) mit einer Schwenkradiusbegrenzungseinrichtung (46) versehen sind. - Therapie- und Trainingsgerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unterschenkelaufnahmen (35, 36) über eine Rastverbindung (37, 38) lösbar mit den Gelenkeinrichtungen (23, 24) verbunden sind. - Therapie- und Trainingsgerät nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rastverbindung einen als Rastzapfen ausgebildeten Verbindungsgelenkzapfen (38) der Unterschenkelaufnahme (35, 36) und ein Drehgelenkauge (37) der Gelenkeinrichtung aufweist.
