Faserlunten 10, 10' bzw. deren Fasern seitlich anzusaugen, ist begrenzt. Die Faserlunten 10, 10' werden daher nicht oder nur in geringem Ausmaß changiert. Damit der Kernfaden 62 den Faserlunten 10, 10' immer mittig zuläuft, muß ein Kernfaden-Fadenführer 65 vorgesehen sein, der zum einen die Changierbewegung des Kernfadens beim Ablauf von der Kernfadenspule 64 neutralisiert und zum andern den Kernfaden zur den Faserlunten 10, 10', d.h. zum Vorgarn-Einlauftrichter 66 des Streckwerkes 1 zentriert. Diese Position muß justiert und bei einem allenfallsigen Changieren der Faserlunten 10, 10' aufrecht erhalten werden. Dies kann dadurch erfolgen, daß Vorgarn-Einlauftrichter 66 und Kernfaden-Fadenführer 64 mechanisch gekoppelt sind, was in Fig. 4 durch eine strichpunktierte Wirklinie 67 angedeutet ist.

Claims (13)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Scheinzwirnes, bei dem zwei nebeneinander von einem Streckwerk abgelieferte Faserlunten zunächst getrennt und parallel einem Verdichten unterworfen und erst dann mittels einer ihnen gemeinsam Drehung erteilenden Vorrichtung vereinigt, gedreht und aufgewunden werden.
- Spinnmaschine mit Streckwerken (1), die an ihren Ausgangswalzenpaaren (4) je zwei Faserlunten (10, 10') abliefern und die an ihren Ausgängen mit Verdichtungsvorrichtungen (11) zum gesonderten Verdichten jeder der beiden Faserlunten ausgestattet sind und die unter Saugzug stehende Perforation (16) aufweisen, und mit Vorrichtungen (37, 44), mittels deren die verdichteten Faserlunten durch Erteilen von Drehung zu Scheinzwirn (50) vereinigt und verfestigt werden.
- Spinnmaschine nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Verdichtungsvorrichtungen (11) als die Perforation (16) aufweisende Saugwalzen (12, 22) ausgebildet sind. (Fig. 1, 2; 4 ) - Spinnmaschine nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Saugwalzen (12) als Oberwalzen ausgebildet sind und auf mindestens einer angetriebenen Unterwalze (13, 14) aufliegen. (Fig. 1, 2) - Spinnmaschine nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zwischen dem Ausgangswalzenpaar (4) und den Saugwalzen (12) ein Transportriemchen (21) angeordnet ist. (Fig. 1) - Spinnmaschine nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Transportriemchen (21) eine der Saugwalze (12) zugeordnete Unterwalzen (13) umschlingt. (Fig. 1) - Spinnmaschine nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Verdichtungsvorrichtungen (11) als die Perforation (16) aufweisende Saugriemchen (25, 29) ausgebildet sind. (Fig. 5; 6) - Spinnmaschine nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß sie eine Einrichtung zum fadenballonlosen oder fadenballonreduzierten Spinnen aufweist. - Spinnmaschine nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Einrichtungen zum fadenballonlosen oder fadenballonreduzierten Spinnen an den Ringspinnvorrichtungen (37) als Spinnfinger (56) ausgebildet sind. (Fig. 4) - Spinnmaschine nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Einrichtungen zum fadenballonlosen oder fadenballonreduzierten Spinnen an den Ringspinnvorrichtungen (37) als Spinnkronen ausgebildet sind. - Spinnmaschine nach Anspruch 8,

daß die Einrichtungen zum ballonlosen Spinnen als Topfspinnvorrichtung (44) ausgebildet sind. (Fig. 6) - Spinnmaschine nach Anspruch 2,

daß sie zum Herstellen von Core-Scheinzwirn (59) eingerichtet ist. (Fig. 4, 6) - Spinnmaschine nach Anspruch 2,

daß den Streckwerken (1) je eine Abstell-Einrichtung (51) zum Verhindern von Einfachgarn beim Bruch einer der beiden zu einem Scheinzwirn (50) zusammenzufassenden Faserlunten (10, 10') zugeordnet ist.
