Claims (12)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von Packungen (10), insbesondere Zigaretten-Packungen, bei denen als Faltlappen ausgebildeten Seitenlappen (18, 19) mit Leimpunkten (28) versehen werden, wobei die Packungen (10) zur Beleimung an einem ortsfesten Leimaggregat (30) mit Leimdüsen (31) vorbeibewegt werden und die Leimdüsen (31) während der Bewegung der Packungen (10) Leimportionen (29) abgeben und auf die inneren Seitenlappen (18) übertragen, und wobei die Leimportionen (29) auf einen den Leimdüsen (31) zugekehrten inneren Seitenlappen (18) aufgebracht werden, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:a) die Leimportionen werden aufgrund entsprechender Stellung des Leimaggregats (30) bzw. der Leimdüsen (31) in Abwärtsrichtung den inneren Seitenlappen (18) zugeführt,b) die Seitenlappen (18) sind aufgrund entsprechender Stellung der Packungen (10) während des Transports im Bereich der Leimdüsen (31) in einer schräggerichteten Ebene zur Bewegungsrichtung der Leimportionen (29) gerichtet,c) ein zweiter, vom Leimaggregat (30) bzw. von den Leimdüsen (31) entfemtliegender Seitenlappen (19) ist aufgrund der Stellung der Packung (10) so gerichtet, dass ungeordnet im Anschluss an die Leimportionen (29) von den Leimdüsen (31) abgegebene Leimpartikel bzw. Fehlportionen (32) aufgefangen werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite, von den Leimdüsen (31) entferntliegende äußere Faltlappen bzw. Seitenlappen (19) aufgrund Vorformung bzw. Vorfaltung eine trichterförmige, schräg gerichtete Relativstellung einnimmt, unter einem spitzen Winkel zu einer Seitenfläche des Packungsinhalts - Zigarettenblock.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß von den Leimdüsen (31) ungeordnet abgegebene Leimpartikel bzw. Fehlportionen (32) abgesaugt werden.
- Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von Packungen (10), insbesondere Zigaretten-Packungen, die durch einen Endlosförderer insbesondere einen Faltrevolver (20), transportierbar sind, wobei als Faltlappen ausgebildeten Seitenlappen (18, 19) während des Transports mit Leimpunkten (28) versehen werden, die von einem ortsfesten Leimaggregat (30) mit Leimdüsen (31) während des Transports der Packungen (10) auf diese übertragbar sind, und wobei die Leimportionen (29) zur Bildung von Leimpunkten (28), dem ersten, den Leimdüsen (31) zugekehrten Seitenlappen (18) zuführbar sind gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:a) das Leimaggregat (30) bzw. dessen Leimdüsen (31) sind in aufrechter Stellung angeordnet, derart, dass Leimportionen (29) von den Leimdüsen (31) in vertikaler Richtung abgegeben werden,b) die Packungen (10) sind durch den Endlosförderer bzw. Faltrevolver (20) derart transportierbar, dass die Packungen im Bereich des Leimaggregats (30) bzw. der Leimdüsen (31) in einer Ebene unter einem spitzen Winkel zu den Leimdüsen (31) bzw. der abwärtsgerichteten Bewegung der Leimportionen (29) gerichtet sind,c) ein von den den Leimdüsen zugekehrten Seitenlappen (18) entfemtliegender zweiter Seitenlappen (19) ist aufgrund der Stellung der Packungen (10) so gerichtet, dass nach Ausgabe der Leimportionen (29) nachfolgende Leimpartikel bzw. Fehlportionen (32) von der zugekehrten Seite des zweiten Seitenlappens (19) aufnehmbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Zuschnitte der Packung (10), insbesondere ein Papierzuschnitt (13), auf einer Halterung des Faltrevolvers (20), vorzugsweise auf einem Faltdorn (21), derart angeordnet sind, daß innere Seitenlappen (18) und äußere Seitenlappen (19) in Drehrichtung an der Rückseite des Faltdorns (21) über diesen hinwegragen, wobei der innere Seitenlappen (18) radial außen und der äußere Seitenlappen (19) radial innen positioniert sind und daß die Leimportion (29) auf den radial außenliegenden Seitenlappen (18) und aufgrund der Schrägstellung der Leimdüse (31) Fehlportionen (32) dem radial innenliegenden Seitenlappen (19) zuführbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der radial innenliegende Seitenlappen (19) in eine trichterförmige Schrägstellung geformt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Leimaggregat (30) mit Leimdüsen (31) in einem abwärts fördernden Bereich des in einer aufrechten Ebene drehend angetriebenen Faltrevolvers (20) angeordnet ist und daß die Leimdüsen (31) in einer vertikalen Stellung angeordnet sind, derart, daß eine Düsenachse bzw. die Förderrichtung der Leimportionen (29) unter einem Winkel von 30° zu einer gedachten Radialebene gerichtet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Leimaggregat (30) bzw. den Leimdüsen (31) einerseits und den Packungen (10) bzw. der Bewegungsbahn derselben andererseits eine Blende (34) als plattenförmige Abdeckung angeordnet ist mit einer Durchtrittsöffnung (35) für jede Leimdüse (31).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich der Beleimungsstation (27) bzw. im Bereich der Leimdüsen (31) ein Saugaggregat (41) angeordnet ist zum Absaugen von Leimpartikeln, insbesondere auf der nach innen gerichteten Seite der Bewegungsbahn der Packungen (10).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Saugaggregat (41) eine Saugkammer aufweist, die auf der zu den Leimdüsen (31) gegenüberliegenden Seite gebildet und auf der den Packungen (10) zugekehrten Seite offen ist, wobei die Saugkammer (42) an einen Absaugstutzen (44) angeschlossen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Saugkammer (42) ein herausnehmbares bzw. herausziehbares Einsatzstück (47) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zu beiden Seiten des Saugaggregats (41) bzw. der Saugkammer (42) sich in Umfangsrichtung des Faltrevolvers (20) erstreckende Stützkörper (49, 50) gebildet sind zur Anlage der Packungen (10) bzw. der Zuschnitte oder Faltlappen.
