Claims (14)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Garnes, bei dem eine von einem Streckwerk abgelieferte Faserlunte zunächst einem Verdichten unterworfen und anschließend mittels einer Ringspinnvorrichtung fadenballonlos oder fadenballonreduziert gedreht und auf gewunden wird.
- Spinnmaschine mit Streckwerken (1), die an ihren Ausgangswalzenpaaren (4) je mindestens eine Faserlunte (8, 8') abliefern und die an ihren Ausgängen mit Verdichtungsvorrichtungen (10) zum Zusammenfassen der mindestens einen Faserlunte ausgestattet sind und die unter Saugzug stehende Perforation (12) aufweisen, und mit Ringspinnvorrichtungen (40), mittels deren die verdichteten Faserlunten durch Erteilung von Drehung verfestigt werden, wobei die Ringspinnvorrichtungen mit Einrichtungen (46, 47) zum fadenballonlosen oder fadenballonreduzierten Spinnen ausgestattet sind.
- Spinnmaschine nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verdichtungsvorrichtungen (10) als die Perforation (12) aufweisende Saugwalzen (11, 26) ausgebildet sind. - Spinnmaschine nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Saugwalze (11) oberhalb des Laufes der Faserlunte (8) angeordnet ist und auf mindestens einer angetriebenen Unterwalze (14, 15) aufliegt. - Spinnmaschine nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Ausgangswalzenpaar (4) des Streckwerkes (1) und der Saugwalze (11) ein Transportriemchen (16) angeordnet ist. - Spinnmaschine nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Transportriemchen (16) eine der Saugwalze (11) zugeordnete Unterwalze (14) umschlingt. - Spinnmaschine nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verdichtungsvorrichtungen (10) als die Perforation (12) aufweisende Saugriemchen (29, 31) ausgebildet sind. - Spinnmaschine nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Saugriemchen (29) eine oberhalb der Streckfeldebene liegende Oberwalze (30) umschlingen. - Spinnmaschine nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Saugriemchen (31) eine unterhalb der Streckfeldebene liegende Unterwalze (32) umschlingen, die auf einer angetriebenen Unterwalze (33) aufliegen und der eine Oberwalze (34) zugeordnet ist. - Spinnmaschine nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verdichtungsvorrichtungen (10) als die Perforation (12) aufweisende Saugrotoren (35) ausgebildet sind. - Spinnmaschine nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtungen zum fadenballonlosen oder fadenballonreduzierten Spinnen an den Ringspinnvorrichtungen (40) als Spinnfinger (46) ausgebildet sind. - Spinnmaschine nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtungen zum fadenballonlosen oder fadenballonreduzierten Spinnen an den Ringspinnvorrichtungen (40) als Spinnkronen (47) ausgebildet sind. - Spinnmaschine nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Einrichtung (51) zum Herstellen von Coregarn (58) aufweist. - Spinnmaschine nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie zum Herstellen von Scheinzwirn (61) eingerichtet ist.
