Claims (11)
- Four avec une chambre de cuisson fermante, dans laquelle une chicane forme une chambre ventilateur abritant une roue de ventilateur, laquelle aspire, par au moins un orifice d'aspiration aménagé dans la chicane, de l'air pour le faire entrer dans la chambre ventilateur et le chasse par au moins un orifice de sortie d'air sensiblement vertical aménagé dans chacune des deux parties latérales de la chicane, des ailettes génératrices de turbulences faisant tourbillonner l'écoulement d'air, caractérisé en ce que la sortie d'air est formée par plusieurs orifices distincts (33), disposés les uns au dessous des autres et séparés par des espaceurs (35), et munis desdites ailettes génératrices de turbulences (37, 39) qui depuis la verticale s'inclinent autour d'une horizontale et font saillie dans l'écoulemennt d'air et en ce que, en fonction du sens de rotation du dispositif soufflant, les ailettes génératrices de turbulences (37) font saillie en oblique dans l'écoulement d'air vers le bas depuis le bord supérieur de chaque orifice distinct (33) dans une partie latérale de la chicane et vers le haut depuis le bord inférieur de chaque orifice distinct dans la partie latérale opposée.
