Description
The present invention relates to an oven with an oven muffle, in the Wall a vapor opening is provided, on which a suction housing with two from each other separate suction chambers is set, in which a vapor fan and a Cooling air fan wheel of a common fan motor are arranged, the vapor suction chamber with the oven muffle for vacuuming and blowing out the vapors is connected and the cooling air suction chamber with the housing space of the oven for sucking in and blowing out the housing space outside the oven muffle flowing cooling air is connected, and wherein both suction chambers discharge side at least into a blow-out duct and the fan motor is arranged in the cooling air flow.
Such an oven is known from the German utility model G 87 06 668, with a circular vapor opening in the upper corner area of the furnace muffle is provided in the muffle wall, on which a pipe flange is placed. At this Pipe flange in turn is attached to a suction housing, on the cover part of a carrier for an electric motor fan drive is attached. The fan drive drives one through the cover part in the suction housing protruding output shaft, the two Wears fan wheels.
The object of the present invention is an oven according to the preamble of claim 1 to simplify the design with simple means and thus to make it cheaper.
According to the invention this is achieved in that in an oven according to the preamble of claim 1 of the fan motor between the two fan wheels in arranged in the suction housing and held on a partition between the two suction chambers. On the one hand, this is the distance between the cooling air fan wheel from the hot vapors enlarged, which makes this fan wheel cheaper can be designed. Secondly, by the arrangement of the fan motor between the two fan wheels a better and easier mounting of the fan motor and thus a smoother running of the fan wheels possible. Furthermore, the Arrangement of the fan motor in terms of flow behind the cooling air fan wheel for this an undisturbed intake of the cooling air with a large free intake cross-section realized. This can also reduce the noise when the cooling air is drawn in become. After all, with structurally simple means one compact design and stable mounting of the fan motor. The fan motor is shielded from the vapor flow by the partition.
According to the invention, in particular for reasons of cost savings, that of the Suction case flowing hot vapors from clearly spaced cooling air fan Made of plastic material.
To reduce the operating temperature of the fan motor, it is in the cooling air flow arranged.
Distribute the blown cooling air or the blown vapors as well as possible To be able to, the blow-out channel is funnel-shaped in the blow-out direction except for the Width of the oven muffle extended. A reduction in the temperature of the vapor-air mixture when leaving the oven can be achieved in particular be provided that air guide means in the region of the blow-out openings of the suction chamber are, which means that the vapors over substantially the entire width of the exhaust duct is blown out mixed with the cooling air.
Below is an embodiment of the invention based on schematic representations Oven described.
