Claims (8)

  1. Appareil de cuisson selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de guidage de l'air est formé comme au moins une paroi de guidage de l'air (45, 47) qui s'étend sur la hauteur libre de la gaine de ventilation (36) et guide la vapeur de l'orifice pour vapeur (43) en direction d'une partie de bord latérale de la gaine de ventilation (36).
  5.
