Claims (9)
- Walzenstuhl zur Herstellung von Getreidemahlprodukten enthaltendein Gehäuse mit einem Einlass (4) zur Aufnahme des zu vermahlenden Produktes und einem Auslass für das vermahlene Produkt;wenigstens ein Paar Mahlwalzen, die innerhalb des Gehäuses zwischen dem Einlass (4) und dem Auslass angeordnet sind zur Vermahlung des Produktes; undeinen Speisemodul, enthaltend einen Rahmen (13) und eine Verteil- und Speiseeinrichtung (8) zur Aufnahme des Komgutes vom Einlass und zur Verteilung dieses Komgutes auf die Länge von Mahlwalzen (1) und Fördern des verteilten Komgutes zu bzw. an die Mahlwalzen und die am Rahmen (13) angeordnet ist, und dass weiterhin der Speisemodul so im Gehäuse angeordnet ist, dass er zwischen einer Arbeitsstellung und einer Offenstellung schwenkbar ist, wobei in der Arbeitsstellung die Verteil- und Speiseeinrichtung zwischen dem Einlass und den Mahlwalzen gelegen ist und in der Offenstellung ein Zugang zu den Elementen des Speisemoduls gegeben ist.
- Walzenstuhl nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (13) segmentförmig ist.
- Walzenstuhl nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er als separate Baugruppe ein- und ausbaubar ist.
- Walzenstuhl nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, worin die Verteil- und Speiseeinrichtung (8) eine Verteilwalze (9) und eine Speisewalze (10) für die Verteilung des Komgutes über die Länge der Mahlwalzen (1) und für das Fördern des verteilten Produktes an die Mahlwalzen (1) enthält.
- Walzenstuhl nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, worin der Speisemodul weiterhin eine Dosiereinrichtung für ein gesteuertes Zuführen des Komgutes zu den Mahlwalzen (1) enthält.
- Walzenstuhl nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, worin die Dosiereinrichtung einen Dosierschieber (11) enthält.
- Walzenstuhl nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, worin der Rahmen (13) um einen Drehpunkt (14) im Gehäuse schwenkbar angeordnet ist.
- Walzenstuhl nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, worin die Speiseeinrichtung (8) manuell und/oder motorisch ein- und ausschwenkbar ist.
- Speisemodul für einen Walzenstuhl, insbesondere einen Müllerei-Walzenstuhl zur Herstellung von Getreidemahlprodukten mit einer Verteilwalze (9) und einer Speisewalze (10) sowie einer Dosiereinrichtung für das Mahlgut, die in Verlängerung eines Einlasses (Produktzuführkanales) (4) oberhalb eines Mahlwalzenpaares (1) angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verteilwalze (9) und die Speisewalze (10) zusammen mit der Dosiereinrichtung in einem Rahmen (13) angeordnet sind, der wiederum um einen Drehpunkt (14) schwenkbar angeordnet ist.
