Description

The present invention relates to a cooking device with a housing in which a cooking space as well as a cooling air blower arranged outside the cooking space are on the exhaust side to an exhaust air duct leading out of the housing on the front is connected, the outlet opening has a width that is essential is larger than that of a vapor opening of the exhaust air duct through which the Fumes originating from the muffle also flow into the exhaust air duct and together with the cooling air is pressed out of the blow-out opening.

Such a cooking device is known from the publication G 93 099 89, the Mouth opening of the vapor duct into the exhaust air duct in the exhaust air flow path is arranged. A laminar flow of the exhaust air and a laminar introduction of the vapor flow into the exhaust air. The damp hot Vapors are thus enveloped by the exhaust air and distributed to the outside. It can be disadvantageous that the vapor emerges hot from the front of the stove, which is uncomfortable can be for people standing in front of it.

The object of the present invention is in a cooking appliance according to the preamble of claim 1 to avoid such a disadvantage.

According to the invention, this is achieved in a generic cooking appliance by that an air guide is arranged in the exhaust duct, which in the exhaust duct flowing vapors distributed over the width of the exhaust opening of the exhaust duct. By distributing the vapor over the entire width of the exhaust air duct or the blow-out opening and its good mixing with the blown-out cooling air the temperature of the blown vapors-air mixture across the width the blow-out opening can be significantly evened out and reduced.

To improve the mixing and lowering of the vapor temperature, distributed the air guide means also the cooling air flowing into the exhaust air duct across the width the outlet opening of the exhaust air duct.

A flow divider advantageously divides the concentrated vapor flow in the essentially in two partial steam flows. This measure makes it special simple way possible, the vapors on a short distance from the small Vapor opening to the significantly wider outlet opening of the exhaust duct in the Spread width.

Vermischung erleichtert.According to a preferred embodiment, the air guide is at least one Air baffle formed, which extends over the entire clear height of the exhaust duct and the vapors from the vapor opening towards a side Edge area of the exhaust air duct conducts. This becomes the flow path of the fumes lengthened in the exhaust air duct and facilitated the desired distribution or mixing.

A very favorable distribution and mixing of the fumes and the cooling air is possible if the air guide consists of at least two arranged at an angle to each other Air baffles exist. These extend in the area of the exhaust air duct entering vapors such that they are V-shaped in the blow-out direction guide the width of the exhaust duct. Around the vapors also in the middle area of the exhaust air duct To be able to lead to the outside has at least one of the air duct walls Flow openings distributed over their length. As a result of the pressure difference Partial turbulence occurs between the two sides of the air duct wall in the stream of vapors. Important for mixing the swirling vapors with the cooling air is that the air duct walls or flow openings the cooling air flow can also be washed around on both sides. This then leads to a good mixing of vapors with air. Therefore, the air guide also has one Air passage opening only for the cooling air generated by the vapor flow is shielded.

