Claims (6)
- Rollenschneider für eine Materialbahn (2) mit einem Zulaufabschnitt, einem Auslaufabschnitt und dazwischen einer Schneideinrichtung (7, 8) mit einer im Bereich mindestens einer Kante (5) angeordneten Randbeschnitteinrichtung (8) zur Erzeugung eines Randstreifens (5), der eine als Klemmwalzenpaar ausgebildete Zugeinrichtung (15, 16) zugeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zugeinrichtung (15, 16) nur auf den Randstreifen (4) und den dem Randstreifen (4) benachbarten Streifen (3) der Materialbahn (2) wirkt.
- Rollenschneider nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Walze (15) des Klemmwalzenpaares (15, 16) als Leitwalze für die geschnittene Materialbahn (3) ausgebildet ist.
- Rollenschneider nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Laufrichtung (14) der Materialbahn (2) hinter der Zugeinrichtung (15, 16) eine Randstreifenaufnahme (11) angeordnet ist.
- Rollenschneider nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Randstreifenaufnahme (11) als Absaugeinrichtung ausgebildet ist.
- Rollenschneider nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zuganordnung (15, 16) eine Breitstreckeinrichtung (9) nachgeordnet ist.
- Rollenschneider nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zugeinrichtung (15, 16) eine Weiterbehandlungseinrichtung (10) für die Materialbahn (2) ohne Randstreifen (4) nachgeordnet ist, wobei Mittel (19) vorgesehen sind, die die Spannungen der Weiterbehandlungseinrichtung (10) und der Zugeinrichtung (15 16) aufeinander abstimmen.
