Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a therapy and training device for positively guided knee joint movement with two on a guide arrangement arranged lower leg shots, which over articulated devices connected to a transmission element of the guide arrangement are that the lower leg shots motion-coupled with each other connects, such that a pivoting movement of one lower leg an opposite swiveling movement due to a knee flexion of the other lower leg.
  • WO 96/29040 is a therapy and training device at the beginning Known type known, which has a rope as a transmission element that the articulation devices that connect via articulated lever the lower leg receptacles are connected.
  • the about that Rope articulated devices coupled to each other are arranged horizontally in a guide rail Guide arrangement guided on the floor or on the ground is arranged on which the patient to be treated located. Therefore, the lower leg images are with the known therapy and training device in operation above the joint devices.
  • the present invention is therefore based on the object of and to propose training equipment of the type described at the outset, that makes it easier for the patient to be in the stretched position Move leg out of stretch to exercise therapy to be able to continue.
  • the hinge device Due to the type of articulation of the lower leg receptacles according to the invention to the hinge device ensures that not that total weight of the leg in the extended position in one the stretching position has a stabilizing effect, but that at least one Part of the lower leg accommodated in the lower leg mount related to the pivot point of the joint device one of these Stabilizing position caused counteracting moment. hereby will raise the leg to begin the flexion movement of the To get out of the stretched position at least slightly, for much easier for the patient.
  • lever is designed to be variable in its effective length, can a change during the movement or an adjustment to the lever ratios of the patient's legs are made.
  • the articulation devices are so arranged on the guide arrangement that the Articulation device, via the associated lower leg mount is assigned to the bent leg, in relation to that joint device, the stretched over the associated lower leg receptacle Leg assigned is located in an elevated position. It is the guide assembly is designed to be inclined Has guideway for the joint devices.
  • the lower leg receptacles are so arranged on the hinge devices that the Force axis of the straight leg at a distance from the pivot point of the Joint devices between a contact area of the therapy and exercise equipment and the pivot point.
  • This will ensure that at the transition of the bent leg from its end position to the extended position via the transmission element transmit a force to the leg in the stretched position with the result that there is a change in its direction of rotation restoring moment counteracting the stretching movement of this leg around the pivot point of the joint device.
  • This too Measure therefore enables the patient in a simple manner and Way, the dead center that occurs when a leg is stretched To overcome movement in the therapy and training device.
  • a particularly advantageous embodiment of the latching connection is achieved if a connecting hinge pin designed as a locking pin on the Lower leg shots is provided for engaging in a Swivel eye of the joint device is determined.