An oven has an oven muffle 1 which is open at the front and which is separated by a Oven door is lockable. The oven muffle 1 are known heating elements assigned to heat the cooking space. Furthermore, the oven muffle 1 surrounded by a known housing of the oven (not shown). Above a top wall 3, an oven insulation 5 is shown, which in the essentially surrounds the oven muffle 1 on all sides. In the top wall 3 of the oven muffle 1, a vapor opening 7 is formed, in which a filter housing 9 is supported. The filter housing 9 has a cup-shaped housing base 11 and an associated housing cover 13. In the filter housing 9 is a metal mesh serving as a filter 15 is arranged. The housing base 11 and the housing cover 13 have suitable openings for drawing the vapor out of the oven muffle 1 through the filter 15. Above the oven insulation 5 of the oven muffle 1 is a multi-part fan unit 17. The base plate 19 is on the oven insulation 5 or the housing of the Oven muffle 1 attached. The base plate has in the area of the vapor opening 7 19 a suitably pulled down sheet metal pot 20 with corresponding Intake. The housing cover is on the sheet metal pot 20 13 of the filter housing 9 attached. On the flow direction a base plate 19 (FIG. 2) that widens towards the front in a funnel shape sits one accordingly designed air shaft cover 21 (Fig. 1,2), which is explained in more detail below is. In the air chamber formed in between there is an upright known fan motor 23 is supported with a motor shaft 25. This is the Fan motor 23 screwed to the top wall of a volute casing 27. For positioning of the fan motor 23 relative to the vapor opening 7 and a cooling air intake opening 28 of the air shaft cover 21 has the spiral housing 27 first Centering pins 29 and second centering pins 31. The first centering pins 29 of the Spiral housing 27 sit in corresponding openings in the base plate 19. Die second centering pins 31 of the spiral housing 27 are seated in corresponding openings the air shaft cover 21. Through the seated tightly on the base plate 19 In the area of the vapor opening 7, the spiral housing 27 is only on the front open vapor suction chamber 33 formed (Fig. 1, 2) as follows is explained. Above the fan motor 23 there is one in the air shaft cover 21 Cooling air suction chamber 35 formed. Both suction chambers 33 and 35 open out as is explained in more detail below, in a forwardly open and funnel-shaped widening blow-out duct 36, the top and bottom side through the Base plate 19 and the manhole cover 21 is limited. Above the fan motor 23, the air shaft hood 21 has the circular cooling air intake opening 28, which is delimited by a chamber ring 37. In the free opening cross section this chamber ring 37 is connected to the motor shaft 25 connected to an axial fan wheel 39 for sucking in the cooling air heated in the furnace housing. The axial fan wheel 39 opposite is on the motor shaft 25 of the fan motor 23 Radial fan wheel 41 attached.

When the fan motor 23 is operating, the suitably dimensioned radial fan wheel pulls 41 (direction of rotation arrow in Fig. 2) from the oven muffle 1 by the Filter 15 warm air containing vapors in the spiral housing 27 (short, continuous Arrows in Fig. 1, 2). The vapor then becomes essentially horizontal by means of a V-shaped branching section 42 of the spiral housing 27 in two channels from their separate, V-shaped arrangement Vapor outlet openings 43 of the volute 27 on the bottom in the Blow-out channel 36 pressed. At the same time, the axial fan 39 draws heated cooling air in the suction fan housing 19, 21 and presses it through the cover plate 27 of the Spiral housing first separated from the vapor stream, past the fan motor 23 also in the blow-out channel 36 (broken arrows in Fig. 1, 2). It flows around the cooling air the spiral housing 27 to cool it. In the area of Transition from the suction chambers 33, 35 to the blow-out channel 36 extend A first and a second air guide wall 45, 47 are arranged in a V shape relative to one another (Fig. 2). The two air baffles 45, 47 are integral with the air shaft hood 21 formed, extend over the entire clear height of the Exhaust duct 36 and are substantially sealed in their lower end portions on the base plate 19. The two air baffles 45, 47 continue to close directly to the two vapor discharge openings 43. Through an in Flow opening extending substantially over the entire height of the exhaust air duct 36 49 between the end sections facing the motor 23 of the walls 47, the two air guide walls 45, 47 are spaced apart. Through this flow opening 49 can be promoted by the cooling air blower 39 Air also between the two air guide walls 45, 47 into the exhaust air duct 36 stream. During the vapors due to the flat volute 27 initially flows into the exhaust air duct essentially at the bottom, the flows Cooling air from above into the exhaust air duct 36 and then distributed in the further course over its entire height. When the fumes flow along the first Air baffle 45 is this due to the prevailing on both sides of the wall 45 Different pressure ratios due to air openings on the bottom 51 pulled and swirled. This through the first air baffle 45 flowing vapors mixes with those from above and in particular with the cooling air flowing through the air passage opening 51. this applies correspondingly for the outside of the two air guide walls 45, 47 in the edge areas of the exhaust duct 36 conveyed vapors.

The ventilation arrangement is coordinated so that the mixture from initially concentrated vapors and cooling air essentially over distributed the entire width of the blow-out channel 36 and mixed well. This Mixture then emerges from a front blow-out opening 55 of the blow-out channel 36 in the area of an oven flange 57 over essentially the entire one Width above the muffle opening on the front (Figure 2) to the outside.
